  I have two BlackBerry; a tour and an 8700.  I want to merge the two lists of contacts (both are personal and not professional), while I have a common list of contacts on each Blackberry.  I can't find the solution (or I did not recognize if I saw him).  Please can someone tell me if this is possible and if so, how to proceed.

  Use Desktop Manager to synchronize a BB with your computer, then sync the other BB with computer, choose to merge the lists of contacts. You leave on your list. Then write the list of contacts of each BB DM when you synchronize each again, and then the two BB will have all your contacts.

  Is there support for the list of contacts, calendar list information files or music from the platform. In the case where a user synchronizes contacts, calendars, music files using a smartphone BlackBerry bridge, how applications can get access to this information?

  They have not released these APIs to interact with calendar and contacts features yet. They are still working on this feature for the PlayBook, but I think we would expect that in the next version of the OS.

  I'm not sure of the bridge and the music info, but I'm sure that these APIs are in the same boat as the contacts and calendar.

  It is not possible to create the BlackBerry groups programmatically in the Contacts application.  Only read access is provided.

  You can call the address book, but the list is not possible only a few Contacts. You could open a particular contact... Find the AddressBookArgument class for more details...

  Stopping the churn.  If they are unscrupulous - that simply confirms your e-mail address is * well * and it will be resold to new lists.

  Specifically, add them to your list of mail JUNK when you can, if you doubt, you will always receive an email, just to be sure, their entire domain.

  The only other suggestion is to get an other email address for your personal & business needs and start using it.  Make sure that you register for what whatever randomly with this specific e-mail address (control which give you out.)  A * lot * of junk mail occurs usually because someone came to something random at some point and then the address obtained on a 'list' that was happening around / sold.

  I searched high and low, and nobody seemed to find a solution.  Therefore, maybe a bug RIM BlackBerry (or AT & T) in the new software.  After the upgrade to the new AT & T. 297, I had double calendars and address books.  The calendar has been labeled "default" or something.  I typed RSET and it wiped and it went off without a problem.

  No luck on address book.  I had duplicate entries.  Went into the Options, noticed two lists of contacts named "Desktop".  I typed RSET and deleted both.  I am on a BES in passing.  After the RSETE, I turned on the wireless sync, and so that the contact list has all my contacts in there and the other (who says "not available" wireless synch) lost zero contact.  So no more fools.  But the list itself disappear.  So every time I add a contact, I have to choose a list.  Boring.  Do not have this problem with the upgrade to abord.297.

  Why used the device let me remove it?  I went to the Office Manager and there is no book that shows with zero contacts.  Just 'Address book' and 'address book-All' with the correct number of contacts.

  The solution here is to wipe the whole device?  If so, usually it happened after I have restore the backup?

  Please tell me there is an easier way to manage lists of having to spend several hours wiping and reinstalling everything.  I would REALLY appreciate it.

  I wiped phone and re installed everything.  It fixed as it normally does.

  I hope RIM will allow in the future to improve the management of contact - adding new lists, rename, delete, etc.

  I have a small problem with the contacts app after updating to Android 5.0 lollipop on Xperia Z3 Compact. I have a database/list of contacts (local) big (about 800 entries). The problem list when I'm trying to find the contact using Research future - it shows me not all contacts who possesses the same attributes is entered in the search field. For excample: I have 13 inputs which family names starts by " ZA" sentence, but future research shows me only 8 entries from this sentence, but I don't know I have 13 entries with her. The funniest in this is that future research works ONLY WITH CONTACTS used from contacts contacts Unsused approx. will appear after research. I tried to erase the contacts app data parameters - is not worked.

  OK, I have a solution:

  First export all the contacts in a *.vcf file then delete all entries. Then import a backup *.vcf file and voila! Search future work:-)
