I have can´t update my applications. Does anyone know about this problem?
Change my preferences also be. can´t I have wrong settings in my firewall (firewall is not enabled). ?

The operating system you have?
- Close the creative cloud application.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE - Delete the file opm.db.
- Launch the creative cloud.

Problems with downloading the reports BI to Excel in Office 2007

I created reports using the plugin BI Publisher for Word 2007 and deployed through the Apex. Users with Office 2003 is installed get download the file without any compatibility issues. These users on Office 2007 get a warning as follows:
'The file you are trying to open.' filename.xls, is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Check that the file is not corrupted and precedes from a trusted source before you open the file. Do you want to open it now? "
The file will open and save, it's all just annoying to get this message every time. There are no problems when downloading the report to other formats.It is a known problem... It is a "Fix" of Microsoft, to ensure that people know that the file is NOT a style true Blue XLS file... My office just to go through it and it is adjustable, but involves a registry setting that they do NOT HAVE want to impliment...

Problem with downloading the pictures from my digital camera to my PC
In downloading the pictures on my camera digital photo to my PC using Windows Wizard, the numbers of JPEG files are not automatically displayed under each photo, place it in a folder and downloaded. Below each photo is the name of the group followed by tilllate.com number 001, 002, 003, etc.. I have to edit each photo and manually put in the numbers of JPEG files. I followed the download instructions by Windows XP help page. What step am I missing?

I'm having some trouble by replacing the image of a collection.
1. I have used images of the space during the creation of the collection.
2 then within the collection... Collection > Images > (replace & download) > fact.
3 during visualization of all collections, the thumbnail does not change, or after reaching publish them again.
If the image you download is the same size of pixel as the placeholder that you downloaded, this is a known bug. To work around, you need to change a few other pieces of metadata when you upload the image, such as adding a keyword or something. This must be addressed in our next version, due next week.

Cannot download the app updates nor new apps
Hello, I have a day of original launch Palm Pre (Sprint). All settings are always the factory settings, and I did no changes (preware, homebrew apps, etc.). Starting from 02/05/10, I am unable to download the app updates but also to download new applications. Download status/progress indicator appears, but never made any real progress even let it sit overnite. I have both a strong WiFi connection & EV, so there should not be a connectivity issue. I deleted files suggest that there may be a problem of space/memory (music removed files and delete many rarely used applications) and restarted the phone several times but not joy.
Someone else knows it? Is this a known issue? Can anyone recommend a fix for this problem purdy please?

If you have restarted your device and are unable to download the updates, I would recommend a partial erasure. This will make you sign in your profile and you should be able to download the updates right here.
Alternatively, if you are currently on any lower software version 1.3.51, you may consider to download the webOS Doctor from our Web site at www.palm.com/rom . This is because some customers have reported enforcement problems after ignoring several updates. Others have no problem with updates like this to jump.
Either of these solutions, you will have to 1.4.1.1, and when you register in your profile, contacts and other PIM data will restore your device.

Hi - I downloaded no CC no problem and then on CC, I downloaded the apps I wanted to try.
I left these download and they came as "up-to-date" with the green check mark
So now I'm missing something? I can't launch the applications I want to try?
When I manually download them Online it comes up with download trial that comes with the Launcher CC?

Looks like both programs have been downlaoded on Mac: Please click on go > Applications and see if applications are displayed up there?
Windows: Click on start > all programs and see if applications are listed.
If applications do not appear then please try the steps listed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html and which will solve the problem.
