• How can I uninstall Firefox as PC has had problems since the Installation

  I installed Firefox on January 7, 2014 and have had problems since with PC windows 7pro. The PC is slow and a few minor problems. I tried to uninstall Firefox several times but without success. The problems may not be because of Firefox but why can't uninstall the program.

  It is possible that your security (firewall, antivirus) software blocks or limit Firefox or the process of plugin-container without you inform, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Delete all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container in the permissions list in the firewall and leave your firewall again ask permission to get full unlimited access to the internet for Firefox and the plugin-container and the update process.

  Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

• As many problems since the update of the iPad iOS 9.3.  Grrrrrr!

  Since the update last night, here is the list of issues, I can't seem to fix OR find answers to solve:

  1. cannot connect to iCloud.

  I have already reset my network WiFi settings, did a restart of the force and also changed my password on icloud.com.  Nothing works.

  Whenever I put my password, it keeps "check failed: there was an error connecting to the apple ID server.

  2. continue to try to get into "iTunes and App Store, my iPad, but the whenever I do, the iPad hangs and I have to do a restart of the force.

  3 - unable to restore iPad from iTunes because I can't iCloud to work so I can't disable "Find my iPad" to do a restore

  4 - my whole iPad slowed to a bloody crawl and I constantly reboot of the force. »

  What the DEVIL's going on with this update and my iPad?

  Unfortunately this is a royal mess and you are part of a large number of serious problems. Take a look under settings > general > topic > Version and please tell us which version downloaded. We may be able to offer suggestions based on what you have.

• Computer problems since the installation of Microsoft Security Essentials

  Since the installation of Microsoft Security Essentials, my computer will stay only in mode "sleep" for a minute or two and then turns back on. Also when I turned off the computer, Microsoft Security Essentials also stops, and I have to turn it back on when I start the computer. I had the two trend micro PC-cillan and Macafee security on this computer. But I uninstalled them before installing Microsoft Security Essentials.Also my computer is supposed to go to mode after half an hour of not used but he is staying on.

• Wireless connection - problems since the installation of our BT package

  Since the evolution of our package BT last year, we have been unable to connect to one of our computers with a Windows operating system on a wireless basis. We have transformed a machine to the Linux operating system and that connects to each time. The old Center has been postponed, but did not make a difference. BT feel is the environment, however why the OS linux connect wirelessly. Can be a help for this?

  You must set up a wireless internet connection in the network as well as the connection sharing normal LAN wireless and connect to it as well as the local connection.  If you don't do this, you will not have an internet connection.  You need both.  You must also enable some features in the main area sharing network to access the internet - they are quite well defined.

• Problems since the update to Dreamweaver

  I am a student and one of my classes this term is to learn Dreamweaver.  I had taken the CC 2014 version and earlier this week, I did an update on Dreamweaver and other Adobe products.  Since the update, I noticed that I have more Design button above the screen.  I have only code, split and live view buttons.  Then my homework begins by creating a new site using the files given to us.  After you have created the new site I had to create a new html file I made.  With this new html file open, I needed to go down to the pane properties and click the Page Properties button.  However, this is not this button.  When I went into the menu change, the properties of the Page is grayed out so I can't select it.  Does anyone have an idea on what I can do to solve these problems?

  OK, I found the design mode, did not realize that there is now a drop-down arrow next to live that I had to click on and have a menu to select either directly or design

• Problems since the last update of cc

  All the morning

  Bit of a difficult to describe but here goes...

  Since the last patch (CC2015.0.0) running on Mac OSX 10.9.5 - when I open an image, it seems to stay in the upper left corner and a black bar at the bottom of the window - I discovered that if I push the column where the history, Actions, brushes, etc. are the image jumps toward the Center, but remains of the black bar at the bottom.

