problems printing large format HP 7000

I apologize if I'm on the wrong card, but I couldn't find a specific item for me. I have a printer large format 7000 I bought because I was told that it was printed on canvas. I need it to make copies of the art of my wife. There is no setting for the Web (seller thanks), but I have success with a set of best quality paper and auto. about 50% of the time as I get evenly spaced black lines. I use canvas treated, bought online from HP. I use a HP desktop computer. Windows 7

If anyone has had any experience with this problem please let me know. The lost painting is expensive, but the cost of ink is killing me.

It prints very well on the photo paper advanced, it can be all that it is rated for.

Thank you Ed

You can see this way to use another driver here:

http://Media-cache-AK0.pinimg.com/736x/FF/de/C1/ffdec1a9a68f7ccf553ec9c4932b41fb.jpg

This will limit your functionality, but expand some of the options for the selection of internal paper. See if that gives you options that you can use to modify the responsiveness of your printer.

My HP Officejet 7000 (printer large format) is no longer print tabloid or more, I do not see even an option super b3 (13 x 19) on my list drop-down media printing in Illustrator format. When I try to print tabloid, it indicates the paper size is incompatible when it is not and sends a blank sheet of paper through. It prints well 8.5 x 11 but nothing more. Any ideas?

I deleted and added the printer to my list and it fixed the problem.

    Hello

What happens when you scan from the HP or Capture of Image scanning software, you see similar problems?

In the affirmative, please let me know because it wil require to solve any problem of connectivity to the printer.

If everything works with software such as HP can happen due to any problem with VueScan, such I would say contacting VueScan at torubleshoot because they are more familiar with their product.

  • Use Photoshop for printing large format

I have a chart that's about 5' x 6' and he uses a cominbation to photos and vector smart objects.

There is also a question of banding. But they say they can fix this.

Let me answer some of your post...

"I have a chart that's about 5' x 6' and he uses a cominbation to photos and vector smart objects."

A large number of places are accpecting of PSD files, and I thought since there are the vector elements in the PSD file that he would scale well. »

-It is a common misconception.  The seller's right.  A PSD file that big can produce problems in the INVESTIGATION period.  Try not to depend on the file .psd with vector objects.  They don't really evolve as you would expect.

«I'm proof of income and type are a little blurry when you're about 4 feet away.»

I told her the blurry text and they said that they would perfer in illustrator, so I recreated the Illustrator file and placed all of them in there.

I thought that it would just be easier to do all my work in Photoshop.

What is the problem that I get when I use a PSD file to present my work? »

-Yes.  Printers digital large format are used in conjunction with the emulators of Postscript level 3 of RIP or Postscript.  The best file format is an EPS Illustrator file to scale (OK, you like EPS, then submit a file have native if you must... Sorry, just to speak poorly informed lugheads there) with Photoshop 'Place' (EPS, tiff, psd) files.  The advantage is that you will get a sharp text and, if your images are great photo reproduction size correctly.

The strapping was a little worried.  They say they can fix this.  So, maybe they test work on a lower output device?  I suggest you get the specifications of the supplier in writing.  For example, to print .icm; RIP; number of inks, etc.  But the long and too late, you may even submit PDF and have the RIP expand the file.  I usually work at 25% actual size with 300ppi (the final image = 75ppi res) images with a resolution of pixelation set to 'high '.  All good workflow will have no problem resizing the Ai, EPS or PDF 400% in the INVESTIGATION period.  I did it, I do it and the banners of flawless printing.

  • Booklet printing large format Officejet 7610

How can I go about printing a brochure without the duplex accessory?  For the moment, when I choose the booklet option in the print properties or the software I'm using, the pages are all printed on one side of the paper.  I got a Deskjet 1220C used to invite me to halfway through the work of the writing it might be completed printing the other sides.  I'm under Win 8.  Thank you

    Hi diblad1,

I can't wait to hear that you have questions.  What is the Officejet 7610 wide H912a model?  This unit should have the duplex, with automatic duplex printing accessory.  The software requires this be activated through the device settings, please see the steps which can solve the problem below.  If you prefer duplex manually, you can try a generic driver.  If a generic driver is added, use the Deskjet 9800 rather than the 990c because it supports manual two-sided printing options.  Here is a link that will provide measures for this. Click here  If you have a different unit, please let me know.

Turn on accessory in the software:

    1. go to the printer and fax folder

    2. right click on the device

    3. click on printer properties

    4. on the device settings tab, click the duplexer

    5. in the menu drop down click on install, then ok

    6. try the print job with booklet, duplex options selected

    I hope this helps!

