  With regard to the point;

  (1) the laptop supports BT certainly then have you installed Bluetooth driver too?
  BT monitor is a utility to control BT, but to use the BT, you need the BT stack!

  (2) this unit is probably the module of Robson former Turbo Memory.
  This material is only supported by Windows Vista.
  There is therefore no Windows XP driver.

• ATRIX HD: Can I access int mem. as mass storage?

  Question from mass storage mode

  I had an atrix before my hd atrix and I used to be able to have access to the RSM to my phone memory & sd memory whenever I used the mass storage mode.

  On the atrix hd using the mas storage mode, only the sd card would come as the removable drive when the phone memory would never come up as a storage of rmeovable.

  Atrix hd user guide list the ability to both the memory & sd card phone or accessible as removable storage drives.

  I even went to one of the stores corporate AT & T to test on 4 new phones atrix hd they had, and each of them had the same problem.

  The phone would show only two devices of storage in MTP mode, but this will crash if I try to move the files not supported.

  I also tried the debug mode & soft reset nothing helps, pls advise.

  After the installation of win 8.1 in old Toshiba A200 - everything is ok except the yellow question mark in "Mass storage controller" in Device Manager. So the sd card reader is useless.

  Please don't get me wrong, but I hope you know how old is A200. Even more recent machines are not supported for Win8.
  So, I can understand that you want to use newer OS on this old piece of hardware and if most of the stuff works pretty well, you should be satisfied.
  In this case when you use 8 years machine designed for Vista and certainly not taken in charge for Win8/Win8.1... who cares about SD card reader. You know what I mean? ;)

  Just disable the device in Device Manager and be happy.

  To disable and re-enable the USB controllers, follow these steps:

  1. Click Startand then click run.

     Note If you are running Windows Vista, click Start, and then use the Search box.

  2. Type devmgmt.msc, and then click OK. Device Manager opens.
  3. Expand Bus USB controllers.

     Note You need to scroll the list to find this point.

  4. Right-click the first USB controller under Bus USB controllersand then click Uninstall to remove it.
  5. Repeat step 4 for each controller USB is listed under Bus USB controllers.

  I don't really understand your question. The mass storage controller driver is available from the website of your computer mftr. (if you have a machine of brand OEM like HP, Dell, etc.) and is included in the card mother/chipset drivers OR you would get the driver from site of the card mother mftr. If you have a generic construction machine. You don't want to update these drivers from Microsoft Windows Update in all cases. If you installed Windows 7 and that you have not installed these drivers, this is your next step.

  General information on the drivers:

  Never get the drivers from Windows Update. Bring:

  1. site of the device mftr. ; OR
  2. site of the card mother mftr. If the material is on board; OR
  3. website of the OEM manufacturer for your specific machine if you have a PC OEM (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

  Read the installation instructions on the Web site where you get the drivers.

  To find out what hardware is in your computer:

  1. read all documentation that you got when you purchased the computer.
  2. If the computer is OEM, access the site Web of the OEM for your specific model machine and look at the specs (you'll be there to get the drivers anyway)
  3. download, install and run a program of inventory of the free system like Belarc Advisor or System Information for Windows.

  My problem is:

  I do not have the new device connected to my computer, but there is a warning on the 'USB Mass Storage Device' Device Manager as USB controller. In fact no problem when I attached all my computer USB storage, it can still read file in there. This problem makes my computer need a lot of time to boot. Even if I disable your device (which has a warning about it) my computer need even more time to start. I tried all efforts:

  1. I tried to update the driver of the device, we want to, but it did not work.

The system creates a new information file system each time system information is available. You must allow a minute or two before the file is completely filled before exporting a copy. Please download to your OneDrive (formerly Sky Drive), share with everyone and post a link here. Normal mode preferred report. Please say if the report was obtained in safe mode.

  you will need an adapter and a player card that plugs USB.

  You can buy a bluetooth dongle in a local store or get one on ebay cheap!
