  I reinstalled WIN - XP on my S1 and also used the drivers that I downloaded from the Toshiba site.

  I'm developing a program in which I have the need for the following parameter:
  
  There is a JFrame that contains a get. The get contains several panels on the inside, and they are displayed vertically.
  
  The panels should all be the same size. The size of the panels should be able to be changed dynamically (but change the size affect all together).
  
  Resizing of the image (and with it, the container) should affect the size of the panels in such a way that their size remains the same - if the frame is stretched twice its original size, so will of each of the panels.
  
  So, am I missing an existing provision that already does this? What I had in mind was put inside a vertical box panels and change their PrefferedSize when resizing the frame, what seems ugly. What is the right way to do it?

  Exactly what does a GridLayout. The components are sized automatically based on the total space available. You don't have even have set the size of each component just the size of the parent container. Then also the space is allocated to each components

  I'm putting a menu vertical spry "List of countries" on my site (in a table).  I use PS CS5.  In Firefox, it seems very well (see www.aloe-vera.org/index.htm), but in IE 8 (and I guess than earlier versions) it does not seem at all unless you mousover.  But, someone who will fly over would like a happy coincidence only.  Without the menu (it is completely invisible), there is no way of knowing that they can choose their country.