  • Print large format configuration

    Hello Photoshopers

I have this picture here for example and its specifications are:

    2200 x 2134 px, 300 dpi

    17.8 cm 18 cm cm

    light-blue-square-small-paper-plates.jpg

If someone asked me to do a banner for example 10 meters x 10meters(im converting 10meters to pixels and I get:37795.275590551) d'aller sur un mur dele de bâtiment.)

the fact that the photo is of 300 dpi it be efficient enough to get a good result without pixelation? or do the pixels in the image

need to be even more to ensure a better impression? If the pixels were double the amout that would be more effective for example 6000pixels x 6000pixles not this clear secure print? I read in various forums that the distance would also play an important role, as

to set the value of the resolution.

    Thank you.

"Hi Doug, Id would like to ask a question.

Why is - what swap you 10 "and 100"?

It's like a Protocol procedure to divide the 10 "display thumbs when it comes to close printing and divide by 100" when it comes from far away?

    No 'Protocol' at all.

    Just 10 "= something like a typical math 8 x 10 print and easy.

100 "math as easy and ten times more long picture (the area is 100 times larger if square) so that you know that it is much more. but 100 "is still much smaller (100" = approximately 8.3') than a typical "billboard" sign (example you posted width (20'), but their height is much longer), but much larger than a 3'x 5' poster... just to give you an idea of the size... and the calculation is actually easy. especially if you use a calculator or rough / 'nearby' numbers in your head.

  • print large format jpeg on several pages?

Hello... I am a new user of PSE9 and have a large (approx. 24 x 48 in.) jpeg I want print on multiple sheets stick them together.  I know I could just cut the large photo in mulltiple smaller photos and print each one separately, but I can't seem to find a way to simply print the large photo and bring it out on several pages to stick together.  Any help would be appreciated.

Usually, the printer option as a poster printing or something similar.

Look at the file > print dialog box under change the settings, then advanced settings.

  • print large format on epson printer

I am trying to print a document from Illustrator. The document size is 13 "x 19".

When I load Super A3 paper (13 x 19) in my Epson printer the printer starts and begins to print but stops at about 4 inches down the paper and then ejects the entire sheet (with the rest of the image is not being printed). Epson monitor indicates that the document only addresses once again the sheet partially printed is ejected. The quality of the partially printed sheet is fine.

I put to the top of the print dialog box of illustrator to the size of the sheet that I put in. Ive tried 3 - 4 times with the same result.

    I'm on a MAC OSX 10.5.8

Seems to have no problem with other sizes of standard sheet printing.

    Any thoughts?

There are a few things you can try; 1.) see if you have enough memory to process the page (it might be out of memory system); (set of 2). an invisible operation line to the page / document and lock (no terms, no fill @ 13 x 19); 3.) use the Page tool (if you haven't done so already) and set it to the document, edge to edge.  In addition, check ink you supplies, there may be an empty cartridge that prevents you to print the entire file.  I hope this helps.

  • HP OfficeJet 7610 printing large Format on Windows Vista vs Windows 8.1.

Why is that I can print Super B (13 "x 19") on my HP OfficeJet 7610 with my old Windows Vista laptop, but not my new Windows laptop 8.1?  When I try to implement my print job, I don't get the Super B paper option.

    tdarger01,

It seems that you are looking for paper sizes have not installed on the Windows 8.1 or have been corrupted. I think that the best next step for to do you is to uninstall the software and install it again.

To uninstall, follow this document from HP: uninstalling the printer software and install it please use the HP printer installation wizard.

Let me know how it works for you.

  • OfficeJet HP7110: 7110 HP large format printer prints to the left with Windows 10

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and a book of Surface and now when I print on my printer large format of HP7110 send all is off center to the left. I am not able to use my settings customized for a 12 x 18 prints.

The scan doctor and toubleshooting "of problems after installing WIndows 10" article were completely worthless to determine the issue. I ended up installing one of the pilots to plot to override the default settings for the printer. Pretty amazing that a printer large format will allow only certain papersizes to use when using a PC (using a Mac, you can set all the desired dimensions). HP should probably find a friendly driver for PC that does the same thing. In the meantime people must install one of the drivers of your parcel. I used the T520 pilot.

  • Cannot print from Photoshop CS4 in an iMac OS 10.6.3 to large format printer Epson 11880

Hello! I was wondering if you could help me with this matter.

Old computer: Mac G4 (acquired in 2002)

Old operating system: OS 10.4.11 (Tiger)

    Processor: Dual 1.25 GHz

    Memory: RAM 2

    Software: Photoshop 7

Material: Printer large format: Epson 11880 (64 '' large monster). Prints large posters, banners, etc.

As you can see, it's time for an upgrade...

