Qosmio E-10 gel once or twice daily

My Qosmio E-10 has a few problems:
1. it freezes to the top once or twice daily. I've updated the BIOS and re-installed Windows already, but it does not help.
2. is it possible to upgrade the Qosmio E-10?
3. If I install Win MCE 2005 would be my E-10 works correctly?

1.) well, maybe a hardware malfunction could be a problem of gel. Sometimes, if the temperature is high so the laptop hangs up or freezes. In my opinion the ASP must verify your device.

Also check a driver Toshiba update page. Maybe the update of the driver can solve some problems.

(2.) what part of your notebook do you want to upgrade? Memory, HARD drive?

    My guess is that you will get to a stage that you can't achieve because you do not have the permissions to do so, even if you * have permission.

    If it's deleting a file, usually a utility like Unlocker will repair it for you, at which point, you can delete the file and complete uninstallation.  It was probably the damaged file.  If you couldn't clean it as admin, our installers have not been able to touch either.

    If it is a registry key, you have bigger problems.  There are commercial third-party utilities that are supposed to do magic registry fixes, but Windows includes its own audit of the registry and repair tool which is already not fixing the issue.  I'll leave to you to experiment with those if you want, or if you just want to do a complete reinstallation of the operating system and applications.  Whatever it is, something's wrong with the underlying operating system.  Personally, I tend to be skeptical about the utility of spare parts, and if it has been a few years, you will probably be surprised to see how fast the machine after doing a fresh install of the OS.

    This isn't a failure or defect.

    Zoom (an accessibility function) has been activated on your watch and you are zoomed accidentally tapping on the screen in a particular way.

    • To turn off the Zoom:

  • Buttons work only once or twice

    Hi guys, I'm still new to Flash and I really need help. Here is the story:

    so I do a simple digital comics right now, that shows one or two signs/pictures/drawings at a time with only 3 buttons to navigate (a next button, an exit button and a page selection button). Here is some info:

    -J' use CS6

    -J' I use simple tweenings for each photo (fade in/out, queries, etc.)

    -J' have it will publish in 2 formats, .exe and .apk for android

    -J' have 7 scenes, 1-6 for the main comic and scene 7 for the selection menu of page (within a clip)

    -I only use video clips of 2, one for the intro animation and another for page selection menu I mentioned above

    -because I'm still a noob, I always use excerpts of code (sorry)

    -J' I mostly only use these code snippets: stop at this image, click here to go to frame and to play, click here to go on stage and play.

    -for the exit button, I use this code:

    Now, here's the problem:

    The page selection button worked fine initially. Then I click on the next button several times (lets say, from page 1, stage 1, I clicked the next button several times until I got to page 6, scene 2). Then I click the page selection button that opened the clip. Inside of this video clip is several buttons another, each of them takes me on different pages. For example, I clicked on a button linked to page 7 (inside the scene 2). Furthermore, the code goes like this:

    put the button of your first scene on its own layer at the beginning of the stage and set its name.  extend his chronology up to the end of the scene.  test.  all the problems?

    Hi all

    I barely had the F60 for about probably a month and a bit 2 months max and I experienced a few problems freezing with Notepad.

    I'm not under what anyone seriously at the same time just Flash Get, MSN, AVG, Chrome and some random as the laptop Toshiba programs comes with everything using the key USB 3 g broadband, but he will decide to freeze 30 minutes to an hour into the session.

    The strange thing I noticed is that the HARD drive light will stop blinking but the screen is frozen on the windows desktop. The volume button still works and makes the beep sounds, but she gets no quieter or louder I got continuously.

    This will be a problem of software compatibility or there at - it something of physically wrong with my laptop? It will be easier to take just this back to Toshiba?

    Any help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

  • CS6 update - download once, install twice - how?

    I have CS6 Master Collection on 2 machines (desktop and laptop) both with Windows 7. This isn't a matter of license. I understand that I can run my software purchased on my 2 personal machines.

    I am on limited bandwidth and after my initial installation Manager application says I need to upgrade pretty much all applications. It is about 2 GB or something close.

    I would like to download on one of the machines and then use that download to upgrade my other machine.

    I have seen somewhere a message that says I should get the temporary download folder and enter the downloads before be deleted automatically after the installation of the upgrade. But he failed to identify such a record.

    What is the only way to do it? If so, does anyone know where is this file?

    If there is a better way, I'd love to hear about it.

    When I start my laptop, it gives the error operating system not found. I have a repair disc, a recovery disk and also a backup system image. I am able to do nothing, as the laptop does not go past this message. In the past, I used to get this error once or twice daily, but when I re-set with Ctrl + Alt + Delete, the system would begin.     1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

    This problem may occur if one or more of the following conditions are met:

    (a) basic input/output system (BIOS) does not detect the hard drive.

