• Droid wired headset problem/Question

  Hello

  Anyone else have a problem with the volume being really quiet or silent call on wired headset plugged on Droid?

  The 3.5 mm jack seems to work in music mode very well. I can hear MP3s sound level expected, however, when in call volume helmet falls to zero or almost zero level and cannot be increased. Other callers can hear me (the microphone works) but I do not hear their return or sound extremely tiny.

  I tried with two headphone 3.5 mm to 4 different drivers - iPhone and Blackberry - two I have this problem on appeal and at the same time, both are great for listening to music. I first noticed this problem after 2.0.1 OTA update 2.0 original. Recent update 2.1 has not solved this problem.

  I saw a big bunch of "similar sounding but NOT the same" problem/questions about integrated earpiece does not work once the headset is disconnected. I don't seem to have this problem. The problem I am describing applies to the volume wired headset for calls only.

  If you get it replaced make sure you only change the SD card to the new.  Then, you won't lose any of these data.  You can save all your texts on the SD card with an application called SMS Backup & Restore.  The first time you open Market and tap Menu-> downloads it will show you all of your applications.  Paid and free.  If you leave this same screen so before installing all the they will disappear.  Write all your apps prior would be a good thing to do.  I hope this helps.

  I'm new to the Droid, got it a week ago - love him. But I have a question about the apps that I have read that some applications drip the battery, so I downloaded ATK Lite. Works very well. But since that I notice that when I go to kill and app via ATK there are others considered that I didn't choose - as Corporate Cal? Why would be - what happens? Thank you

  Just checking to see what Prl update you guys are on and made your update regularly my current prl is 15173 and its been for awhile however two my friend both have the razrs and they are FTL is currently 15192 I know they are supposed to update automatically but mine seems not I tried turned the device off , remove the SIM switch on/off the device and then wait no SIM message then turn off then re insert the card sim then turn back but the Prl don't update when I got my bionic the SIM update and Verizon would would never give me a new sim card, every two months for the prl update are someone know a way to force an update to the latest PRL and nobody knows if your CTR has nothing to do with the connection to new or updated cell towers can they improve your signal strength I know that just expanded Verizon 4g in my area than any motorcycle colleagues ideas peeps

  
  

• Droid questions w / Micro-USB

  A couple of days my Droid began to experience problems. It was fine for a month or two, but randomly, he realizes the connected USB sound several times over and over, even sound like he was interrupted.

  Now it is having a few problems where when it is plugged, or USB, either in the wall charger, white light flashes several times, and if the screen isn't, she flashes the little lightning "charge" quickly with light. Sometimes when it's plugged in it is not even picking up a load now.

  I don't know what exactly could be the cause, or if Verizon will be much help, if I try to take over the phone. I opted out of insurance, because Asurion is a huge scam.   I live in Las Vegas. I go to the store on Sainte-Rose and Eastern VZW in Lowes shopping center. There is at least 3 representatives here who know their stuff inside and outside. I went in a VZW store near my work at the South end of the Strip to buy my Droid and waited for a long time... too long... so I left and went to the location of Sainte-Rose, where I bought my previous Motorola.

• DROID: Selection of Contacts question

  Brand new Droid. When I go to the message center and type a name in the box 'to' any of my contacts

  rises.

  Is it normal... I think that as soon as you type the first few letters of the name of the contact that if a list

  pop up for you to choose.

  Any help is appreciated.

  If you use the messaging app let recommend me get you Handcent SMS.  This application displays numbers same House. You can even shoot to the top of the contacts list and check the ones you want.   Maybe this would solve the problem you are experiencing.  I hope this helps.

• Reset Droid and another question

  Hello, all.

  I've had my Droid for about 2 months (and so far, it's great), but I ran across a problem.  My phone completely drained of its energy, and when I plugged in my USB charger on my computer, it not turn on, then turn on ten minutes later, would record a charge (5%), then turn off itself and repeat the process in the course.  It seems that he is in charge, b/c, the light on the charger on the side is on, and when it is on, I can mount it on my computer (even though my computer does not recognize when it is plugged in, before re - start).  Tried to remove the battery and that got nowhere.  Any ideas?

