• Question - Error Message - OfficeJet 4500 OSX 10.9.3 - HP Office G510g scanning

  "Scanner reported an error - an error occurred during communication with the scanner.

  I have search the internet looking for a solution and tried * several * suggestions. Were unable to analyze for a few months and I'm hopeful that you have the miracle cure. Sometimes, I connect on the side Mac and sometimes I reboot and log on the side (on my Mac) PC with Windows 7. It happens with two operating systems - the OfficeJet 4500 will not scan. I use Image Capture on the Mac partition. I use the scanning utility when using my Mac as a PC with Windows 7 HP. A couple of months, I have spent many hours (literally) with a HP technician (a couple of them!) and we couldn't do anything else than give an error message. New drivers do not help. Can you suggest something else? Thank you.

  Update! Shortly after this announcement (such as minutes), I saw an announcement on how to reset the scanner bar and that was the problem! I am now and scan and grateful for the greasy68 of the display. Feels so good to have my scanner back! Life is good.

  Hi all, I just bought a used B109 printer/scanner, and I can't get rid of the message on the display screen.

  I bought the unit knowing he had a problem with Printhead and am waiting for a new print head, but the problem is, the language of unity has been defined in Czech by the former owner, and I want to change it to English. However, the process to change the language (press on high righ, middle left and bottom left buttons and the display screen) will not work because the display shows the message print head problem, and I can't get rid of the message.

  In fact, you will have to wait until the new printhead is installed and clear the error before we can enter the setting menu to change the language on the printer.

  If so, please do a system restore. Choose the date that you did NOT have this peoblem as your restore point.

  1. how to get mode without failure:

  Shut down your computer > turn back to him and immediately and repeatedly tapping the F8 key until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode.

  2. how System Restore:
  Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish

  Cow Holy, I think it's fixed, I had to go into the Device Manager and change my network card (speed and duplex) to 10Mbps instead of (auto negotiation) and it seems to have solved my problem, wow, I couldn't be happier.

• Not to receive notifications in offline (Messages)

  • MacBook Air (13 inches, beginning 2014)
  • 1.4 GHz Intel Core i5
  • DDR3 4 GB 1600 MHz
  • OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
  • Messages from version 8.0

  I have not as of any other filed apple synchronized on that account.

  The question:

  Messages usually works quite well and I have no problem. However, I was disconnected several times while someone me messages. When I connect, there is no notification (in the menu bar below) that someone has messaged me, however, new messages appear again and appear as unread in the application. This causes problems because I use this computer for work and I need to respond to people in a timely.

  Is there a way to change this?

  Do you mean that when the computer restarts, the icon in the DOCK for the Messages shows that for any iMessages sent during the time of the computer was closed?

  And then in addition when the application is open, but behind the other apps unread badge is always displayed on the DOCK icon but these are not the 'missing' iMessages?

  What you set in the system preferences > Notifications from the Messages app?

  In Messages > Preferences > general Section is an option for "when I stop, set the status offline.

  The iMessages account is not controlled by there (it does not display its state unlike lists of boyfriend of all other types of accounts).

  This means that when the computer is on the DOCK icon should display the number of unread Messages for iMessages at least (if the above option is disabled).

  ERGO, you should see the County at the end of the loading of the desktop computer.

  If Notifications are on banners or alerts then these appear top right of the screen, not tied to the Dock icon.

• The messages Option does not work!

  I use the iphone 5, version 9.3.2,and memory 32 GB capacity 27.1. All of a sudden, I can't use my Messages Option. Another option works well but when click The Option Messages just like hanging. Even I can't remove/read all messages. I already turn off my phone, but still the same thing. What can I do now?

• Qosmio G20: Question about networking & monitor in and Xbox

  Just bought a G20 last week and I'm in love. First laptop I've ever owned and its worth every penny.

  A few scarecrows.

  I never received an antenna adapter to connect my in arial, but I'm sure I sohuld of fact. In the quick start manual of what it listed everything that I should received in the pack, and who was listed. Was not enough one - if anyone knows a number to contact Toshiba and get one of these sent to me? Can't seem to find one anywhere.

  Second... I'm going to my brother's computer network. Novice course of network, it does not work that well. I'm not sure whether if we need a router? I just want to connect to his computer and use the internet through that. As you would with a network cable. So he bought himself a wireless network card... but we'll be buggered if we can get it too work. Any advice or a definitive guide... or do we this router after all?

  And thirdly, sorry for the long post, but I'm playing my Xbox by the G20, but I'm having no luck what so ever. I plugged the monitor using the three composite cards (white, yellow and red) but nothing that passes through. The only way I've seen a photo is when you set up a decoder and it happens in a small box when its analyses for channels... but I can't select to see and it seems s delay 1 second.

  Sorry for the post long-term... just try to make it all sorted.

  Well I need help to solve this problem. First of all, I use Windows 7 Home premiumn on an HP laptop. The switch unknown message '-auto "began to appear about two weeks ago. It appears on the Windows form. By that I mean if I'm in and schedule it doesn't show until I have leave the program and return to the screen in the main window.

  I searched the forum to answer and get a lot of success, but none has nothing to do with this problem. No new sothware not loaded for a long time.

  I had to pick a topic of windows, but hey no this type of problem if I chose the office and customization.

• Questions about the configuration of the cache for use with partitioned off-lot...

  Once more, I give it a try to see if we can make use of the new partitioned (split) off-heap storage and are having problems with the configuration of the cache (including configuration files).
  
  The problems that I had, it seems that < high > units should be specified for the entire cluster (or perhaps for a node? not sure yet!) while < original-size > & < size > is specified by partition. Is this correct? That's the way it was intended (for me it would have seemed more logical to also specify < high-units > per partition since I guess overflow checking and expulsion is made by partition)? The way I read the documentation, it seems that all three should be per partition if < partitioned > true < / partitioned > is specified.
  If I value < > 1 mb high-units (as i belive I should if it was per partition) I get the impression that I posted in a previous question (a message to info on some missing index data, then the crash of nodes in cluster with some of out of memory error).

  Sorry, my description is very confusing. High units is by cache. What I was trying to say, is that cache mapping can train additional units high to affect the memory required by the node. Since multiple caches can map to the same pattern, especially if you use wildcards in the mapping, you must consider the total number of hidden units of high times. It is true or not caches use different services.

  You are also right about high units, applying to the partitioned support cards. You could have easily expulsion are happening as you describe. We must take another look at the configuration because it is too easy to make a mistake.

  As expected, the allocation of card support splitting is lazy to avoid the problem you described. The worst case situation, I was trying to explain can occur if you have caused all buffers to be allocated based on the data before all other nodes could take some of the partitions.

  There are a few steps proposed by Red JOseph on a post from Microsoft that can help you with this question: error message "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" after starting the system on Windows 7 recovery.
