PS CS4 (v11.0.2 on Mac) - converted to Animation scenario button disappeared. How can I get that back?
I've used it before. I just clicked on it to convert to frame by frame, but then the button is gone. Thoughts?

Please click on Finder and go to Applications and search Adobe Creative Cloud and launch the application thereof.
* You should restart your computer and launch the app from creative cloud.

the creative cloud icon disappeared on the bar at the top of my mac. How can I get that back?
I had to cancel my debit because of fraudulent activity card and my creative cloud subscription was related to this card. I just got my new card and plugged on creative cloud but the icon on the taskbar to the top of my mac is gone and I don't know how to get it back. Anyone know how?

You can get the return icon to launch from the main location.
Go to the go > Applications > application cloud creative
Or you can search in the spotlight.

I just had to wipe everything on my mac and reinstall the operating system. How can I get my products Adobe Creative Suite back on my computer? I do not have a disk. I think I bought the package online. I don't see anywhere to re - download. The purchase was made in 2011.

Go to iCloud.com using a computer, then settings. When loading this page, look down at left under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.

My camera profiles (standard, landscape, etc.) are missing (under calibration of the camera) as I've updated to 5.6. I have a canon 6 d and my computer is a mac. How can I return this profile?
If you actually see raw files and not JPEGs, then I suggest that you try to reinstall Lightroom 5.6. If you look at the JPEG images then all you will see is "incorporated". I apologize if you already know that.

I'm going crazy trying to find an answer to this question! My external hard drive has shown in the past but not now shows in disk utility. My OS is X El Capitan.
I tried to turn off my computer then unplug my external hard drive waiting for 30 seconds back on my computer and plug my hard drive with no joy.
I hope someone can help.

I understand that your external hard drive is no longer seen by your computer. I know it's important to have a good backup location, and for that to work, I am so happy to provide assistance with this.

If your computer is yet to see the hard drive after following these steps, it would be interesting to test this drive on another computer if available. If you continue to have problems, I suggest contacting the manufacturer of the hard disk on a hardware failure possible.

My PhotoshopCC workspace is suddenly 'long' for my MAC screen. I cannot see the bottom of the workspace and therefore may not work on the bottom of the vertical photos. How can I get that back to mount on display?

suggest you go menu window > workspace > reset Essentials
and who needs to reset your workspace to the default.

Each device is compatible with a minimum version of camera raw.

Please check if you have this version of the camera installed which include your raw files.
It would also be that your photoshop will not have to install this version of camera raw as its very old.
In this case, you can convert your raw files to DNG and can use it.
To convert the files to DNG, you must download and install the DNG Converter.
