Well... we ended up reinstalling the printer driver then made adjustments to the dialogue of the printer for printing of control and were able to get our manual to work again...

    I put a lot of thought and research in buying this printer a few months ago.  It seemed perfect at first, but I thought it was just a fluke periodic has turned into a regular problem.  I run two payroll every Thursday.  When printing cheques, the printer will grab two at a time, print out the correct area on the cheque at the top of the page and behind him leaving empty. Then, the last control is printed on white paper.  This throws the correct control numbers into my pay, and I also end up having a blank in the middle of my sequence number check.  I then have to reprint the two controls and change the check numbers in the payroll.  This happens in both States of payroll, almost everytime.  It does not appear that very often with regular, white paper.  The printer is still under warranty, but is there still a way to solve this kind of problem?  Thank you

    I understand that you encounter feeding problems when printing from your Windows 7 computer to your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-all-in-one printer paper. I would like to help you today with this problem to feed paper. However, before I was capable of precise guide you to a solution I have to clarify a few things.

    • (1) what size, type and weight is your paper check?
    • (2) what type of program are you printing cheques through?

    In the meantime, I get you some standard paper troubleshooting steps. This will include checking your paper path for dirt that may be responsible for paper feed issues and rolls. Once the diagnosis is complete, please test print to see if the problem is resolved. Just to note, always make sure that you load a media type in your bin at some point. You do not want to mix regular paper and paper check or other paper in the tray with paper, as this can cause paper 'slide' when being introduced into your machine and create jam or extra paper feeding problems.

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Communities. Before you start the troubleshooting steps, I need the required information:

    ·         Did you do changes on the computer before the show?

    ·         What is the brand and model of the printer?

    ·         The question is limited to this application?

    Follow these methods.

    Method 1: Perform a clean boot to see if there is a software conflict as the clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    Note: After completing the steps in the clean boot troubleshooting, follow the section How to configure Windows to use a Normal startup state from the link to start the computer to a Normal startupmode.

    After the clean boot used to resolve the problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.

    (a) click Start, run.

    (b) type msconfigand click OK.

    (c) the System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.

    (d) click the general tab, click Normal startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.

    (e) when you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.

    Method 2: Do a system restore and check.

  • Pages and Numbers crash when print drivers Toshiba

    In my office, I have a black and White Copier 857 of Toshiba e-studio and a Toshiba 4555C color copier, who never gave me problems printing on the network from a PC or Mac before El Capitan. Since he joined some of the Mac (some MacBooks, some iMacs, liberation of the years from 2011 to 2015) to El Capitan (all versions up to and including 10.11.4), I met a strange behavior when you try to change printers in Pages or in number on all of these Macs (no problems with the PC, regardless of the version of Windows). The exact location is:

    -Open the Pages or numbers and starts with an existing document or a new document

    -Bring up the print dialog box

    -Change the printer active 857 c 4555 or vice versa

    -Pages/numbers instantly crashes with the following error report (I don't publish the complete stack trace unless someone finds it useful):

    Crashed thread: 0 dispatch queue: com.apple.main - wire

    Exception type: EXC_BAD_INSTRUCTION (SIGILL)

    Exception codes: 0000000000000001 0 x, 0 x 0000000000000000

    Note the exception: EXC_CORPSE_NOTIFY

    Request for clarification:

    Note that this happens only (so far in my tests) in Pages, Numbers and curiously, Google Chrome (but only if you use the dialog box print system). It does not occur in Keynote, Safari, TextEdit, or all the productivity applications from Microsoft, nor when printing test pages from the printers and scanners preferences window. It also does not occur when moving from one of the problems Toshibas completely different printers (HPs, brothers, Epsons), or vice versa - only between the Toshibas. I tried:

    -Delete the printer preferences

    -Configuration of the drivers of Toshiba to "pretend", that printers are different models

    -With the help of Hello, PPI or LPR to connect

    -Remove all equations in partial derivatives of Toshiba and SDPP/library and re - install the drivers from scratch

    -New and old drivers Toshiba

    -Ensure, Pages and Numbers are the latest versions: 5.6.1 (2562) and 3.6.1 (2566) respectively

    -Various updates of El Capitan

    -New installation of El Capitan

    No luck. Same behavior, no matter what machine or El Capitan version I try on. Unfortunately, I don't have other models Toshiba to test. I would be recognizing all thought - I understand that the answer could end up being 'complain to Toshiba of their pilots', but I thought it was worth a try here first. Thank you!

    I would say that you are looking for in a bug report. A all Pages, a copy of the numbers.

    In each, open the app, go to the menu of the application (Pages or numbers) and choose to produce (application name) return. Use the bug report category and give a detailed description of how to reproduce the results you've met. Repeat for other affected applications.

    I read your post on printing problems you encounter and I want to help you! First of all, I would like to ask if I could know that you tried to print from programs and if they all have the same printing issue. Sometimes these questions are about the software you use to print from, so it is important to test print from several programs to determine where the problem comes from.

    I would also like to know the operating system you use on your computer and how you have the printer connected to the computer (USB, Ethernet or wireless).

