Disk defragmentation can take a long time if you run it for the first time and also depend on the space of hard disk and available data. • Trying to retrieve GAMES on laptop from DELL with Windows XP home.

  My problem is the same as a few others in the gaming Forum.  Games on the DELL 600 M laptop computer was given to me by my son no longer has any of the games.  I had already tried 'add and remove windows components' in accordance with the instructions on the MICROSOFT site, but I don't have an XP or the restore DELL for this laptop CD, and he wants a CD.  I was not able to find a location on my laptop that has my xp installation files.  Is there a place where I can download all games once again?