    New computer: iMac

New operating system: OS 10.6.3 (Snow Leopard)

    Processor name: Intel Core i7

    Processor speed: 2.8 GHz

    Number of processors: 1

    Total number of Cores: 4

    Memory: 16 GB

    Software: Photoshop CS4

Material: Printer large format: Epson 11880

Situation: We hung everything and managed to print on the printer 11880 2 times and printed two draws large format. On the third attempt, we encountered a serious problem...

Problem: After opening a file in Photoshop and it sends large format printing to the Epson printer, the file goes to the print queue of the printer and stays there for 6 seconds, and then it disappears. It does not print. :-(

What we have done so far:

    • We have ensured that we have downloaded the latest printer driver for your printer from the Web of Epson site.

    • The printer driver is correct. The computer communicate with the printer and we are able to run all of the commands Panel printer utilities. (check the ink levels, cleaning heads, etc.).
    • And Yes, the printer is correct, because we use it with the old G4 machine for about a year.

    • This problem got so frustrating, that we thought that something that we transferred during the installation of the computer could be the culprit. If at some point we have wiped the drive on the new computer and reinstalled the operating system and do not have all the files in any old computers in this machine. The computer has nothing else in it. Exception: Operating systems and Mac applications that come when the Mac out of the box. The only other program installed in Photoshop CS4 and the printer driver.

    • We wondered if it was just a printing problem, period. So, we added a small printer to the computer - and the old Epson 2200 we have. We have sent a file to the printer and there is no problem.

    • Perhaps, the file size would have been a problem? It does not matter. We can send a large file of 60 MB for the printer or a small photo measures only 8 x 10, and they linger in the queue for 6 seconds and disappear never to be printed.

    • Temporary relief came when we got rid of the preferences of Adobe Photoshop file. After got rid of the file and Photoshop which allows to reconstruct, we managed to print two large files to the printer. Then he failed once again. Trying to get rid of the preferences again, and the trick doesn't work anymore. :-(

    • Another temporary relief came when we created another user to the computer. On the new user account he printed new once or twice only to fail later.

    • And Yes, the printer will print from other Mac programs. If, for example, we open a file to preview and send it to the printer and the file will be printed. And Yes, we were able to print very large files with this method.

In the last two days, we spent 3 hours on the phone with the guys at Epson. They checked the driver, and because the computer seems to be to communicate with the printer and print from other Mac applications, they suspected that the problem is with Adobe.

We called Adobe once and spent 30 minutes with an Indian classmate who concluded that the problem is with how the computer manages the queue. According to him, Photoshop sends the file to the computer, and the computer seems to get rid of it. So he passed the ball and we were told that the problem was with Apple.

We called Apple and met for 30 minutes with a friendly technician who transferred us to a higher level of techno-geek. I spent 1 hour on the phone with Apple, and we tried everything. We went through to the knowledge base of Adobe and tried all the proposed solutions (see Adobe KB406452). It is with him that we found a temporary solution of deleting the preferences file, but the solution was short-lived. Finally, he thought that the problem was with Adobe because the printer is capable of printing from all applications EXCEPT Adobe Photoshop.

We called Adobe for the second time... and after waiting on hold for an hour together, we got an Indian technician, who bless her heart, had a very thick accent and had no expertise, in my opinion. It was good to collect data and it even made me share my computer screen so that he could solve the problem. After being constantly put on hold by him (because he had to consult with someone else), he passed the ball and said it was the problem of Apple. I just told her that it was also unlikely, because all EXCEPT Photoshop print programs. After trying what I consider a "Hail Mary" to REMOVE all printers in my library folder and replacing them does not, he recorded a case number to another technician from Adobe to call us in the coming days.

Because the technician that the above completely blew the library, I just erased and reinstalled the operating system. This time, I did not allow the operating system to date - on 10.6.2 (which comes in the box), 10.6.3. We tried to print using the 10.6.2 and had the same problem. :-(

Conclusion: I think it's a problem of Adobe CS4 does not agree with new Apple operating system. The Epson printer is fine, because it's a product that has been on the market for almost 3 years. What is disappointing, is that none of the companies wants the man to the top and say that this is a problem and that they are willing to work on it. Instead they return the ball to the new company.

I can't believe I'm the only person who knows this. If someone has had this problem and have you found a solution or workaround for it?

    Our engineer:

Looking at the rest of the thread, the user says "However, avoid us all of the computer color management or the printer when printing it right now."

If they use "No. Color Management" mode, I'm not surprised to see failures on the Epson, and that's what gets the note "Is not a valid color space" in the journal.

Use either PS color management manages or printer handles and things should be fine. Or use CS5 and things should be good.
