  2. What is the full error message?

  This problem might have occurred because of these reasons:

  1. Corrupt the App Store.
  2. Incorrect settings App.

  1. Download version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.
  • Navigate to HP Software and Driver Downloads site (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html) to find the last pilot approved for your model.  Filtrer filter by version, select Microsoft Windows 8.1 on the menu drop-down.  Find the download in the category 'Driver-Chipset'  If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is listed, download.  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66228.exe) works for most models.]
  • If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is NOT listed, download the driver appropriate directly from Intel (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=intel+management+engine).  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23091/Intel-ME-9-Management-Engine-Driver-for-Intel-NUC) works for most models.]
  2. Download the Package of troubleshooting Windows 10 "show or hide updates" (http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab).
  3. Change the Windows Update Services automatic (delayed start) parameter to the manual.
  • In Control Panel, select administrative tools, and open Services.
  • Go to Windows Update and double-click it to view its properties.
  • Click on stop to stop the service to run.
  • Change the Startup Type to manual, and then click OK.
  4. Install version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  If you receive a warning dialog box about the replacement of a newer version of the software, accept it.
  • NOTE: You have NO need to uninstall version 11 before installing version 9 or 10.  The presence of a version of the driver is required to 'upgrade' (or demote in this case).
  5. Run the Windows 10 Troubleshooting Package 'Show or hide updates' and hide the updates of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  (This will block your system automatically reinstall or display of updates for version 11 of the pilot).
  6. Change back the setting of Windows Update Services to manual automatic (delayed start).
  7. Restart your computer.
  8. Rejoice!  You can finally sleep and stop again.

  What I want to do now is to downgrade my version of BIOS. Is anyone know how it works, and someone has an older version of BIOS of 2005? I couldn't find any older versions on the Toshiba support sites.

  You re right. On the Toshiba page you will find only the latest version of the BIOS and the older versions are not available on the page.

  I've recently updated to snow leopard at el capitan on a 2009 macbook pro.

  I can't send e-mail from the mail since the upgrade application.

  Incoming mail server address is grayed out in the settings preference of apps under 'Account Information'. It reads "p02 - imap.mail.me.com. My full username iCloud is also grayed out. It doesn't seem to be a way to fix this. I believe that the correct server address should be "imap.mail.me.com".

  The outgoing server address is "stmp.mail.me.com".

  ICloud Drive switch makes no difference. I also tried to remove the iCloud account on the 'Accounts' page under preferences app mail and setting up the account again. Also makes no difference.

  I can send emails with mail on my iPhone application and receive emails on my mac and iPhone.

  Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  You go to System Preferences-> Internet accounts to fix the details of the server. These things are more fixed inside the Mail application. It may seem strange, but it makes sense, since the accounts are used for email and other services. Now, is there a central location for this.

• Major problem with the touch screen after upgrade Windows 10

  I bought a Lenovo Yoga 3 14 "a few weeks ago and upgraded to Windows 10 as soon as I got it.

  Since I started using it, the touchscreen will be occaisionally go "crazy". Crazy is the best way I can describe it because it will start input touch by ignoring or doing his own random touch input on the screen. Nothing the laptop will start to switch between windows and opening and closing of the things.

  This laptop is not running Windows 8.1 long enough for me to know if she has had this problem before the upgrade.

  My computer crashed and I had to run the recovery disk, the repair option, so he could run again. It does not format my computer but I had to re - install several programs.   I would like to just say thank you for your help and the problem is now solved.  In the end I paid someone to sort it out.  He explained that it was something like permissions for some of my files were owned by my old operating system and after that my computer crashed and I had to put through the recovery disc these permissions have been lost.  He told me that he had a program that looked for the old existing and re-installed.

  I think you are talking after upgrade to CC 2015 you're not able to launch I. Also, I believe you speak for read only matter of preference.

  After following the instructions please do not launch Illustrator and check your file preference if the permissions have been set correctly. A good way would be to get inside the preferences folder and then try to create a file manually. If it succeeds, please write to [email protected]
