Problems with cloud creative install/uninstall for MacBook Pro
Creative cloud to Desktop installed very well, and all the windows have worked except for the 'Apps'... all I wanted to do was download the trial of Dreamweaver CC, so it was a problem. I got the "small wheel" on the applications for a long period of verrryyy tab and tried everything on this page: App does not open. Wheel of progress turn continuously
Those who did not help.
I tried the solution from this page first: error "failed to install" Creative Cloud Desktop application
Adobe Creative cloud won't uninstall... He said that I must leave everything first, which I am unable to do so because the CC icon does not appear on my Macbook more state bar... Cmd + Alt + Esc only shows the Chrome and the Finder as active, so I can't force leave them this window... I am at a loss here!
In case this is useful: I have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign CS6 currently installed on my computer... would this effect anything?
Please help, I need Dreamweaver to work - I'm a web designer!
@atul_saini I ended up dragging the entire folder creative cloud from my Applications to the trash, trash removal, and then restarting the computer. It actually worked! Creative cloud restarted (somehow) on its own, and I was able to install Dreamweaver CC with no other problems.

Since your iSight webcam works up to the time that your Mac goes to sleep, I would like you to start please help desk trying to replicate this problem then to reboot in safe mode:
Choose the Apple menu > shut down.
After your Mac stops, wait 10 seconds, then press the power button.
As soon as you hear the startup tone, hold down the SHIFT key.
You must press the SHIFT key as soon as possible once you hear the startup tone, but not before.
Release the SHIFT key when you see the gray Apple logo and progress indicator.
To exit safe mode, restart your Mac, but no press during the startup.

Problems with El Capitan and using my MAcBook Pro password.
After I down loaded El Capitan, I wasn't able to use my password to connect to my MacBook Pro. The only way I can enter now is to restart Safari guest mode, only it can I use my password and log in as myself. Someone knows how to solve this problem or how to get rid of El Capitan and return to Yosemite.

Hi, so I recently bought a new computer without a hard drive and I can't download my Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 on my computer because it is not accepted by my El Capitan OS X 10.11. Is there a way I can upgrade to the current version without having to pay for it because I have already on the disks? Or do I have to buy a new one? Is there a download for El Capitan? I've lived a lot of people and I'm just trying to know whether or not I should buy the new version or can I stay with my old.
CS5 (CS6) do not have and will not be updated to work with El Capitan... you can TRY to download and install, but there is no support from Adobe if it does not work for you

Yesterday, I buyed a month of subscribition for Adobe Premiere Pro. When I tried after that go on cloud creative install was written something like "to run the application, you must have adobe application manager installed" I tried to download the application adobe for Windows Manager since I'm on a version of Windows 7 but it did not work. The change in message and it was sometimes written "You must download creative cloud to continue" and I click on the link and he send to an error on Adobe page. I tried to uninstall and install again creative cloud but I've got all the sames errors even when I don't know what to do I am at school and I really need those applications to make homerworks at home someone help me!

Please, try the following steps:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:
http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/creativesuite/CC/Win/ApplicationManager9.0_all.exe
Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

I have a problem with my creative cloud subscription. I used the creative cloud for about 1 year now. I paid monthly fees for the Package of Adobe curriculum for about 1 year. (I pay 35200won (KRW) every month from 19) And today, I update my creative cloud to the CC2015 version, and now I have to use the free trial version. I can't use the previous version more. And I have to renew their subscription. I think that my membership things has a problem. So I think on my creative cloud membership cancellation, but my monthly payment is already in.
