  Hello guys,.

  I have a beautiful new end project that I am working with several similar test systems associated with the solution of the end.  A perfect opportunity for me to create 1 project (on top of my stable of models vi) template and spawn individual test solutions that all have the same look and feel.

  A search of the help file has left me a little flat on exactly what needs to be done to the project template to "roll my own".

  (Yes, I suppose, I plead for a nugget on the use of this new feature)

  Is there a way to create a project template that anyone can select when creating a project

  There is no method to create a template of project right now. It is an improvement that will be considered for the future.

• Combination of account for tasks in a newly created project template

  Hello friends,

  I recently created a new model of project based on a new Type of project in respect of the operating unit. Standard tasks are also added in the model.

  A new project is created by using the template said above and additional tasks above are also seen in the project.

  However, while preparing a PR in iProcurement if we choose one of the above tasks, it gives an error message - debit an account is invalid. Program error: an error occurred while looking up for a combination of segment flexfield.

  But other projects, created from a different model in the same unit of operation is not to give such a mistake.

  Can you if it doesn't matter who you please let me know if we need to define a combination of account of a task under a newly created project template.

  Hi Hawker,

  Are you using the same accounting Auto for the which was used for all other projects/Templates?

  Try and check Auto accounting Segment by Segment.

  Also check of Cross Validation rules.

  I have put someone up in the system with the following roles:

  • Access to the NDP Module
  • [ADD_EXT_ATT]
  • [NPD_FINANCIAL]
  • [NPD_GLOBAL_FINANCIAL]
  • [REMOVE_EXT_ATT]
  • [TEMPLATE_OVERRIDE]

  The user cannot see the adding / updating activities button on the activities of the section of the project templates.  The button is visible on the other sections on a new NDP project.  I added the last role in an attempt to debug, but it does not appear to have done anything.  Any advice on what combination of roles would the visibility of this button restoration?

  I think that only users with the role of [NPD_ADMIN] are allowed to substitute the registration of the activity of model.  All standard users can add additional activities to a project by using the other schedules.

  Hello

  You can enable an existing project as model. This will allow you to create new projects of this model.

  Public sector is an attribute of a project that you can use when you set the automatic accounting rules. This is useful if you have to account differently for projects for the public sector compared to the projects for individuals or corporations.

  Workflow in the process box is marked if you activate the workflow for project status changes. In this case, when you want to change the State of that workflow will be drawn and until the new project status is approved, you'll be bee that the project is waiting for workflow processing complete.

  I need to use it to get the URL of the current page. How can I get the URL of the current page in the template project?

  Access the object directly the HttpContext for the model project will be a very bad thing to do, since you can interrupt the separation of MVC layer and you will make your model depend on the layer from your view.
  Instead, you must expose a service method in your model (AM) layer that accepts a parameter - and call this your view layer service method passing the parameter in.

  I am trying to create the simplest possible model, just to get an idea how it works according to the instructions in this document. It does not appear in the dialog box create project. He I'm probably missing something obvious, can anyone help?

  Hi Danielle,

  I was able to get your test pattern appears in my LabVIEW by changing a number of things around. In your XML file, I removed the spaces between the brackets and added in some statements '' Yes. '' I have attached the .xml as a .txt file. I changed it around based on some of the files existing .xml that came with LabVIEW. I hope this helps. Nice day.

  How can I get the time to browsers in the model project?
  
  Groovy accesses the browser time?
  
  I have to do some calculations (based on the time of the browser) for each row returned by a query. I think it would work if I could get time to groovy browser because I was able to perform the calculation in the SQL of my View object.
  
  But I can't seem to find how to get browser in Groovy times? Any ideas?
  
  The other option, is to use JavaScript to get the date of the browser, that should work, but the lines are displayed from a query in an AF:table, I need to apply the calculation to set the color of the table date field based on the calculation of date browser. So a java method should run for each row returned and displayed in the table.
  
  What senses seem to better you experts? I seem to be in a catch 22 here... Any ideas? And there are items that you can reference?

  I develop my login on ADF Mobile screen which calls the methods of a Web Service. Our web service is created on the ADF Model project. (Exhibitor on AppModule service interface). Here's the question. I have a LoginView I created in the model. This display request is:

  uname and pwd are added as binded variable in the next screen and NGLS is added as an attribute.
  
  We want to consume this view of the Web Service data command. However unlike tutorials when we drag and drop pview of the data control to the AMX page is unable to detect the parameters and the return variable. Problem seems to be on the model side because there is no function on the page web service test as well.
  
  I appreciate if we can can tell me how to present data (or create views side model) and expose a service interface that contains the parameter of the user (for example, uname and pwd) in where clause and a return variable (lgn for example).

  Instead of using a VO with a fixed where clause, use a VO with a criterion for the view.
  Then, when you create the service interface you will be able to add to the criteria of the view to your interface.
  This will add a method that you can use and pass parameters too.
