  You can try to uninstall the filter on the keyboard until the upgrade is complete...  In Device Manager, go to 'View' and select 'show hidden devices and then go down to "Non-Plug and Play drivers" and made a right click on the keyboard/HID filter drivers and uninstall (remove also the softare upon request).

  (a) what version of IE are you using?

  (b) has been going through the steps to reset Internet explorer?

  (c) you have any version of Flash Player on your system?

  You can try to update the version of Flash Player for videos.

  To do this all first you need to uninstall and then go ahead and download the latest version and install it.

  To uninstall the application follow the steps given below:

  1. open programs and features by clicking on the Start button, click Control Panel, clicking programs, and then clicking programs and features.

  2. Select a program, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the ability to modify or repair the program in addition to uninstall, but many simply offer the option uninstall.   You can also check if the connection parameters are set by default.

  Make follow them the steps below:
