Prodesk G2 400 LTS: HP Prodesk 400 G2.5 SFF

Hello

Our company has recently taken delivery of 400 Prodesk new pc and I'm fighting to change the identification sticker - it is greyed out in the BIOS and can not find where this.

Someone at - it ideas please?

see you soon

Hello:

On my 8200 Elite CMT, you can change some information like that... to see if it works for your model.

After entering the Setup by pressing the F10 key, press on Ctrl + A to open additional fields in the security > system menu IDs.

You can change/enter the serial number of your PC in the inventory and serial number of the chassis number in application areas.

Save the changes then and once when you exit the BIOS.

  • OBIEE BI answers: measures bad aggregation at the top level of the hierarchy

    Hi all,
I have the following problem. I hope to be clear in my English because it is somewhat complicated to explain.

    I did following:

ID of drugs classified in quantity
    1 9
    2 4
    1 3
    2 2

    and drugs following table:

Drug brand Id brand Description drug whose active ingredient Id drug whose active principle Description
    Aulin Nimesulide 1 1
    2 Asprina 2 Acetilsalicilico

In AWM, I've defined a Dimension of drugs based on the following hierarchy: drug whose active ingredient (parent) - brand name of medication (sheet) mapped as Description:

The active ingredient of drug = drug Active ingredient Id of my Table of drugs (pharmaceutical = Description of the active ingredient LONG DESCRIPTION attribute)
Pharmaceutical brand Description = drug brand Id of my drugs Table (LONG DESCRIPTION = Description of drug brand attribute)

Indeed, in my cube, I have traced pharmaceutical leaf-level brand Description = Id of the drug of my fact table. In AWM drugs Dimension is mapped as Sum aggregation operator

If I select on answers drug whose active ingredient (parent of my hierarchy) and the quantity, in my view, after the result

Description of the active ingredient drugs classified in quantity
    Acetilsalicilico 24
    Nimesulide 12

    indeed of the correct values

Description of the active ingredient drugs classified in quantity
    Acetilsalicilico 12
    Nimesulide 6

EXACTLY the double! But if I dig drug Description of the active ingredient Acetilsalicilico I can't see correctly:

Drug whose active ingredient Description pharmaceutical brand classified in quantity Description
    Acetilsalicilico
    -12 Aspirina
    Total 12

Aggregation of evil is only at the top level of the hierarchy. The aggregation on the lower level of the hierarchy is correct. Perhaps the answers also amount Total line? Why?

I'm frustrated. I ask your help, please!

    Giancarlo

OK your on 10G but the view of the cube and the obligation to limit the levels in the LTS in the RPD is valid in both.
I think we found the problem,
Go to each source logical table this logic table (x 2 in your case you have two levels) and on the content tab, window background ' use this "Clause Where" filter to limit the rows returned. »
Open the expression builder, locate LEVEL_NAME according to your cube and limit accordingly, it is to say LEVEL_NAME = "BRAND_DESCRTIPION" for the aggregation BRAND_DESCRIPTION LTS and LEVEL_NAME = "XXXX" in detail, SFF, where XXXX is the name of level of hierarchy in your cube for details (leaves) records.

Can you try that and let us know?
    Thank you

    Hello:

An illustration of the PC, I see that there are PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports.

You should be able to install W7 if you replace the usb keyboard and mouse PS/2 ones.

This USB creator utility must also have worked, so I don't know what to say on this subject.

But the post below my answer which has been marked as being the solution indicates that a PS/2 KB and mouse will also work.

Windows 8 was the orignal operating system

Question: Replaced mobo moose that crashed.

Original HP mobo crashed.  Replaced by superior version 2.0 than the 1.2 that it came with, but same manufacturer.

    Getting two errors:

    1. at boot up -: incorrect serial number of chassis

    2. Windows 10 boots and works very well - did not need to reinstall the o/s - but does not activate Windows 10

Solutions?  Is there a way to solve this problem without reinstallation?   Something in the BIOS/EUFI requiring an update?

  • HP ProDesk 400 G1: Install AMD R9 380 on HP

Hi, sorry for my bad English

    I have a HP prodesk 400 G1 MT and I have already installed a 750 W POWER supply

I would like to install a graphics card, AMD R9 380 Nitro, can I use this card?

