  Try this:
  When you create a new virtual machine
  -Choose the option: I'm going to install the operating system later. (The virtual machine will be created with a blank hard drive.)

  -After the creation of new virtual machine also set the path to the ISO file (VM / parameters / CD-DVD.../Use ISO image file)

  I just write a batch file to automatically run a program in Windows XP as a local administrator.  I had to do to get the program to work right.  However, the program cannot access network drives to save the files even if the user who is connected has access to these network resources.  How can I give an a running program as a Windows XP local administrator the possibility to access and back up the files on a network share?

  I found a solution for this.  I had to add the same user a local administrator on the server with network drives.  This solves the problem.

  Hello, I'm having a problem with access to files shared on my Windows Server 2012 Essentials on my Dell Inspiron 1100 running XP Pro SP3 I changed all my computers in the workgroup of names to match NetBios servers and all my other computers have access to stocks with the exception of the Inspiron 1100 trying to access in the sharing I am told that I do not have access, I am not offered a prompt to enter a user name and password I am simply denied access. I can access the server to office assistance remotely, but not shared folders which seems strange to me.   Built a new PC and dropped in Enterprise 8.1... added Hyper v and downloaded the copy 'try' MS Server R2 2012.

• Program runs correctly in administrator mode

  I installed Expression Web 3 and when prompted I entered the serial number.   We use the router as a network controller on our local network. Now, we have replaced router with the server (win 2012 r2 essentials). We have an EYEMAX DVR client software to connect to a remote ip address in the web.

  Previously, I had the configuration of port forwarding router and EYEMAX was working. When we replaced the router with a server that I can no longer connect. I guess that there is a similar setting to perform on a server, but I can't figure out what to do. This certainly isn't a Firewall (when I turn it off EYEMAX still do not work).

• Disabling RDP to the server 2012 iPad

  I Win Server 2012 Standard with gateway desktop remotely installed, configured and works perfectly. However, it seems that the security certificate is worthless for an iPad or Android user. I can successfully remote on the server and all workstations on the network from my iPad with no problems - and there is no security certificate installed on my iPad. Doesn't seem very 'secure' for me. How I can solve this problem (assuming that it is still possible) so that no ONE can remote in without the property security certificate installed? I note that when accessing remote from a windows machine, it doesn't let me connect if I do not have the certificate installed, and there is not a derivation device type. However, with my iPad, I can bypass the need for a certificate, and I don't want that. I suspect it's a kind of change I need to make in IIS. Thanks for anyone who can help.

  My question is if I reinstall in the same VM, Microsoft it will consider a new "machine" and require a new license?

  A download cannot certainly be corrupted, even if it seems normal... The only way to be sure is to compare the size of the file and checksum of the file MD5 or SHA1 against those reported on the download site.
