  This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

  If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator. There must be at least an administrator account for which a person should know the password for the connection.   I bought a copy of the 13 items amazon.ca and when I try to activate the program, I get to where I need to enter the code but the page won't let me enter the code.

  In any case, if you use IE7, you must make sure that it has all its flaws.
