  You can return to Windows 8 by using two ways. The simplest uses the HP Support document: use Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8) to restore your computer to a point in time where you had Windows 8 is installed. 8.1 being just an update this will reverse it.

• Xperia Z3 Compact - touch screen unresponsive

  My Z3 Compact went completely insensitive to touch controls.

  I have read other messages and followed the instructions for PC Companion-implementation to date - repair, but without any change.

  Since the touchscreen is insensitive it is not possible to boot in safe mode. The only operational functions are cable power switch, the volume buttons and the camera. All that requires the operation of the screen is impossible, and I'm now trapped in the "language selection" page, unable to make orders.

  The phone was working perfectly and then without being abandoned or badly treated in anyway simply stopped working.

  It seems the only option now is to return the phone for repair or replacement, is - that correct?

  My Admiral freeze / lag when Dial/redial and the touchscreen is unresponsive. Its really bad on missed calls. I can hit the Green Dial icon 20 times in a row, and nothing happens. Finally, wait about 30 to 60 seconds, and he composed.

  You have the screen reader mode.

  Touch the button to power on three times quickly to turn it off.

  You should hear "screen reader turned off.

  Then, go to settings > accessibility > screen reader and disable competely.

  Maybe I was not clear enough: type in the box you want to change. Then release your finger, so you do not touch the screen more. The circle will stay for a short period. During this period, touch the circle on the outer ring, and then drag. So you see exactly where you move the slider.

• Q10 BlackBerry HELP! Delete message no longer works in the hub on Q10

  Touch and hold to select and delete a message from BB hub (i.e. without opening the message) on my Q10 suddenly stopped working! Not sure when it stopped working exactly - only during the last week or two--and the only one * possible change lately, I did is upgraded BBM... but I'm not using BBM so I highly doubt it's that. My software is perfectly up to date and I tried power and turn it back on. No luck. I looked at all the advice and manuals, and forums and can not see all the settings I could have disconnected by inadvertence or anyone else having the same problem.

  Someone at - it suggestions? We believe that it is a hardware or software problem? (Except that I excluded material because there is no other problem with my touch screen feature).

  I recently spent Baclberry "BOLD" to Q10, and I have quite a strange thing. Handset screen becomes sleep after 30 seconds, and when I try to access the device again, I have to push the power button on the top to wake up the unit and I need to lock the screen so I have to drag up to unlock the device. An alternative workaround is by pressing one of the following keys for the United Nations; lock screen (w, r, e, s, d, f, v).

  Is this a bug or a feature custom made? Why it wouldn't take me to unlock the screen by dragging a time? yesterday I was chatting on BBM and every time (when the unit has been idle for 30 seconds or more) I had to press the power button, and then drag until you get to the application and it drove me crazy. I do not want to increase the screen timeout interval, it would consume more battery unnecessarily.
