Qosmio F55-Q502 - cannot find the correct display driver

Hi all

as shown in the topic I have a Qosmio F55-Q502 and recently, I reinstalled my Windows Vista Edition operating system home premium 64-bit. Again, as stated in the subject, display drivers do not work that I downloaded from the toshiba site and believe me, I downloaded the 64-bit versions.

Since I have the card nvidia geforce 9700 m gts first, I downloaded the nVidia drivers on the download of Toshiba page extracted all for the office and ran the setup.exe but I got this error:

After that happened, I decided to try the 64-bit intel display drivers to see if it worked but I got this error:

Can someone help me and find the correct display drivers? Thanks in advance

Hello

Try to install the European driver for Qosmio F50. It has the same graphics card, inside, and it is also Vista 64-bit supported.
Check the driver HERE

Please let me know if this driver is OK.

    Hello

I have an old laptop Toshiba Satellite running Vista Home Edition.
I would like to downgrade this machine to work with the XP operating system.

I have a real, but rather old, CD Windows XP Pro SP1. I also have XP Sp2 and SP3 downloads.
I searched the web and understand that I need to download the final medium of Storage Manager XP9 Intel (Matrix)

    Package from your webpage.at http://pc-support.toshiba-europe.com/drivers/.
I have visited this Web page and downloaded the XP drivers for the laptop.

However, I am unable to find (or determine) the subfolder Chipset appropriate to the F6flpy directory, I have
understanding would allow me to add a storage from a floppy driver.
To be honest, I'm not sure how to proceed here!

    Details of the laptop: Satellite A100 - 02 M
    Model No. : PSAANE-04U03EEN
    Serial No.: 64Q 372 464

Before I try to run the upgrade, I wanted to make sure that if everything goes wrong, I could go back to Vista.
Therefore, before you start, I tried to run the program of re - install. I pressed F8 during startup, as
educated and after entering username and password have reached the screen offering me options. I tried the "Restore to an earlier Date" option and that works well. However, when I try the "reinstall the OS", nothing happens.

I checked the HD that is partitioned with the C partition and also the hidden partition, size 1.5 G labeled 'Simple Basic', 'in good condition (EISA Configuration)'; the other partition is labeled NTFS. As far as I can remember, when I asked John Lewis, when I bought the PC, they said that there is no backup discs.

    You have any suggestions.

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

    Operating system: Windows Vista 32-bit

    Hello

    > Current display driver: Mobile Intel (r) Express ChipSet Family 945GM
And then you want to install a nVidia display driver?
    LOL :D

I think that you can not install a nVidia display driver because your laptop is equipped with an Intel chipset and graphics card.
You will never be able to install nVidia display driver and thus make the message that you do not have the correct material.

Intel and nVidia graphics cards graphics cards are different things, so don't mix do not!
Some P105 was equipped with nVidia cards and others with Intel card and it seems that you have an Intel card.

  • Satellite A660-07U - cannot install the new display driver

When I got to my laptop, it wouldn't even start the box! So I googled how to get operational and it wouldn't install Windows 7 32 bit, so I installed Windows 7 64 bit and that worked.

I am one of the users who is also having their laptop freeze on them at all times. I did the update to the Bios and it always does. So I decided to try to update the graphics drivers with new ones on this site, but it seems that they won't install. I got 64-bit drivers for Windows 7 first, I have Windows 7 64 bit installed in my laptop. But it cannot find the necessary material, I thought, he says its because my laptop is not a 3D version, should even elsewhere?

So then I tried the 32 bit drivers and it says im using the wrong system operating system for these drivers.

How about if some drivers I can use?

    Hello

A moment I really t understand: why you have your own version of Windows 7?
Usually by Satellite A660 is always equipped with operating system (Windows 7) and it s already preinstalled. This means that you can start your computer laptop out of the box and Windows 7 will begin. Therefore, you don't need an additional installation.
And let me guess: you don t have created a right Toshiba Recovery disk?

In any case, before update you the display driver you must remove the older version first. Then, restart your computer and install the latest version.

    Hello

What is cell complete model number?
You can find it at the bottom of the device that it begins with PSAxxx-xxxxxx

By the way; On the European Toshiba driver page, you can find the ATI display drivers.

  • Satellite L755 - 1 CG cannot find the correct drivers

    I bought a toshiba Satellite L755 - 1 CG today.
I installed windows 7 Home premium x 32, but I can't find the drivers anywhere appropriate.

    Could you please help me?

It seems that European Toshiba driver page does not provide for Win 7 32-bit drivers for this model of laptop. But not don t worry.

I found the drivers on the Toshiba driver page we.

  • A program won't uninstall on my computer. It says that it cannot find the correct installation folder.

Apple support, this is where you need to go.  If you know which version of Quicktime you have installed and can find the download of this version and can install it on herself-, you should be fine.

  • Satellite C855 - 12K - can not install the correct display driver

I have a Satellite C855 - 12K for the Croatian market. Recently, I noticed a loss of performance in games, even on settings low that I used to play normally high or ultra. So I decided to reinstall windows and get the latest drivers.

All drivers installed correctly the display one, when I install and reboot the system and the laptop BSOD out restores.
I tried to manually install the driver without any catalyst, but that does not work either.
NET framework 4.5, directx 11 and vcredist are all installed in front of the pilot.
Does anyone have an idea what this topic?
Graphics card is the Radeon HD7610M.

    Update on this:
I just managed to find the old CCC software (version 2012.0120.420.7502) and it installed fine.
I am still concerned why the new driver does not work?

