  I try to use WinMerge, a program I've used for years.
  Now, every time that I throw I get say popup "want allow you the program following an unknown Publisher to make changes to this computer".

  But if I try to start the Dowes program I get the popup :(

  This message appears when the application doesn't have an authority root certificate. These types of notifications can be disabled from user account control settings.

  CAUTION: Turn off UAC is NOT recommended
  • On the start menu, select Control Panel
  • Go to system and security > Action Center
  • In the left pane, select change user account control settings
  • Drag the button scroll never notify
  • Click OK to save your settings

  OPINIONS: UAC can avoid potentially dangerous applications to make changes on your computer. Disable UAC would disable the feature for all programs and not for a specific special application.

  I would suggest to go through the above steps:

  Method 1: Install the patch using it.

  a. to do this run the FixIt tool from the following links.

  b. click on the link below and select run now button.

  I'm running Samsung kies. However, a window keeps appearing saying (Themida) "a monitoring program has been found running in your system." If he please, unload the memory & restart your program.   Chris, I don't always know if we have other alternatives for smartphones from Samsung. At least, I could access the files from the phone using Kies. Good luck!

  .NET framework 3.5 and below is included in win7, theres nothing to download.

  And no imaging custom MS do recognize the feeder, it is a feature of the Lexmark scan software.
