  Method 1
  Step 1: I suggest to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists.

  Step 2: If the problem is solved in SafeMode with networking, then I suggest to perform clean boot and remove the program that is causing the problem.

  Hello Papastew10, I don't think it's something that makes Windows Vista.  Sounds like that, it's something controlled by Mumble, so there should be some options for that somewhere.  If not but you might be able to substitute by right click on the speaker icon in the system tray and choose Open Volume Mixer, try to adjust the volume of World of Warcraft from there.   This seems to be a bug has been fixed in the AECC. I tried in CS6 and flickers it color like crazy box when you mouseover it and also changes when you click the button. AECC it seems to work fine and is not performed by the passage of the mouse on the box.
