Programming with right-clicking/feedback button problem / hovering text?

Context menu: http://i35.tinypic.com/33nc6td.png

Place of hover: http://i37.tinypic.com/33kd79w.png

It turns out that context menu also applies to links and probably right click in general. The accident report thing happened more than 20 times and the problem of feedback is explicit.

Now a new problem is all just... whenever I have pass on a link/image/highlighted object, it displays a square where the text should be. Link provided.

Update: Wow! Crashed again. But here's a copypasta from the report that he sent to Mozilla. And he says this is b2 but my browser at the top said Firefox 4.0 beta 3! I have uninstalled/reinstalled the program from the link they gave me the Web page of comments too!

    Hello

    I suggest you to follow these steps and check if that helps:

    a. right click on the Windows Explorer icon

    b. in the menu that appears, click Properties.

    c. in the target box, add the command line switch ' / root ' to the "% SystemRoot%\Explorer.exe" command, using the startup location that you want.

    d. for example, if you want Explorer of Windows to start at the root of drive C, edit the command as follows:
    % SystemRoot%\explorer.exe/root, C:\

    It will be useful.

  • How to change the highlight color, click the button image and text and sound.  are there packages of buttons for use in my project?

    How to change the highlight color, click the button image and text and sound. are there packages of buttons for use in my project?

    Hello

    Even if the point of things based Web links buttons created using them is of simple images. Captivate uses simple images. If you need to put your creative hat and not to let the fact that you see the word 'web' scared you somehow. An image is an image. Use on the web, use Captivate. Same case!

    If you change the properties of the button, you can activate the legend of success. Fix any sound that you like with the legend of success and it will play when you click the button. If you do not want to see the legend of success, delete the text and configure it as transparent.

  • Right-click mouse button defective function with Word Pad program

    I use a Logitech 'Wave' and the mouse wireless keyboard.  For some strange reason the click right button on the mouse has changed, but only in regard to the MS Windows Word Pad program.  Context menus still appear on the web pages, the office, etc, but for some reason that I'm no longer to get the regular menu of choices when you use Word Pad when I select text (cut, paste, etc.).

    Technical support of Logitech said that he is apparently not a mouse problem, but rather a problem of specific program.  I can do before reinstalling Windows to fix this?

    For the reasons in my control, context menu began to reappear again.  I don't have a clue as to why he stopped either (nothing happened on the right click) or restarted.

  • cannot open programs by right click and run as administrator

    had a virus earlier today, I think it was the security of windows one... anyway I got rid of it with malwarebytes and restarted my computer. now, for some reason, I can't run programs without going through a right-click and run as an administrator.
    When I try to run normally (left-click) I get this window "open with."
    I'm not very good with technical terms, but I tried several fixes that have failed

    When I right click, open properties, then open the tab compatibility... "run this program as Administrator" button is grayed out so I can't do anything with that.

    turning UAC enabled or disabled dosent seem to do anything.

    Some programs are completely inaccessible, (like microsoft word)

    I also watched regedit but as didemt not a lot of sense to me at all. If anyone could break how to fix this step by step before reinstalling the DVD (which I did not), you will be my best friend

    EDIT: I followed this link of early wich looked like the same, but the link of download in the best masculine seems to not work

    Hello

    Method 1: Disable the security software and verify afterwards; Follow the steps mentioned in the link below

    Disable the antivirus software

    If you use a non-Microsoft security software, you can check the documentation provided with the program to achieve this.

    Important: Activate security software once everything is done.

    Method 2: When you run an .exe on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 computer file, the file may start another program

    Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow

  • Right-click Windows Vista problem

    I have the following weird problems with the mouse right-click:

    1. sometimes, when right-clicking on a task in the task bar,

    • the shortcut menu appears, but I am not able to click one of its elements, or highlight it with the mouse. The context menu does not close even when you try to click on it.
    • the context menu is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. In this case, I can click on its elements normally, however.
    • the appearance of the shortcut menu is weird: the element "Maximize" is written in bold and lacks the 'e' letter, showing as Maximiz. In this case, the element 'Close' isn't written bold. In addition, this case involves the first point (not being able to click on the items in the context menu).

    This problem only occurs when you right-click a task in the task bar, than that is if I right click on the taskbar itself, there is no problem. The system tray works too, and the quick launch.

    'Sometimes' means in fact very often. I might have to right click on a task several times until I get the popup to work normally.

    And now the problem (possibly) other:

    2. sometimes, when a right-click, context menu flashes quickly. As for the first problem, I have to click several times until the pop-up menu appears normally. Unfortunately, I can't describe exactly in what circumstances this kind of behavior happens. Most of the time right click works normally.

    I'd love to hear what could cause these problems.

    Thanks for the suggestions, Meghmala. I tried these methods, but the problem persisted.

    However, after investigating the matter further, I have concluded that the root of the problem is my mouse. Namely, by pressing the right button of the physical mouse often causes clicks two (or more) at a time. I checked this by reversing the left and right buttons in the Panel. After that, left click (right button even physical) was buggy, but the taskbar context menu worked perfectly. If I clicked on very quickly, the bug was less likely to occur.

    I tested clicks with this simple program: http://unixpapa.com/js/testmouse.html

    The real solution to this problem is to buy the new mouse. The things that I mentioned in the first post were after all the right symptoms - some programs this is confused at the rate of 2 clicks from almost simultaneously.

    Do you use the preinstalled original Win8.1 64-bit, that you got with your machine?

    At this point I just can you suggest checking the properties of the mouse (touchpad) and make sure that everything is set correctly.

  • Item selection listbox with right click of the mouse

    Hello

    I have a ListBox with unchangeable elements.  Y at - it an easy way to select an item with a click of the right button (like the left click)

    Create a structure of the event and generate an event on the mouse down? event.  Then use the button terminal to determine if the right button is pressed.  If it was, then set the value of this list box to the line that the mouse is over.  You can do this by using the invoke the end node.

  • Add "open with", right click on explorer 8

    How can I add open with in the right click menu in Explorer 8?
    I want to be abe to open files like powerpoint viewer in windows live mail, which unfortunately does not open in a browser window. If I remember, IE 7 has the right click to open with.

    Because Internet Explorer is a web browser and web and web access object opbjects cannot open until they are on your own PC, a choice 'open with' is a non-sequitur.

  • Move or right click a button?

    Anyone know if it is possible to shift + click or right-click on a button?

    Have you tried (event), but did not get it to work.

    That's maybe what you are looking for:

    the click event handler of the button Manager mouse

    addLightCtrl.addEventListener ("click", {function (k)}

    Detect (k)

    });

    If you want to create a second window, you must declare the var outside the overall function as a var

    var ltWin;

    function detect (k) {}

    var keyState = ScriptUI.environment.keyboardState;

    If 'shift', click on the button, create a new window

    If {(keyState.shiftKey)

    ltWin = new window ("palette", "Types of light", undefined ");

    var groupOne = ltWin.add ('group', undefined, "GroupOne");

    var addParallel = groupOne.add ("button", undefined, "Parallel light"),

    var addSpot = groupOne.add ("button", undefined, "Spot light"),

    addPoint var = groupOne.add ("button", defined, "Point light"),

    var addAmbient = groupOne.add ("button", undefined, "Ambient light"),

    ltWin.layout.layout (true);

    ltWin.center ();

    ltWin.show ();

    }

    / * regular click to add a single point light * /.

    else {}

    pointLight var = proj.layers.addLight ("Light", [0, 0]);

    pointLight.lightType = LightType.POINT;

    }

    }
