Problems using Bluetooth Lenovo Laser Mouse with Helix

I'm from the Lenovo Bluetooth Laser Mouse to use with my Helix. Works well except that from time to time it just stops working and becomes completely insensitive. I can get it going again by going to settings > change PC settings > devices disconnected from the list of connected devices, then using 'add a device' to add back to new.

Anyone else having this problem and has found a way to fix it? It's a bit annoying to have to keep doing this from time to time.

I have the mouse Apple Magic Mouse (BlueTooth) and had the same problems.

To fix this I had to disable the driver from beeing allowed to go in hybernation.

Go to the device, under BlueTooth Manager choose ThinkPad Bluetooth 4.0.

In properties under powermanagement delete "Allow the computer to turn off this device..."

See if that helps.

  • Microsoft Bluetooth Wireless Laser Mouse works, extremely, annoyingly slow after change of motherboard out sometimes.

I have problems with my motherboards.  I installed originally a jury of six core AMD Asus but discovered that the sound circuit on the Board picked up the RF of six hearts.  So I changed it to a Biostar TA890FXE an AM3 Board with 4 PCIE slots.

This map may contain 4 Pcie, but has only 2 16 x slots that are white in color for Crossfire.  The other 2 Pcie are for the slower cards.  I have my card installed in slot 1 PCIe 16 x

Since I was a boxed version of Vista Ultimate 64 bit the replacement of the Board of Directors has gone well with without a hitch, except for this problem.  The darn wireless mouse keeps presenting a significant delay from time to time.

I upgraded to the latest BIOS and also found that a USB Joystick was also causing problems until I uninstalled the ATI Radeon drivers several times.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled all drivers USB again and again.   I even upgraded from 8 GB to 16 GB of ram Corsair and the thing does not run any faster (except for loading video in an editor) than my Asus M4785M with 4 GB ram.

At first, I figured the card Radeon 4650 diamond with 1 GB of ram, when I ran FSX I got frequent black screens between refreshes.   When the aircraft was in its window the mouse lag so I moved it into the box with the graphics.  I could move it very quickly from time to time but not always.  As soon as the mouse has crossed the border of the FSX menu in the aircraft selection menu, the LAG would begin.

Strange however, I also have the Microsoft Bluetooth Entertainment 7000 keyboard and it has a built-in mouse pad.  So when I got the offset of the wireless mouse I found that the mouse pad, keyboard do not show it.  Of course, a lot of batteries have been tried.  I have also a key 3G modem and the thought that maybe the RF frequencies could interfere with the bluetooth transmitter, and yet the mouse KEYBOARD pad worked fine all the time!

At a point of the USB ports on the front of my PC failed suddenly and I used the port in the back instead, as the 3 g modem suddenly was cut.  He started upward once again connected to the rear port, but he chose all of a sudden another 3G network, spend roaming, something that isn't supposed to

    occur.

So it seems to be a USB problem.  I double checked the connectors on the front panel plugged into the motherboard header, but it was close.  I removed it and he exchanged with a rear slot spare USB cable I have no problems. I even swapped the transmitter Bluetooth of the rear USB ports in the front and vice versa, and these problems went away.

Yet from time to time, there will be a sound of loading the disk heads and there will be a lag on the mouse and it flit on the screen itself.  I removed all the USB drivers and mouse drivers and drivers of keyboard without result, I then plugged a wired keyboard and mouse while the USB was plugged in and waited.  The wired keyboard had built in the trackball, so I couldn't move around as fast as Bluetooth, one mouse cursor and again, I got the mouse slows down from time to time.   Most of the time is when a noise was heard from the hard drive.   I turned off Superfetch to listen to the record and it made no difference.

I left the PC running on its own after turning off any energy saving features and when I came back to it, I finally found that the keyboard was a lag now, too, I had to wait about 30 seconds for something to wake up until the keyboard is recognized.   It seems that it is the same problem that mouse, but at a later date.  I then re active features and screen saver and keyboard lag reduced significantly saving energy.

Then, once, I got a huge amount of lag when Google open white paper screen, the mouse cursor wouldn't move at all for a long time or erratically.   In this case, I thought to 'pull' the wired keyboard and the trackball at the back of the card, and the problem immediately disappeared as if there were conflicts.

However, this did not last long, and about an hour later, the mouse pointer lag appeared.  Don't forget this mouse worked fine for a year on an Asus card and withdraw it very well.

