  This could be a problem with the installation of the software for camera Argus file or disk from which you try to install the software.   What I've always done, is to download my photos directly on my PC by using the option to remove the iPhone with the download.  I really want to continue to do so!

  What camera? Your own point and shoot? With an SD card? Is your Mac has a card reader? You have a 3rd party one?