  In addition, my speakers tends to come out, but can be solved by a simple power reset.  It doesn't happen often, but it is common?

  Yes there is something in the FAQ on the computer that does not not enough charge to activate the phone completely when he died. Simply plug the charger wall stock and you should be good to turn it back on in a few minutes.

  The best contact sync for Outlook (if you use Exchange) is touched or CompanionLink.  Personally, I use the touchdown and really like it.  If you do not have an exchange server, then use Google Sync for Outlook.  He, too, works very well.

• Droid Turbo on T-Mobile

  I recently left Verizon and my Droid Turbo for T-Mobile. I did it for having better relationships within the Canada. I had to overcome a few problems, including the definition of my name of the Access Point to one for T-Mobile. My question is this... There are a lot of Apps "Verizon" pre-installed on the device, those who safely disable/uninstall to remove as many "Verizon" can I whithout causing problems?

  I recently had a security (from Verizon) update for this phone. This makes me wonder if I should delete anything "Verizon" at all. My thought here, is that the only possibility I should get Marshmallow, thanks to an update from Verizon, just as I have with the recent update.

  Is there someone else on this forum who has experience, moving to T-Mobile with this device?

  I actually had no problem with my Turbo on T-Mobile with updates with the last update of security and Lollipop. With regard to applications from Verizon, I've pretty much all the people with disabilities with the exception of voice mail (don't).

  I just spent 5 hours calling Motorola again and again (explaining my situation and many other customer situations) since their unsatisfactory customer service agents hanging up in my face! I got to level 2 technical support, the guy takes the info down on all the specifications for the firmware that I need flash on the camera once I told them how many people have walled androids now due to their update defective pour.621 & how these clients will not be satisfied by the fact that they must send their Motorola phone for having repaired and sit in a line of million others androids that are waiting to be flashed, after weeks for the device that will be sent back after it is repaired. All I ask is another version of the firmware that all over the internet, they released, they have even contributed to projects open source like that on Google. But they can't provide me with just the firmware.621 for the Droid 2 cover their own ASSES? LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BE HAPPY. BUT I SEE THAT IT IS QUITE TO THE CONTRARY. I will never buy another product from them ever again! EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THEIR CRAPPY SERVICE. After paying nearly $1,000 USD for their products, they will be hung up on & feed you the same line of nonsense showing the only option 'US' (AS IN A RANDOM underpaid CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT) have only the ability to refer you to the service of repair service to have your phone BOOK AND NOT GIVEN on A MONTHS. Just think of the time and the pain that they would save a lot of people if they would release just this specific firmware version. I could have done in less than 5 minutes and be on my pleasure getting married, yet feed the mouth of Dan Moloney (President) & Sanjay Jha (President and CEO). Fucking flat back, with service agents speaking English-no customer! I understand even half crap which poured in their mouths! This shows that you, expensive products, cheap crap customer service. • Quick question on the internal memory of the Razr.

  I searched and could not find the answer. I have the Droid 3 and I want to get rid of it. The deal breaker is the way that motorola has partitioned internal storage and it seems they don't remedy. The razr has it partitioned, you can use only 2 GB of space internal max for apps? If so then I will pass on the Razr.

• Jelly Bean question

  Two days ago, that I've updated my Droid Razor HD of Ice Cream Jelly Bean sandwich. It worked fine for a day. Then I discovered that I couldn't turn off the phone. She went from the screen/stop button of a screen of "restarting in safe mode. If I said no, it would be unlocked. If I said yes it should restart in safe mode and won't let me close.

  I called Motorola and they advised me to cut the phone now controls the power and the volume at the same time...

  Not to be picky, but I don't think I have to make a hard stop forever is a solution for my problem.
