problems on presario cq62-215dx network controller driver

I installed windows 7 (32) on my compaq presario cq62-215dx but there seems to be a problem with the wireless card. the wireless is not active and no icons on the taskbar. There is a yellow question mark on network in the device dialog box controller managers.

Please help me to get the wifi to work. Thank you

I have recently installed windows 8.1 on my Dell Inspiron 14 (3421), but now I don't see any wifi networks on my network list. Simply, there is are no wifi now. But, I can connect to the internet via an Ethernet cable. Previously, I was using 32 bit Win 8 and everything was fine. I checked the Device Manager and found that in the other devices section, "Nework Controller" and USB 2.0 - CRW' have yellow exclamation point and no driver installed. I tried to install driver for network controller, but none of them were relevant. I tried updating the properties of the network controller driver, but windows cannot find any. Please please please help me in suggesting what should I do? or what is the driver for my network controller?
