ProBook 4530 s: generic Bluetooth adapter disabled CODE 43

What I've done.

(1) installed latest firmware

(2) this Wifi card driver installed.

(3) installed HP Connection manager

(4) installed HP Support Assistant

(5) uninstalled, removed and deleted the current generic Bluetooth driver and reinstalled.

(6) managed the card settings to activate Bluetooth.

(7) have sought the insterwebs around a solution that works for me and found nothing.

(8) found a gun range that will allow me to use this laptop as a target.

Please keep this poor laptop to be a target in a rifle scope. HP TROUBLE THE PLEASE THIS PROBLEM!

Thank you!

Wow, I'm stumped too.

Maybe it's time to take it to the beach!

If the bluetooth radio was not working, I think that it would not register all bluetooth devices.

If you decide to replace the card, I recommend that you get the Intel card dual band listed in the service manual.

You can probably get a cheap on eBay by questioning by the HP part number.

Your laptop has a BIOS white list that blocks all cards not supported wireless.

You must get a card support indicated in the guide and it should have the part number HP on it or it won't work.