Thank you one please help me

    Hello

There is very little information on the compatibility of the R9 AMD 380 and HP 400 G1 ProDesk.

You have a fairly new PC so there is a good chance that the AMD R9 380 will work.

Find out what the return policy is before you buy.

  • Prodesk 400 G1 SFF: 400 Prodesk G1 SFF - update graphics card

    Hello world

I have an interesting problem that I hope you guys could help me with.

I have a Prodesk 400 G1 SFF and trying to update the graphics card integrated with a GeForce 210.

The thing is when I put the card into the slot, and then start the on-board computer and the new

    come into conflict.

It seems to begin completely on the windows login screen, but the only thing you can see is the slider (when you move
the mouse) on a black background. When I remove the new card, the computer starts and the screen works fine

I tried to install the GeForce 210 drivers without the card in the slot, but then I get an error message saying that the
material is not found and can not continue the installation.

I tried to insert the new card with windows started (I know, not a good idea) to see if the installation process
detects the card then, but I got the same message "hardware not found".

It seems that I'm pretty locked. I can't put the card into the slot, because then the screen does not work and I can't
install the drivers without the card because it must be inserted in order to ensure that it can be installed.

You guys have any suggestions on how to solve this problem or someone of you had similar experiences?

    Appreciate the help,

    Fredrik

You are the very welcome, Fredrik.

Yes, without the new card installed... First go in the bios, turn on legacy mode and disable secure boot.

HP video card will not work on any HP PC that comes with the W8 or newer of the factory, unless these BIOS settings are changed.

Normally the PC won't start not even with those setting enabled and a HP not installed video card.

Then, after changing these settings (without the new installed card), reboot the PC and go into windows, go to Device Manager, click to expand the category of device display maps, right-click on the Intel HD graphics card, select uninstall and check the box uninstall driver.

Do not restart requested.  Shut down the PC and install the video card.

Turn on the PC, hope it works, and then install the drivers.

If you encounter problems (which I doubt you want) you can always remove the graphics card, clear the CMOS which resets all parameters of the BIOS to default values.

Then reinstall the Intel graphics drivers.

  • HP Prodesk 1 400 mt

Can someone help me please how to install windows xp on Prodesk 400 MT from G1, I get a blue screen, please help

    Hello:

    Unfortunately, nobody can help you.

Cannot run Windows XP on this PC due to the lack of graphics, and AHCI drivers.

You can change the speed setting IDE controller (if your PC has such a framework of BIOS) and install XP in this way, but even if your PC has Intel integrated graphics card, there is no driver for it.

There is probably some other drivers that don't exist either.

  • MT G1 400 proDesk (Midtower): (need help) graphics card upgrade

I'm looking to improve my 4600 ProDesk of Intel to a Nvidia GTX 970 graphics.  I understand that this will also necessitate upgrading the PSU aswell, I was thinking of a 650-700 watts model.

Here is a link to all the specifications of the desktop computer (make sure you use the MT or Midtower model because it shows a model SFF aswell).

    http://WWW8.HP.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?DocName=c04405864

    Basic PC specs

    • Intel i5 4690 S
    • 2 x 4 G of RAM
    • Toshiba DTO1ACA100 1 TB hard drive
    • Motherboard can be seen in the above link

    My concerns

    • 970 simply does not
    • Power supply may damage the motherboard or the CPU (Intel i5 4690 S)
    • How overide and graphics (Intel 4600)
    • What model of GPU and PSU to consider

I thank you very much for helping me I am pretty new to the PC construction or upgrade of processes and advice would be fantastic.

    Hello

Your computer uses a standard ATX (PSU) power.  Open the PC and measure the size of the PSU.  Over 300 watts ATX HP power supplies should be 5.9 "by 3.4" 5.5 "then seek a replacement with the same measures.  Your PC is open, measure to see how much space you have a graphics card.  Study the posted article.

Corsair CS650m or CX600 would be a good choice for a power supply.

This EVGA GTX 970would be a good choice for a graphics card, but measure to make sure it fits.
