  Dear Apple and community support,

  Here's my problem:

  I have upgraded to iOS 10 on my iPhone 5s this afternoon (September 13), and now I'm not able to open e-mail - Yahoo!, and Gmail. I can receive emails, I'm not able to view the body of these emails. When I press on them, all I see is a blank white page. I can't answer emails either. I can only their flag or remove them. However, I am able to compose new e-mail messages.

  Here are the steps that I've taken to try to solve my problem:

  1. Restarted my phone
  2. Remove and re-add my Mail accounts
  3. Made a backup and a restore full while that plugged into my laptop with the latest version of iTunes.

  I should be grateful if you would help or more information on this issue.

  Start the computer in Safe Mode, and then restart normally. It will be slower than a normal startup.

Wait until the operation is complete, then quit disk utility and return to the main menu. Select restart from the Apple menu.

  Now, download and reinstall OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 Combo Update.

At an i7 processor, NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 965 M, the DDR3L 16 gig memory, the GDDR5 2 GB graphics card, a card of 256 GB ssd and 1 TB of hard drive). I don't think it's a problem with my computer.

  I am currently working on a project where I need to cut some parts of the photo, that I will use it later. But I'm having the problem now, some photos displayed as it should. And some are not. They seem to be grey. Or there is some kind of white/gray block above them. It is as if is not available to the loading screen (?). If the object is there, but just does not appear right.   Please disable the graphics processor in photoshop, and then try again.

  Open Photoshop

  Click on edit-> preferences-> Performance

  Uncheck use graphics processor

  Click OK

  The Mail app can not handle the mail POP and is limited to Basic for IMAP mail functions. Use the post office to work. You'll have more control and features.

I made these changes (first simply by changing the port #, then both) but this does not solve the problem.

  I've recently updated Thunderbird to 31.7.0 and I think that these questions CAN coincide with this update, but I am not sure of the time. If this is the case, is it possible that I could get back to the old version of Thunderbird... or move in this way another? ID of the update was not the questions, someone has an idea or an idea on why this would suddenly be a problem with Thunderbird?

  Your anti virus got an update. We get a rash of these every time updates to Thunderbird. The cause is always an anti virus program. usually, Norton or Alvira, but they all get a mention.

  You use Norton or McAfee av?  I suggest to uninstall these and select free software such as Microsoft Security Essentials, Avast or AVG.  These work properly with Windows Mail.
