  This is what happens always after the files have been transferred from one folder to another.   Looks like your folder icons are not accommodating themselves automatically you plan to do. To me, this indicates that you have organize by the None value in the view menu. You can change the way files and folders are prepared automatically by clicking on view > reorganize by and selecting how you would like that fixed.

  COD: World at War is a game compatible with Windows 7 64 bit.  A common problem with some games running after moving to Windows 7's hardware drivers.  Make sure that your system meets the requirements of the game system and then update your hardware drivers.  If make sure that hardware vendors have 64-bit drivers Windows 7 available, usually video and sound drivers cause problems with games when they are not updated.

  I used the resolution of compatibility issues in Control Panel to install my old pc game (cake mania 2) it installs and the game plays fine until I have shut down the game and try to reopen it. The convenience store said detected incompatible application.

  When you are working on your computer and install a new program, the installation suddenly fails. Now, you're left with a partly installed program. You try to install the program again, but you're unsuccessful. Or, maybe you have problems trying to remove an old program because the installation files are damaged.

  Download and install the Windows Cleanup utility to uninstall the game completely from the computer, and then start with a new facility.

• Compatibility issues with the old game - UbiSoft 'Adventures' happy Laura

  Any old hardware and compatibility mode experts out there?

  My daughter loved this UbiSoft program when she was little, she would like to try again for reasons of nostalgia, so I made my Christmas project to try to get it going again for her.

  She seems to have very specific graphic requirements.

  CD box says "Pentium 200 or faster Windows 95/98/ME ' and ' any 4MB compatible Direct 3D graphics" (* but see below for details)

  I tried on a laptop 8 win in Windows 95 and Windows 98 compatibility modes and it installs and runs the game, in fact but with display serious corruption - mobile figures produce black spots on static backgrounds and quick movement scenes produce large areas of black. I tried to set all the graphics options that I don't see in the game Installer so the PC itself, but there is no change.

  I have some old hardware PC lying around, so I tried first on a Windows XP faithful (Pentium 4 and NVIDIA GForce 6200 graphic) machine and the installation program is running - but not the game itself with joy

  I tried to run a virtual machine of MS on this PC to emulate Win98, but it seems to imitate the graphics card - so no joy

  Then I tried an AMD Semplon 3100 with VIA / S3G Unichrome PRO IGP graphics. I put in a new hard drive and put a new installation of Windows 98SP2 on it and the installer works (he asked me to reinstall Direct X - what I did with v9c) and the opening menu is displayed, but the PC crashes when I try to launch the game.

  I actually still the Pentium2 PC which took place the game on a map of 3Dfx Voodoo2, but at the moment, it is completely dead so I need to find a replacement PSU before I can even try this troubleshooting.   The first thing I would say (if you have not already done) is to ensure that you have the latest version of Shockwave installed.  If you have still a problem, I would like to run IE without Add-ons and then put only the module Shockwave Player and the test.  Also, follow the other steps listed here and post back with the results.

  Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

  Thanks for the replies. I've got it sorted. After watching a little more closely and did a little more research, I discovered that the issue has been entirely with Acrobat 7. This situation seems to occur when you install a later version of Acrobat (same drive). It's more complex than that, but it's essential.
