    I posted these questions to Support Flash Player

    My first question was

    Where can I find the solution on your Flash player and Mozilla Firefox / Chrome (windows 7) that does not read the videos always out there?

    There is a conflict with firefox/chrome with your new version.

    More information

    I did everything what Firefox told me to do but the problem is bigger, because I told you that I have the problem also in Chrome.

    I did a clean install and was also the driver carried Flash as your adobe page told me to do.

    I installed again after that Firefox and the Flash plugin.

    The only security I have on my computer is the last free version of Avast (150909-0)

    Unfortunately, the problem is still there and it's the reason why I asked you what else to do.
    Adobe FB, I received this response: Adobe Flash Hi John, post your query on the forum of Flash Player.

    UPDATE

    I did the update Avast even on another computer, and yes the conflict comes from AVAST.

    Also on this computer under win 7, videos no longer work!

  • Problem with the installation of Flash Player

    I tried to install Flash Player for IE 8 on Vista (32 bit), but whenever I tried to install it, it says "the version of Adobe Flash Player ActiveX that you are trying to install is not the latest version". I did the two ond online offline. I really need help on this one

    To uninstall Flash Player 10.1 beta (installed as part of the CS5), you must download the uninstall program 10.1 of http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html#uninstallers, then run it with the -force option, such as documented in the Release Notes.

  • I have a problem with the installation of flash player on my PC?

    When flash player software download reached 47 percent, he is rejected then how can I fix yhis?

    How you are trying to install, in the browser, or download and save and then run the saved file?

    You have no Flash version installed for the moment? (Look into are all Adobe Flash players listed?)

    Also, what site you download it go?

    Test flash here - https://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ , you should see an animation if its operation and a small text box showing you the version you have, a larger box below will show you the latest version (s).

    Download from the "player Download Center" - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ visiting in the browser that you want flash installed. Uncheck the gift if you do not want.

    Or you can specify which version you want to get out of here - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

    If you use IE, you need the ActiveX version, if you use Firefox/Opera etc, you need the version of the Plugin.

    If you still cannot install it, run the Adobe's Flash removal tool to your version, restart and then try to install the last Flash once more.

  • The update of Flash Player 20.0.0.267 caused horrible sound and problem of instability in my application scare users.

    The update of Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in Chrome/Firefox/Adobe-Flash-Player, under specific environment which we have already applied in thousands of SWF files, we find 1) unable to stop playing the sound which is placed on the timeline by ActionScript "this.stop" in our running game and 2) it could also cause several sounds playing simultaneously causing a loud noise and crash suddenly on browser just in few seconds.

    I did a test to demonstrate the problem (but not limited to this case, in fact):

    1. in Adobe Flash Professional CS 5.5, start a new project of the 'New project' with the help of "ActionScript 3";

    2. in the chronology of the scene, make sure we extended to exactly 2 frames;

    Note: '2 images' are a must.  The bug does not occur in "image 1" or "3 frames.

    3. in the area of the stage, create a Movie Clip symbol, namely "symbol 1;"

    4. in 'symbol 1', value 3 layers with timeline length about 30 images;

    5. at the 'symbol 1', adds a rectangle to the keyframe in the layer 1 1, add a command Action "this.stop ();" image key 5 in layer 2, and set the "Sound" to key 10 in layer 3 image using any MP3, Sync-mode 'Stream' and 'Repeat' file, then close "symbol 1" music video;

    6. make sure of course that the '1' symbol is placed in the stage space, and then save.

    7. publish the SWF file.

    8. open the output file with Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in any platform.  The expected result would be an audio clip is played regularly, even if 'this.stop ();"was executed in front of her to reach the image to play the sound.

    Here's how we reproduced a more serious bug inserting a code unrelated to the statement also:

    9. close Flash Player has opened in step 8;

    10 continue to edit the same file in step 1 in Flash Professional CS 5.5;

    11. Add a new layer in the timeline of the scene;

    12 Add an Action to frame 1 of the new layer with ActionScript "trace ('abc');";

    13. publish the file SWF.

