• HP laptop: adobe flash does not work

  I'm so frustrated.    I have a new HP laptop and have had problems since day one.

  I was getting a green screen during video playback.    Came to this site and saw that I have to install adobe flash uninstaller and then reinstall adobe flash.

  Tried once and it worked for a few days.    Came back today and decided to uninstall adobe flash again and reinstall.   I uninstalled and now it won't let me not reinstall because it affirms that this computer comes with adobe already installed.

  I just installed the latest version of Firefox 21. I went to a site that requires flash, and he says that I don't have flash installed.   I used to be able to watch video from any Web site which had videos to watch, but recently I was not able to watch everything, not even on YouTube.  However, after uninstalling and reinstalling Flash I can now watch some YouTube videos and nothing of any other web site.  On YouTube, sometimes it works better if I turn off the Flash.
