  Usually, a bad end cable will not cause you have. It could be one of the items you listed, but could also be the encoder being dirty in this place. Most of the time it's the belt as a defect in a bad belt could stop at the same place. If the sheath is a problem most of the time it stops at the opening of the left side.   As far as the upper toolbar will, I believe you are referring to the Dell docking station.  You can get that here:http://www.delldock.com/.  Simply download and install on it and you'll have the toolbar (if you have set up to be the settings you had before or what you want now).

• Try to download Dreamweaver but the installation crashes every time. Tried another browser, using Mac.