    14 open with the output file with Flash Player 20.0.0.267 in any platform.  The expected result would be a LOT OF audio clip played together causing a loud noise.

    Here are the links for the FLA and SWF we produced in the experiment above.

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/qh5z7r13s487dkd/fp_bug_20.0.0.267_loud_noise.swf?DL=0

    I guess that any computer with the reader Flash 20.0.0.267 must generate the same result.  We are always ready to just look for a solution.

    We build more recent that we believe addresses the sound question (as well as the difficulties of previous bug provided in our last beta).  We would appreciate your feedback from those that have taken place.  I have included all versions of the installer in the link below.

  • Not able to download the update of Flash Player

    I have a Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5.  And I'm running on Safari 6.  I tried to download the update of Flash Player for Adobe Flash Player Installer 15 since last week.   The download box appears when I click on 'Install Adobe Flash Player'.  He requested my password, I come into the box of shakes showing that I entered the wrong password.  I changed my password for Adobe and my administrator password.  And still nothing.  And I can't uninstall it because I apparently do not have the right password.  I asked for help on this problem last week.  And no one has been able to help.

    This password is presented by your operating system and is designed to prevent you from accidentally installing the software.

    If it comes to your personal computer and you don't need a password to connect to the computer when it first starts, you can probably leave the password blank and click OK to go to this prompt.  If it comes to your personal computer and your normal password does not work, make sure that CAPS LOCK SHIFT is off, and then type the password carefully.

    If this is your work machine and he asks an administrator password, well, you will need to have a conversation with your computer friendly.

    If you are still puzzled, you may need to reset the password on your Mac:

  • Trouble installing the update of Flash player 14.0.0.177 for Chrome

    I tried to help my mother to update his flash drive. It was flash version 14.0.0.145 running and having problems with it. When I saw there was a newer version, 14.0.0.177, so I downloaded it, I was checking things for her. Chrome, to activate it on the plugins page, but the only version to appear was the old man. As far as I know, this is how it is installed. She has a computer with the windows operating system windows 7. Is there something I'm missing here, or something I must try that might help to get the latest version of flash running? Thank you!

    Hello

    The version of Flash Player integrated in Chrome is updated by Google, not Adobe.  For this version of Flash Player, it seems that Google has released Flash Player via an update to Chrome (as opposed to a components updated, they do sometimes), in accordance with this page Chrome releases: Stable channel update, which indicates that 36.0.1985.143 is the version that contains the update of Flash Player. You can navigate to chrome://chrome to trigger the update (or tools > about Google Chrome, that goes to the same page).

  • MacKeeper attached to the update of Flash Player?

    I recently downloaded the update for Adobe Flash Player free. When I unzipped the file, I was encouraged to install MacKeeper, a program that I hate! Despite my request is not for her, and even without asking me to install it, I was shocked to see that it has been installed! I searched the internet for instructions on how to uninstall (it wee several!) I did it after a long procedure requiring almost 20 deleted files! I was very careful to follow the instructions, but now I can't find my photo library! Adobe is aware of this intrusion by the jolts which make MacKeeper? I don't know how that could have been attached to download without knowledge of Adobe. Looking forward to hear from someone because I'm not afraid to install the file, I have Adobe and, quite frankly, hesitant to ever upgrade Flash Player again even if that means I never use again.

    I hate MacKeeper!

    Hello

    I'm sorry that you have downloaded a malicious Flash Player installation program that has installed the software MacKeeper questionable.  Adobe does NOT bundle MacKeeper with the installer of Flash Player, so this is it not an official Adobe Flash Player installer.  The official site for download Flash Player from get.adobe.com/flashplayer East.  If the installer does not come from this site, or the update does not update the Flash Player early notification, he came not from Adobe.