  • Laptop HP G60t-500 - cannot find the DVD burner driver

    Hello

I upgraded my laptop G60t-500 for Windows 8.  I had to reinstall some of the drivers in compatibility mode and overall, it works ok (thumping audio does not work, but I get audio with USB speakers) However, I just noticed that the DVD RW drive does not.  In Device Manager, the hp DVDRAM GT20L reports the following error message:

Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    {Unable to load device driver}
HS device driver could not be loaded.
    Error status is 0 x %x

I was looking on the site of HP support pilot for the original drivers for the DVD RW drive but can't seem to find them.  I found the HP DVD Play software and I was wondering if it needs to be reinstalled.  Or I have to look elsewhere for the device driver?  Or should I uninstall and leave the machine to find the driver.

As a record, when I right click on the device in Device Manager and select "Update driver software", select the option to let the computer find the right driver, he again reports the correct driver is installed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Carol

Thank you, Vidya.  I had to reboot and now my machine 'sees' the DVD player and it's working (I tested it using a DVD for playback and serious files).

    Thank you!!

  • Screw is missing after service and can't find the right display driver

Last week, I complained about the weakness of the MIC and I sent mobile care Toshiba in Adelaide. Yesterday, they sent it.

    Problem:

I checked the laptop carefully and discovered there is a missing screw near the wireless switch. (The type of screws must be F6.5). Pourriez-Toshiba sent me that screw so that I can put that back on?

    problem 2:

The problem, my laptop had last week was low level of the microphone. I adjusted the level of the microphone to 100% and 0% boost, I can't do something the mic flag shouting at the mic.
Yesterday when I check the den report, he said "his updated and adjusted video drivers mic boost, replaced mic, update bios, past all the diagnostics unit.

It worked well when I checked. But for some reason, I need to re - install the laptop. After I reinstalled the system, the same old problem came once again! Then I updated the bios, audio drivers. According to the report, I should update the video driver too. I went to mytoshiba.com.au, in the download page of windows 7 for the P500, I couldn't find the video driver for my laptop. Mine is "NVIDIA GeForce GT230M version = 8, 15, 11-8642". The driver on the web page is '8.634.1 - 090729 a - 086065C - Toshiba AMD display driver.

I even downloaded and tried to install the video driver. After the extraction is completed, I checked the basic information from this computer. The bios and audio drivers are updated, but the video driver is always the same and low mic level problem is still the same.

Last week I called twice the phone supports, more than an hour of waiting, spent a lot of time on the forum, made a very ugly box and sent the laptop to the mobile Center, my laptop has been opened and changed the part and sent to me. After all this, I still have the same laptop with the same problem and now missing a screw!

I appreciate the work that technicians did. They did fix the problem. But I don't want to send the phone to them each time after I re - install the system. So please tell me how to solve this problem.

    Hi sayhi80,

I doubt that Toshiba you can send this screw but you must contact the service provider allowed again. I'm pretty sure they can send you the missing screws and you can install it yourself. This should take only a few seconds.

Regarding your question on the display driver: what graphics card you have exactly? If you have an nVidia card, you can install the t AMD display driver.
In addition, it would be interesting to know what laptop you have exactly. Maybe you can post the exact model number.

Normally all the drivers are placed on the page of Toshiba

  • Windows Vista cannot find the CD/DVD drive

The problem: my computer does not find my CD/DVD drive, it is not listed in Device Manager as at all CD/DVD drive, it has power because it opens when I press the button, and when I put a CD, it does nothing.

My computer: I have Windows Vista Home Premium, dv6700 Notebook, 32 bit, running on the System Pack 1. (I tried to update to the pack 2 system, but at some point, he is simply decided to AC turns off and when I booted up my laptop, he did a system restore and poof, System Pack 2 was gone, and I never re-installed.)
What I tried: I tried the Fix It program here on Windows, and it has detected a problem (if I remember correctly, but had no trouble for him); I tried deleting the upper and lower filters (which I haven't really found, because the CD/DVD is NOT an option in my device manager); I tried setting my computer back to factory settings completely.
Basically, I'm at a loss to know what to do to try to solve this problem. I don't remember how long this has happened (at the time, that my hard drive does not open even for me to put a CD) and I don't see what program could have caused it as appropriate. The only rider listed is listed under disk drives, and it's WDC WD2500BEVS - 60UST0 ATA Device (I don't know if cela help/questions in all). I do not have a disk; the laptop comes with Windows Vista and if she had a drive anyway, I didn't like this laptop was given to me by my father. I don't know what else to do to try to solve this problem. Someone please help.

Try to pull the reader iut and reinstall it.

  • Satellite L650 - 1 M 0 - cannot install the new display driver

    Hello!

I have the Toshiba Satellite L650 - 1 M 0, and I can't install the new drivers for my graphics card: Mobility Radeon HD 5650 from the AMD website. Why can't I do it? I want to install the latest display drivers, because I have problems with the display mode. My laptop is set to 16:9, but some programs display in 4:3.

Please give the latest drivers on the Toshiba site or tell me what can I do to download the drivers from the website of AMD. I have Windows 7 64 x;).

    > Why can't I do it?
I m wondering really you ask something like that. It is well known that the support for mobile devices (laptops) is offered by laptop manufacturer and not by the hardware manufacturer.

Because of the design of specific laptops with limited cooling performance graphics card can not be upgraded as on maps graphics designed for desktop computers. New driver means more performance. More performance means more heat and result can be damage of graphics card or switch-offs due to temperature-critical material.
