  If you run a computer Toshiba do the following:
  Access the Internet Exploer.
  In the right corner, go to tools, select Manage Add-ons.
  Disable the Toshiba Media Controller Plug.
  Restart Internet Explorer.

  The next time you start the game, the icon should be gone.

  If you don't have a Toshiba computer, check in the management of Add-ons for any add-ons, you're not familiar with that.

  Here is where is the bug: the pop-up warning will still appear on the second monitor, not on the main screen.   Yes did not work because it would not actually be disappeared from my computer but by messing around after that you suggested, I found another person here who was sort of a similar problem and microsoft team recommends that they download a revouninstaller. If after that it still didn t in the revouninstaller but it allowed me to do a right click on the files and uninstalling this way.

  Well, if you read my question, you would see that I already used the uninstall program, without success. However, I already solved this problem with the use of a 3rd party application, which removes the notification icons, when they are left behind by uninstalled apps. Thanks for the help though.

  If you are sure, that concerned VM is not necessary, do a right-click the VM and remove from the inventory. It won't support a swap file lock in the data store as the heartbeat for this virtual machine is already lost.

  Usually, a VC service is restarted and the removal of the virtual machine directly from host should solve the problem.
