    Hi Jixian, the native client MAC does not work. The IPSEC VPN client is the same as the 5.x Cisco VPN client is not supported on this device.

    Your alternatives are to use PPTP or a 3rd party IPsec client such as ipsecuritas.

    I have my doubts about the "Routing" (data dependent routing DDR) using the FML32 buffer.

    There are two configuration files: 1) 2) dmconfig ubbconfig. The two configuration files contain the section "Routing".

    (1) in the ubbconfig:

    ROUTING Section-> parameter FIELD

    Question 1: Can I use any field, regardless of the field "number" assigned to this field? ('number of field' more 8191)

    (2) in the dmconfig

    DM_ROUTING Section-> parameter FIELD

    Question 2: For FML32, there has to be a less than equal to 8191 o field number, which is the reason?

    I'm sorry that you have some doubts about the DDR. It does not work with the FML32 buffer and maybe you met a documentation error? 8191 number field is limited a number of FML field limit, not an FML32 number limit field. Have you found somewhere in the documentation it says that, for FML32, the number of the field must be less than 8192?

    In the UBBCONFIG of ROUTING section and the sections of DMCONFIG DM_ROUTING, so you can use any valid domain FLM or FML32 name. Don't forget that Tuxedo uses tables of different area depending on whether the FLM or FML32 fields are referenced, and there are various environment variables that must be set up according to whether you use FLM or FML32.

    If you use Cisco Unity Connection, you can use the system lists to accomplish your question.  Basically, you say: 0 option to send a Manager to call "Operator called" or something else.  you attach a schedule to it and use the rules of transfer closed & STandard.  During the transfer of the normal working hours (hourly) to X and during the transfer closed at X.  Another way is to route the call to CUCM and using TOD routing in CUCM.  The easiest way is to use the unit.

    This should be a simple problem of routing on 6224. Just trying to get a location route between vlan 40 and vlan 50. Ping is intermittent sometimes it goes through and sometimes it's 50% and sometimes it gives me inaccessible destination trying just ping in the nearby of the VLAN IP address.     I am trying to switch SG300-28 place and do work for several days, with a very simple configuration, but this device is just to stuborn giving me headaches. I hope that you will tell me a solution to my problem.

    So I configured the VLAN on the switch, assigned to all ports, given IP addresses for VLANs, etc.. But I digress not test phase where I try to rattle of two stations of different VLANS.

    I have pictures of the attached current configuration. Stations are on ports 4 (VLAN4) and port 15 (VLAN3). First good 192.168.30.x a station address with the default gateway 192.168.30.1. Second station address of the 192.168.5.x and gateway 192.168.5.1. The two stations can ping the two gateways, but not eachother. Traffic within a VIRTUAL local network works fine, so routing is the most obvious problem.

    There is no active ACLs.

    Please see attached photos and give me something to try, because I spent three days to experiment without luck!

    One of the biggest mistakes I see relies on 'ping' to see if things work. Do not forget that the 'ping' sends a request to echo, that does not force the customer to send and echo response. Ensure that stations are configured to respond to pings or try to access a share, or a service configured on clients. Another thing to consider, that the client ports access ports and not General, this can be a problem, but it should be allowed, as is.

    On a side note, the current configuration you cannot access anything out in the cloud. If you need to access cloud do not forget to add a default route on the switch.

    However, I'm seriously worried about the amount of traffic that the customer is supposed to move around on the links:

    a NPE - G2 can handle 500 Mbps of traffic full suplex between two GE ports.

    And sharing 300 VLAN between two sites look as inappropriate.

    Be aware of this, L2TPv3 should be able to carry the frames of the 300 VLAN between two sites on an IP network, but traffic levels must be controlled in some way or the router the Wan link can be submerged

    If the customer wants to take over the 300 VLAN locally within a single site, it is a work of lan switch and I would use one (C4500 or better) with a link routed to the C7204 that act as router WAN

    L2TPv3 could support local switching but this has an impact on performance (traffic not called twice by the router)

  • Newbie question subnet routing - no VCenter

    I intend to install a simple ESXi managed via VSphere client host in a small network. I want the server to more than one host, which will be on a different subnet from the rest of the House. For example, my main subnet (internal network) is 10.0.1.x and my DMZ subnet is 10.0.2.x. I have no routing between them except for management purposes. There is a Watchguard firewall that routes between the two networks. Ideally, I want to be able to manage all servers in a VSphere client, but it would be possible to install a VSphere client separately on a workstation that is located in the 10.0.2.x subnet if necessary.

    I've never done this before, so I'm not sure how the virtual host should be configured. I guess it would need to be multihomed, with a physical NETWORK adapter or team of NICs connected to each network. It would be sufficient, or do I need some kind of virtual router (double accommodation VM or something like that) in this situation? My idea would look like this:

    Your post, I assume you have a host with only 2 network cards. Assuming that you don't have any VLAN in place you can configure the host as follows.

    Create 2 vSwitches with romantically rising (each to the internal network) and the other to the DMZ network:

    vSwitch0: (internal) with 2 exchanges, portgroup1 for the management network and portgroup2 for virtual machines

    vSwitch1: (DMZ) 1 portgroup for VMS

    This configuration will work, but you will have no redundancy. If you need redundancy, you need 4 cards (2 of each vSwitch) network or VLAN.

    Routing (if necessary) must be carried out by the Watchguard firewall.

    Enable NAT - T on the RPS and configure the remote ID as 192.168.5.253 in the IKE policy.

    Not sure about the RV and if supporting NAT - T.  It can automatically detect the NAT - T, or need to be configured (in this case, you configure the local identification)

    We have a router RV082 this reset of days he has started some himself after normal use.

    I tried to configure my router RV082 all OE quick VPN access. I bought this router a few years back with the intention of setting up a VPN. Now that I need to do, this product is no longer supported.

    In any case, down to the problem - I can not past the first problem. I get an error that says: "Unable to connect" and it lists 5 problems:

    1. wrong password

    2. no IP address for the network card

    3. incorrect server address

    4. you may need to disable your windows firewall

    5. conflicts of IP addresses with the subnet of the remote VPN server

    I just tackle these questions

    1. I am using the correct password

    2. I have an IP address, I can get on the internet

    4. do not use the windows firewall (I have even disabled my firewall, netgear home but no help)

    When I'm at home, I can connect to the remote router configuration page, but I can't get anywhere with fast VPN. I tried this on 3 different networks, all give me the same answer. I am inclined to believe that this must mean I'm incorrectly configured on the router, but I followed all the steps as described by linksys. I even upgraded to the latest firmware and the latest version of quickVPN all to nothing does not.

    I use access rules to guide the SQL traffic to one of our servers, that is the question? Any ideas?

    Thank you for your response. You are right it is not access rules, but it is the configuration of the router. In the tab "Firewall", you need to enable HTTPS. There was nowhere in the product manual update, I downloaded, but it was on the info for the Firewall page tab.