My next attempt with the Bios, and it happened unexpectedly.  This motherboard has a utility to start Bios screen where I can put my own splash screen and no the Biostar on a difficult start.  So I did and all of a sudden all the problems cleared up!    It was as if something in the Bios was hung in, and then there is this whim of hard drive noise and once again, lag lag lag on my mouse.   With 16 GB of ram and 1 GB of video ram?  Just to not use the Aero's office, no sense at all to me.

Tried to contact Biostar for 12 days now, no response.  Have the latest drivers for vista from windows for the keyboard of entertainment and mouse, service pack 2 for Vista and a 1 TB hard drive, 500 watt antec PSU, problem occurs with or without overclocking.

I could no longer the transceiver Bluetooth 2.0 with the mouse and keyboard.  I went to a keyboard and a wired mouse again.   Then a few days later I decided that I would plug the transceiver Bluetooth 3.0.  This time it installed fine even if I had uninstalled the Intellipoint software.   I went then to the receiver Bluetooth 2.0 and it didn't work anymore.  I did a reboot between the two, and suddenly I saw a Microsoft update will appear at the bottom right of my screen.  I left it to update, and then he said that I could connect other bluetooth devices other than my keyboard of entertainment game.

Well, this is not true at all, for the entertainment keyboard transceiver pairs automatically.    Yet, this message appeared.  When I went into the control panel to verify the situation once again, I found that there is no Bluetooth icon.   From what I've read on other Vista users using a transmitter of 3rd Bluetooth part, it seems that the Bluetooth stack has disappeared because I mixed the two Microsoft Bluetooth transceivers.    Something else occurred as well, it reminded me of moments where I would install a new installation of Win98 and some drivers as the main card drivers were not yet installed.  He will have to restart the system and over and over again for each driver be seen, and if we were out of sequence, should be made to remove and start over again until all have been installed.  In this case, it seems to be the same kind of priority when it comes to the way in which the Bluetooth drivers are installed.  When I removed the Bluetooth 2.0 transmitter/receiver and replaced by unity Bluetooth 3.0, I seem to have rid one of these priorities, let the program update that must have been stuck in the pile of pilots, how the keyboard and the mouse works perfectly now.

With 3 wireless transmitter that is I can no longer use the Bluetooth 2.0, one all the more, I plugged it in different USB ports and we saw him, but it was not enough to cause any installer to appear.   It's as if they are reticulate together now, and I can no longer use the add a device feature.   Even if I add the second transmitter/receiver, it is simply ignored.

Since then, right now I have no need of an additional feature and the keyboard works very well, I'll keep this configuration until I have to reinstall the motherboard still when I start then a clean Vista install.  Unfortunately the new motherboard that I received does not work as I had hoped it would be, not that it would affect the situation above, that's simply not what I was told it was, and I plan to return it the manufacturer once more.

    Hi SapperDdy,

Welcome to the Microsoft answers site!

    (a) what Bluetooth device do you use? Who is the manufacturer of the device?

    (b) who is the manufacturer of the computer?

This problem can occur if there is a conflict between a Bluetooth device that is connected to a USB port and non-Microsoft software installed on the computer.

This problem can also occur if the basic components USB (Universal serial bus) on the windows vista operating system is damaged or corrupted.

I suggest you try the following steps:

Step 1: Download and install the Cumulative Update, see link below

Rollup cumulative update for USB in Windows Vista Basic components

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/941600/

    If the problem persists,

Step 2: Run the fixit provided in the link below.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/tips-for-solving-problems-with-USB-devices

Step 3: Uninstall and reinstall the driver Bluetooth:

A Bluetooth firmware obsolete or outdated device driver may be causing the HIDData.exe has stopped working error.

You must be logged on as administrator to perform these steps.

    1. open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Device Manager.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    2. in Device Manager, look for the Audio USB head set, and then double-click the device name.

    3. click on the driver tab and then click on uninstall the driver, and then follow the instructions.

Click on the link to re - install the drivers manually

  • ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse buttons stop working

My ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse is a great device, except that very often the buttons stop working; for example, I can click the close X at the top right of a window and nothing happens. I found that cross all possible button clicks, including failover of the scroll wheel, will get running again. My assessment is that the software Lenovo mouse Suite merges very often on the State of the mouse buttons; for example, software problem, not a hardware problem. Frequency is approximately 1 event in 20 hours of use. What must I do to get help?

