  My windows crashed and I got it from archive created a few days ago. Archive includes all data from hard drives, the system has been restored exactly as it was before the accident.   I managed to solve the problem...

  Turns out that the problem was (apparently) caused by HP Power Assistant tool shipped with my laptop. Default profile has been showing the gray bluetooth and WiFi, and it was not possible to turn them on. I created a new profile, and even if all the parameters are identical to the default profile, it allows me to turn the BT and WiFi and turn off without any problems. Button is working fine now as well and goes from blue to orange when I press it. Active WiFi and it works.

  You have a common problem with Windows 7. The work that I and many others use is a utility called FileMenu Tools. You can download safely from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

  After downloading, install the program. Each option is checked by default. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long! When the main window opens, you will see a list on the right side of all the elements that can be added to the context menu. Start weeding through the list and every one to take away, you don't need the United Nationsby checking the box.

  Once you have completed your selection (de-selections) make sure that you click the green check mark in the row of icons at the top of the left window of the interface to 'Apply' of your choice. It was just like I thought Memeo Backup Premium has a subprogramme called backup that he mixes with the Explorer of Windows 7, uninstalled this (backup) and the new record button works again.   The disk HARD isn t damage but the Rom module where the BIOS is stored was not flashed properly.
  I guess that this happened because the flash procedure was interrupted.

  I'm not sure if this can be fixed perhaps the service guy could flash the ROM module with special disc of crisis of the BIOS.
