  Try to copy the files of music from Windows Explorer. Most MP3 players will appear as a "disk" on your computer, and you can browse the files on them by simply opening.

  I suggest that you format your Portable device, and then try to sync with Media Player. To format the laptop drive:

  1. right click on the Portable media player.

  2. Select the option.

  3. choose quick format and click ok.

  I managed to fix it.

  (1) I opened the HTML file with notepad.
  (2) I then went to file > save as >

    -Then changed the file type to, "All Types"
  

  (3) then in file name I named it Bookmarks.JSON

    -The HTML file now saved as a JSON backup and I was able to import it.

  There is still no patch or reason to explain why the backup HTML does not. I strongly suggest you Firefox fix, as it was highly agitation.

It seems that ot could be the HARD drive, but I think that there is a rom on the motherboard, which is accessible in the boot process and I wonder if this could fail. I don't have a spare drive to test what happens then is anyway I can be sure if I need new hard drive or m/Board?
