Product codes - where are they?

If I remember correctly, my product codes were available for CS 5.5 were available in my Adobe account... Where are they now? No product is there. That's happened?

Go to www.adobe.com. Sign in using your Adobe ID you should see a button to manage your accounts. You will have to re-enter your connection. Under Plans and products, click View all. Under products, select your products. Finally, what must fill out a list of your products and your serial numbers.

If that doesn't work, you need to contact Adobe staff via chat:

activation of https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?Step=ZNA_downloading-Installing-Setting-up_licensing-

Click on the blue link. (You may have to wait until Monday, unfamiliar with the weekend coverage.)