    In the meantime, I suggest to do a copy to see if there are apparent problems when copying. Copy the base does not involve the computer somehow and tests the printer hardware. Please let me know the results!

    Another step to try is a reset of power supply:

    Press the power button to turn the product on.
    With the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
    Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
    Wait at least 15 seconds.
    Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
    Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
    If the product does not light by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

  • Image reverses from positive to negative when printing from Windows Photo Gallery

    When I try to print directly from the photo gallery in the overview page positive image flashes until shortly before the reversal to the negative and I see nothing in the preferences of the printer (Canon iP4500) to remedy this.

    The effect occurs only on jpg that were downloaded from my own camera - other jpg is OK.

    I have no problem with the same images when printing in Photoshop.

    Different types of devices tend to possess the capabilities and features of different color. Displays, for example, cannot show the same color scheme that can reproduce a printer. It is because of the fundamentally different processes that each device used to produce color content. Scanners and cameras have different color characteristics. Even different programs sometimes interpret and process colors differently. Without a consistent color management system, the same image can look different on each of these devices. The appearance of the content of the color depends also on the viewing conditions (for example, ambient lighting). This is because the human eye adapts differently to different conditions, even when you view the same image.

    Thus, the color management manages relationships within color content so that an acceptable appearance can be achieved on different devices with different color and in conditions of display capabilities. This requires color management systems to control the relationship between the characteristics of the device and viewing conditions to produce acceptable results.

    Color profiles are usually added automatically during the installation of new devices. Color profiles can also be added by color management tools, such as devices of calibration for the monitors. As a result, it is likely that there are already profiles for your devices.

    However, if you need to install a new profile, follow these steps:

    1: open management the colors by clicking on the Start button, clicking Control Panel, hardware and sound, and then clicking color management.
    2: click on the devices tab.
    3: in the list of devices, select the color device that you want to associate with one or more color profiles.
    4: select the use my settings for this device check box, and then click Add.
    5: you should see a Source to sRGB space. In the print profile you must now select the barrel profile that fits the study. You should see these choices for Canon paper.

  • How can I manually calibrate my printer? Too yellow.

    This question is about a HP Color LaserJet CP1215 printer.

    After the calibration of my printer using the HP Toolbox, too yellow toner print my color prints.

    The toner does not flow.  I got a toner who fled last year, but after that I cleaned my printer and bought new toner images were print normally.  However, sometimes when I calibrate my printer, this problem occurs.  Sometimes, after I have dozens of pages print Yellow fades eventually, but this is an incredible waste.

    Can I manually calibrate my printer?

    Y at - it somewhere that I can go to print with 60% less yellow?  I used an old printer before, and I was able to adjust the percentage of toner used as well as the lightness and darkness of the printing.  If you know a way to do it, please share, because that would be extremely useful.

    If this is not the case, what can I do to permanently solve this problem otherwise buy one new printer from another brand?

    I want to just let everyone know that I have contacted several printer service business, but MarchTEK guy is the only one who having listened to describe me my problem said that the only issue may be with the toner and not the printer (without asking me to pay $$ for "assessment").

    I could not believe, because I just replaced my toner.  However, it turns out he was right.  I bought a different toner, succeeded him, and now my printer works fine.

    So if you encounter too much yellow in your impressions and do everything suggested here and have you always too yellow replace your toner again.

    I chatted with a HP technician online today.  I had the same problem with Vista, not to recognize the Manual 2 sides print.  His solution was to add a new printer, the HP Deskjet 6500.  This works!

    Go to control panel, hardware and sound, add a printer, add a local printer, select port to use, select HP Deskjet 6500, following, then select if you want whether it is your default printer and then click Next.

    Two back will be available when you select the Deskjet 6500 as your printer, even if you actually use your HP 2610.

    We have many students to connect and when they print PDF to our Lexmark printers it works best for "print image" otherwise printers get bogged down and hang sometimes. We would like to see if we can have 'print picture' it set as the default when printing PDF files?

    There no option in Acrobat to define 'print as image' as option by default because as soon as we opt for this option, the profile of settings is automatically replaced custom Acrobat default.

    However, I have noticed that when you use the option 'print picture' for a specific printer and print a document, that this option remains active for subsequent printings, unless you change it manually.

    Apple does not develop Quickbooks, but they were available in developers Sierra. QuickBooks has had ample time to update their software, fix it or ignore the responsibility.

    You back up your mac as recommended by Apple? If so you can return your OS to the point where the software and the operating system have been copacetic, otherwise ask the Quickbooks support above if they can help you. Apple does not solve their software for other developers, they also don't tell you what 3rd party software no longer works and what makes it, that's up to the developers.

    However, 'one size fits all' could lead to unreadable results or ugly on some pages. If an add-on that can do adaptive way would be better. I do not know if someone has created a.

    For sites that do not require a login and that are not personalized, you could launch the page in a private window (right click on the link > open in a new private window or copy the URL and then Ctrl + Shift + p, then paste it in the address bar and enter). Because private windows have their own history, the print should not reflect the history of your regular windows.
