  Since your iSight webcam works up to the time that your Mac goes to sleep, I would like you to start please help desk trying to replicate this problem then to reboot in safe mode:

  1. Choose the Apple menu > shut down.

  2. After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.

  3. As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.

     You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.

  4. Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.

  To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

The only way I can enter now is to restart Safari guest mode, only it can I use my password and log in as myself.   Hi, so I recently bought a new computer without a hard drive and I can't download my Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 on my computer because it is not accepted by my El Capitan OS X 10.11.  Is there a way I can upgrade to the current version without having to pay for it because I have already on the disks?  Or do I have to buy a new one?  Is there a download for El Capitan?  I've lived a lot of people and I'm just trying to know whether or not I should buy the new version or can I stay with my old.

When I tried after that go on cloud creative install was written something like "to run the application, you must have adobe application manager installed" I tried to download the application adobe for Windows Manager since I'm on a version of Windows 7 but it did not work. The change in message and it was sometimes written "You must download creative cloud to continue" and I click on the link and he send to an error on Adobe page. I tried to uninstall and install again creative cloud but I've got all the sames errors even when I don't know what to do I am at school and I really need those applications to make homerworks at home someone help me!

  Please, try the following steps:

  Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  AppData

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Step 4:

  Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

  http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe

  Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.

  It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.