    Regarding: "I don't know how that could have been attached to download without knowledge of Adobe."  In fact, this happens, and Adobe is going after these malicious actors who post malicious Flash Player installers.  Where did you download the update from?  I heard (recently) of MacKeeper cela but did not have a URL to pass on to the relevant Department to treat this.  If you have a URL, please private message it me and I'll pass it on to the team of fraud/privacy tracking on.

    Thank you.

  • Install the update of flash player adobe - why is my password is not eligible

    During the second part of the installation (the part where it ask for your password); Adobe does not accept my password and therefore I can't complete installation. How to overcome this problem.

    Hello

    It's the OS, not Flash Player to ask for the password, as such, it is one you use (with administrator permissions) to connect to your system.  See what userid & password I need to install Flash Player?  For more information

  • Problems with the help of Flash output

    Hello there, hoping to get some tips on a few topics with RoboHelp.

    We just started deployment FlashHelp here and have met a couple of snags. I use RoboHelp version 6, the version of Flash player 9 and have the Flash authoring software (if necessary), but this is the MX 2004 version. We need IE 6 and Windows XP Pro.

    Question 1

    In a project of FlashHelp (generated), when, on the Index tab, if I use the search box to find a word index, shows the following error: "a script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 9 to run slowly." If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. You want to stop the script? "If I DO NOT give up the script, the computer is still slow. If I said to go there and to abort the script, Internet Explorer crashes.

    I asked our in-house web team and the Flash development team to examine the issue of the index, and they discovered something strange. The index is broken only if the index entered word begins with the letter has that ever happened to someone else? We tried several projects on multiple boxes (computers), and the results have been very inconsistent. Sometimes it breaks, sometimes not, but ONLY when the index entry starts with an A.

    Is there something I can change in the code anywhere to prevent that from happening in the first place? Alternatively, is it possible to change the skin to completely remove this entry from the index? It is not necessary to our process to have him there, as long as the index entries are there with the scroll bar.

    Note: We just use the default Flash skin - no changes.

    Question 2

    One of my latest projects to help is contextual. When called in the application (F1) displays the appropriate heading. However, the table of contents displays always the default book - it develops not to correspond to where the user is really help.

    Even more strange (for me), the table of contents works very well for the pages and books of first level and second level. However, something third-level or deeper, the table of contents is behavior as described above - the book of the default home page.

    All books are books with links (topics), so what matters. Also, I tried to build the project as WebHelp and had the same results - the table of contents still would not automatically fill when it is called csh of the application.

    In all other respects, things seem to work very well.

    I downloaded the trial version of RoboHelp 7 and had the same problems.

    Thank you very much!

    Wow, Mr. Grainge, you saved my sanity! Thank you!

    I put in the bug for the Index number report, and your proposal in extracts for optimization PC Local from the Internet seems to have fixed the TOC problem as well!

    Thank you very much!!!

  • Problems with the update 12/05/09

    I tried several times to install the following updates downloaded by auto update 5/12
    Update of security for Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 (KB957789)
    Update for Microsoft Office System 2007 (KB967642)

    Dungeon updates not only give me an error code 8007066F Windows Update encountered an unknown error. I don't know when I search this error code. Should I try a different approach to the update? I am running Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

    After beating my head against the wall for several hours (days) research and try a lot of different things I contacted the support of Microsoft Office. While there was time, their Tech Support solved the problem that apparently was having problems with the installation of Microsoft Office that would not allow updating. The solution required unistalling all the Office applications, doing some cleaning and then reinstall Office. Once this was done the updates installed successfully, like Service Pack 2. It was required a research engineer - it was way beyond my abilities. I am pleased to say that the problem is solved and I can't stress enough how much I care I just started with this option and saved manny, many hours of time and frustration. Experience with the support person, that I have had - spread over some time - has been remarkable. You save time and headaches - if you find any information on your error code get help from M/S even if you have to pay for it. If your time is worthless as it's well worth.