    (b) the hard disk is damaged.

    (c) sector 0 of the physical disk has an incorrect or malformed master boot (MBR) record.

    Note  Some third-party programs or alteration of the disk can damage an MBR.

    (d) an incompatible partition is marked as Active.

    (e) a partition which contains the MBR is no longer active.

    I suggest you update brings input/output system (BIOS) to the latest version by contacting the manufacturer of your motherboard or computer and check if it works.

  • Blue screen (BSOD) Windows 7

    I am on Windows 7, usually got crashed when im using the internet browser. It happened on once or twice daily. I checked it using WhoCrashed and there are many problems that fails. I've corrected some of this problem, but there is much more to the left that I can't fix it by myself so far. Here, I have 3 recent files of dmp BSOD.   • Problem on the Qosmio F50 - 10Z card reader

    I had this problem for a while, he started with the original OS Vista 32-bit, so I decided to buy the cd to upgrade toshiba for windows 7, after the update level, everything worked fine, except for the card reader, regardless of how many times I have installed/uninstalled, installed the driver, it wouldn't work!

    So I used the recovery cd, not once BUT TWICE, and nothing helps I sent to repair.
    I received a message on a piece of paper telling me that it would work on the original operating system, I thought that they had something fixed.
    Then I used the recovery cd AGAIN and to my excitement thrown short to see any yellow explanation points I put a micro sd card (2 GB) that worked when I bought this laptop first and got no response.
    The biggest problem is that my warranty is now closed!, so basically, I've been HIT MORE, cause the memory card slot does NOT WORK and it wasn't a software problem!

    Any reccomendations?

    Which driver version you are using on Vista and Windows 7? My Qosmio F50 is running Windows 7 and I m using the version of the driver on Toshiba page 1.00.29.02.
    You use the same version?

    In addition, it would be interesting to know if the SD card has worked once you have received the notebook service center back. Have you tested before or did you start installation recovery immediately?

    Have you tried different brands of SD cards? I always use the SanDisk Extreme cards because they did not no problem.
    In addition, you could try updating the BIOS. Maybe this works if you are using an older version

    Last but not least if it s does not always work and you think that it s a hardware malfunction, ask at the center of service again. If you speak a bit with technicians, maybe they can fix it as a gesture of goodwill.

    Generally, you must use the graphics driver downloaded from the Toshiba driver page.
    The graphic card driver from the Toshiba page has been tested and it s certified by Toshiba.

    The common graphics driver nVidia is not designed for laptop and that's why these drivers don't support a protection against overheating.

    So using the page nVidia graphics card driver can be risky and could overheat your GPU so the use of 3 third-party drivers is always at your own risk!

  • Qosmio G10: Blue screen shot and later endless reboot

    Hello!

    I found similar topics on this problem, but they were locked and left unanswered.

    My problem is this: I have not changed of _anything_ in the BIOS for a log time. I have not installed new software or hardware lately. And I have not damaged my computer or anything like that. A few days ago I read a Web page when my computer turns off suddenly. It turned on automatically, then it asks me how to restart... count up to normal restart... the blue screen of death... restarts, wonder how... I choose "Safe Mode"... BSOD. I press F8 and try all possible options, but the result is always the same.

    A blue screen indicates: "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" or something like that. I'll send more information about blue screens later and more machine ID.

    If someone has any idea what happed and how this could be fixed, do not hesitate to write.

    I can't access Windows and I won't use CD recovery (yet) because I need to save some data to the HARD drive first.

    I say it's all simply amazing. Graphics card a year ago broke down (blue/green vertical lines, fans are going full throttle) and now this! This is the 2nd time in two years when Qosmio brokes suddenly.

    Ok. Here's some additional context information.

    My laptop Qosmio G10-105, model PQG10E-01D016FSR. After disassembly I was not able to access the windows more - not again. Several times that I managed to get into SafeMode so far, I was able to see the text "Safe mode" in every corner of the Welcome screen, but then it crashes. Once or twice the same in normal mode, Windows on the Welcome screen appears, but then it crashes immediately. In these crashes, blue screen says "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" or 'PFN_LIST_CORRUPT' and landfills fysical memory on disk.

    If she does not get there and computer falls down at the beginning (even if the Windows loading screen) it restarts all computer instantly. Sometimes, he does not screen blue but says the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM. This error can appear four or five times in a row then it tries to start normally, but blue screen crashes again.

    I can't find any logic in the accident, nor a way to avoid. It seems that various errors appear randomly. I would like to know if it is a crash HARD drive or something else. Other information are also welcome.