    Windows 7 x 64 with all updates

    ThinkPad X 220 with built-in Bluetooth

Mouse Suite Lenovo: 6.47 (upgrade to 6,48)

UPDATE: just had to happen once again (still ongoing: 6,47). I tried a lot of things with the mouse and the only thing that solved the problem was to tilt the mouse wheel (first to the left then to the right).

UPDATE: I recently had the left and right tilt scroll wheel assigned to respectively backward and forward, and I don't remember having this problem before I did these assignments, so I changed both of these assignments to disabled to see if that makes a difference. I've also updated the Mouse Suite version 6.48 software.

    For further investigation:

    100% reproducible failure

When I opened Firefox 11.0 with only one tab, the window control icons (Minimize, Maximize, Close) would correctly highlight on mouseover and works correctly when you click on it. When I then open or switch to another tab, there was no highlight on mouseover and is no longer, they responded to clicks. Other actions of the mouse work properly, including the icons of window control in other apps I tested.

I uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox 11.0, define a new profile is empty, and the problem persisted. I checked for other reports of this problem in Firefox, and while I found a (very) few similar reports, I found that there was no evidence a general problem in Firefox.

    Successful correction

I uninstalled ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse, mouse, Lenovo, ThinkPad UltraNav Utility, ThinkPad UltraNav Driver and rebooted, installed just the TrackPoint with the Microsoft Compatible PS/2 driver, and the problem does not recur. I think only installed two UltraNav packages with system update, then the Lenovo ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse with mouse Suite, and the problem still does not happen. It continues to operate correctly.

    My assessment

My assessment is that something subtle had screwed up in Lenovo UltraNav and/or mouse Suite, which has been fixed by uninstalling and then reinstalling everything. I don't think that there is a problem in Firefox.

  • Wireless laser mouse 6000 v2.0 freezes / causes other problems.

I had the wireless laser mouse 6000 v2.0 and the keyboard since April, but the problem just started occurring. I'll start my computer (I have Windows XP) and everything will be fine. As a first step, I can click on the start menu, but if I open a window, it seems that whenever I go to click on the window it will click out of it so I can't select it. From there on, I can't click on anything, no icons or anything. I have to press ctrl alt del to be able to click on the window or another program. I also discovered while I was in Internet Explorer I would surf the web, and he would start pages like I'm pressing the back button to return.

    I already tried things:
    -Uninstall Intellitype, uninstalling the drivers.
    -Change the USB ports.
-Elimination of some programs / firefox & internet explore [I thought that maybe a bug as possible.]
-Completely nuking my computer and put a new new version of Windows XP.
    None of them worked.

The only thing that worked was to move the mouse and the keyboard with my old mouse and keyboard that are not wireless. This is driving me crazy. I just received it and had no problems until recently perhaps an update of some sort, but now he does it on a fresh new copy of XP. What other options do I have?

I had problems by two different laser mouse 6000 V2, on one, the right click does not work except sporatically, now my other mouse is having problems with the left click function.  I am about to replace the micro-switch SPST (I think that's true) to see if that fixes it.

    FOR INFO!

I contacted microsoft on this subject (on the defective mouse) about 1 year... less than 2 weeks I received a COMPLETELY NEW mouse AND keyboard NEW in box to NO FEES, no RMA, NO return and was NEVER billed for replacement.  I ended up giving the other combo to my brother and he still works fine (other than the hard drive to use right click on the service), the same thing is happening to this mouse, it is difficult to make a left click, sometimes it works, sometimes, it is not click at all, sometimes it double click on...

Give it a try, send an email to microsoft.

I think they have problems with their defined wireless desktop V2 and replace without charge, without admitting a problem.

    Hope this helps somehow.

PSS, if you have NO function of the mouse AND keyboard, or just the mouse work not at all (NO movement etc.) I had a neighbor install a just CB radio next... frequency RF interfered with the signal RF mouse and the mouse (and sometimes the keyboard) refused to work as long as he handed (IE holding the key to the transmission on the CB).  Sorry if this seems rudimentary, but some people have trouble understanding certain issues so I try to make them as simple as possible.

    The rule that follows:

Interference RF (CB, other wireless devices on the same frequency (of HAM Radio etc.),

    Exclude the above listed issues.

Otherwise, it would appear that you have either A: a bad receiver (The Oval device plugged into the PC), or B: a bad mouse RF transmit/receiver.  Anyway that I will try to return the product I used the Wireless Desktop 6000 V2 over 3 years with NO problems other than to wear down me the switches in mice.  (I use my PC very strongly).  Try emailing Microsoft for a replacement, it can't hurt and maybe you'll get a new like I did!

  • Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 does not connect to the Wireless Desktop 3 receiver. 0a

    Hello

I'm having a problem, try to use a Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 with a wireless desktop receiver 3. 0a. My previous mouse, wireless laser Mouse 5000 connects fine but the left click button is inadmissible about half the time so I bought the Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 v2.0 to replace. Laser mouse 6000 v2.0 works fine on my laptop with the usb receiver that comes with it, but I would like to use this mouse if you use my office receiving office 3. 0a that connects my microsoft comfort keyboard 1027 and all other previous microsoft mouse that I have owned. I downloaded and installed the latest drivers point software and smart and still it does not detect or connect the mouse 6000 v2.0.

I tried to use the usb receiver supplied with this mouse on my desk but he won't my keyboard (comfort 1027), but the mouse works fine when using the usb receiver. Any suggestions to get this mouse works with my receiver older are greatly appreciated! Thank you

    Hi Mburton8899,

It must have the same version of the receiver in order to work properly. Unless the mouse is bluetooth, it can only pair with the USB dongle, with which he came.

    Hope this information is useful.

  • Re: Logitech mouse travel Bluetooth no longer works with my Satellite A300 /.

While happily using my Logitech Bluetooth Travel mouse, all of a sudden it stopped works, it was a mouse problem, I put a new battery in thought, but still does not. Took a look in the Bluetooth settings and it still showed here, at this point, the computer was still in warranty. Later, I tried to connect my mobile phone and that worked out fine, so I was now convinced that it was the mouse. Rang the store where I bought it, mate so bad, we are not interested in helping you... Thank you!

Some time later I had the chance to try the mouse on another computer, hey presto, it worked well... yay maybe he'll now work on mine... no luck. So now I think that there must be a problem with my laptop... and of course the warranty is now out of print!

I have now deleted the settings Bluetooth Laser mouse, thinking that perhaps a new search and installation might solve the problem, but now when he sees my phone could not connect to it and he even see all Laser mouse.

The version of the driver he used is 5.0.2518 which is probably what came with the computer. As far as I know that I have never updated.

It all seems strange that one moment that he works and the other is not... in any case it is interesting to try to update the driver software > or I am barking the wrong tree.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    JD

I agree with the hammer. Try to update the BT software and make sure that BT is successfully activated.
If the problem persists with the two devices (mouse and phone mobile) I imagine that there is a problem with the BT antenna or module BT.

  • Driver Wireless Laser Mouse (PA3706E-1ET1) problem software on Windows XP

I have a Toshiba Wireless Laser Mouse PA3706E-1ET1 that gives a serious problem with the MouseDriver.EXE software provided on the CD with the mouse.

    * First release _ * _: when you install the driver on the CD I get an error message saying that they are not certified by Microsoft. The documentation that came with the mouse has an additive brochure that says about it and ignore that the software works without any problem.

    * _The issue_ *: with the mouse driver, I get a mouse icon in the windows taskbar and clicking on it will allow me to set up all the extra buttons running. Everything works very well at this point. The problem occurs when I try to shut down Windows (this is Windows XP) it will fail to finish. It seems to me close a few icons in the status bar, but then it stops. I can click on stop again and it still will not close. If I click with the right button on the mouse icon of toshiba in the windows taskbar and click EXIT in the drop-down menu, then shut down Windows and then stops. It seems that the mouse driver is to avoid a stop down. This is what is displayed in the event viewer:

If I uninstall the mouse driver that disappear from all of the above questions. The mouse works but not all buttons. Scrolling the mouse left + right, vertical and the back and buttons before work, but the parchment of horizontal tilt and two additional buttons do not work.

Re: Toshiba Wireless Laser Mouse PA3706E-1ET1 (which is appears as 'Sysgration USB mouse' in hardware)

Yes, Andy, I have the same problems with this mouse. No driver updated (or even original) with a view to anywhere.

Called Toshiba - all they could suggest "just use the drivers on the CD" and unable to offer any other suggestions!
No drivers on PC World UK (seller) or Sysgration site or the other.

Author of the driver (info email the driver DLL) contacted but no response until now.
SysMouseFilterF3.sys does not seem to be the culprit because it causes a blue screen of death on the startup of the system.
In order to get the mouse to work I just uninstalled Sysgration drivers and delete the mouse in the hardware list.

Windows Xp then tried and it seems to work ok with driver default for Microsoft - but only right + left, scroll, front + rear, Alt + Tab appear to function.

Colleagues, it takes up to a new driver appears!