• Windows Sidebar problems since the installation of Vista Service Pack 2

  I installed Vista Service Pack 2 today. After the installation of the windows sidebar has stopped working. For example the actions of Gadget, Gadget of the currency, in fact all of the gadgets that require a live stream display the message "Service unavailable". Some gadgets loading is no longer at the side bar, double click on, for example Weatherbug & multimeter (D).  I tried a system restore, but the problem remains, so I did an extra restore to indeed to reinstall Vista Service Pack. I also reset the router and Modem

  I tried to remove the gadgets from the sidebar and load it again but the problem still remains.  So I decided to download gadgets again on the Microsoft site but when I click on the link in the window "Get more Gadgets online" link does not work. This problem is only since installing Vista Service Pack 2 any what help you can give me to eliminate these problems would be most appreciated

  Have you checked your firewall to see if the file sidebar.exe is allowed?  When you have downloaded the update it probably resets the security settings for this program if your firewall blocks most likely it.  First try.

  Have you double checked the control panel for the side bar to ensure that it was activated?  Again, the setting could have been modified by the service pack.

• T61, Vista Business with Cisco VPN problem since the last update on the Lenovo site.

  I use a T61, Vista Business, Cisco VPN Client v.5.0.02.0090.  Since my last update, October 2, 2008 on the Lenovo ThinkVantage Productivity Center site, I can't connect to my VPN Office. It was working perfectly before this software update. The only thing I remember is the update of the driver for Intel 4965AGN card v.12.x. I went to v.11.5 but it's not better.

  When I try to connect, I get the message "secure VPN connection terminated by a peer. "433 reason: (reason unspecified peer). I did a test with 'ping' IP address of the VPN and the response of the address.

  Usually, when the VPN Client is able to make the connection in the network connection window, I see "connection to the network space 2 (the Cisco VPN system map)" enabling / disabling Disable to activate the State. But there in my case, turn it off.

  I can connect with another PC using Windows XP. Thus, the VPN works.

  I met a very similar problem with my X61s. I was able to fix this by removing the print reading software for which an update was also installed on 2 Oct. As I barely use the fingerprint reader, it wasn't a problem for me. The Cisco VPN worked never better...

• T410 - problem with the gauge of power management (it will not change)

  on my T410 2522-EM1 gauge of management of power supply in the taskbar disappeared originally. But after a while, I noticed that the gauge displays the actual battery charge but showed the load that the battery had started. In the power management utility, the correct values are displayed. I am absolutely no idea on how this could be. I tried to reinstall it, but it doesn't seem to work.

  It depended on whether the laptop was pluged to the start (battery mode it displays the time and with the plug pluged it shows the percentage)

  What I have now is to uninstall everything and after I installed version 3.31... It seems to work.

  Since I updated lightroom yesterday to version 2015.6 the performance on my machine is incredible bad.

  My system:

  -MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012)

  -2.3 GHz Intel Core i7

  -16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

  -NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M 1024Mo

  -OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

  Lightroom synchronizes actually 1400 photos, but even if I stop this process, LR uses CPU so I can't work in other programs like Photoshop (updated yesterday, too). I detected this performance problem as PS freezes when I used the Healing Brush tool.

  

  I don't know what's happening LR, but is not ideal for my workflow.

  Does anyone have an idea?

  If I close LR I can work in PS, even though the Healing Brush tool is slower than in the version before. But I can't always close and open LR.

• Another App Catalog problem, since the upgrade to webOS 1.4.1.1

  Since I've updated webOS, I have unsuccessfully to download something from the App Catalog.  If I try to download a free application, or the one and only app that I paid for (which is saying I can download it for free, given that my credit card has already been charged), I get the same result.

  After I clicked "Download", the "Download" bar... "appears at the bottom of the screen.  And then he left just like that until I give up and click on the "App Catalog" drop-down list, then "Pause all downloads" and then "remove paused downloads.

Unfortunately since then, despite my emails showing that they are my name (according to the normal) as I have their project, versions of sent message show that they are of "Undisclosed Recipients". I have sent test Emails to myself - reception they show that the message is of so many "Undisclosed Recipients". I checked my personal information in the address book - they have not changed, they show my name and my normal Email address. The entrance to Undisclosed Recipients also shows my normal email address. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Meggs
