  I think that perhaps not all device drivers have been installed when I installed Windows Vista, this time. If that's the problem, I don't know how that could happen, nor how to fix it, but I really prefer to find a way to solve this problem without reinstalling Windows Vista again. I don't mind not manually install the drivers as long as someone can show me what files to copy and where to find them on the Windows Vista disk that I bought at Microsoft.   1. If the network controller is Bluetooth 4.0, then do install this only & decide all BT pilot questions or need to install the driver of BT in the first link also?
