R7000 Ethernet dropping, wifi very well

My Nighthawk recently developed an interesting question.

Every 10-15 minutes the LAN (wired) connection is de-energized. It is fixable in reconnection or by running the troubleshooter in windows (Win10).

Windows says that the problem is that the bridge was not available. Then it works again, and 10-15 min later it died again.

There is NO problem on WiFi connections.

Problem occurs on every PC connected to the network.

The problem occurs with all the ethernetcables that I have.

Running of the V1.0.4.30_1.1.67 firmware on the router (was V1.0.5, but he was demoted as a possible solution).

Router's DHCP server (router ISP's bridge only).

Configuration worked well for several months.

EDIT: The problem occurs on all ports.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem and searched more than a week what was wrong.

I did a clean install of windows 10 and the problem already cameup during installation.

so I formatted the drive and installed windows 7... my lan and netgear router works perfectly. (I had to copy 5 TB of data in a new nas)

then I reinstalled windows 10 and the connection problem has started again

the problem ist not netgear it's windows 10, which a lot of people complain

Google "windows 10 lan problems."

LAN drivers windows 10 are faulty, get the newest one, in my case it was broadcom

    I recently moved.   I use the same router from my old apartment and I had no problem connection in the past.   Since I moved I have a new Time Warner modem (Cisco) and the modem works fine.

    The router also works very well I'm able to connect with my iPhone and IPad without any problem.

    But when I try to connect with my wireless laptop, it will only connect to Local access.    If I connect the laptop to the router with the ethernet cable, it works very well.

    It's a Dell Studio 15 with Vista.

    The computer is able to connect to wifi to other places without any problem, but for some reason that I can't connect home.   I tried to reset the modem and the router several times, but that did not help.   I tried the option repair & diagnose several times but it doesn't work.

    I tried to look for other solutions online and tried to disable IPv6, and while it helped some and I was able to connect wireless, the computer ran so slowly that it didn't seem like a good solution.

    This has been very frustrating.   Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

    Have you tried to change the wireless channel that your router is running at? There may be interference that could prevent the internet connection:

    Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know having a problem connecting to the Wi - Fi on your iPhone, it's not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you cannot connect to the network 2.4 GHz Wi - Fi, but the 5 GHz channel works very well. I suggest to test it on another Wi - Fi network to see if the problem is resolved.     One of our MacBook has been connected to the internet through our router base station Airport Express wireless and wifi worked very well. All of a sudden, the other MacBook could not connect.     Yes, the express can do that... Suddenly lose the configuration and return to the bridge for example even when connected to a modem to bridge.

    The solution is simple... Press reset and redo the Express installation.

    How about if you change the settings of the router wireless. Change the width of the channel at 20 Mhz and select 9 as the standard channel under the 2.4 Ghz settings. For 2.4 GHz wireless security settings, you must set the security settings wireless personal WPA2 and AES as the encryption. BTW, you have problems in your laptop only, or with computers portable mutiple because if you don't have a laptop then you must try to update drivers wireless card from your cell phone.

    I use a Satellite T110-11U running windows 7 Home premium.

    After having initially was very satisfied with its use, it now becomes more and more frustrating to use with wifi, with connections dropped and very slow performance.

    I have updated the BIOS and think I have updated all drivers wirelss, but could be the problem. It seems that wireless, software of management is at fault because the networks are detected, but not clinging.

    Any suggestion or tips to try will help save my sanity!

    The laptop uses the Realtek RTL8191SE of WLan card.

    If I understand correctly your new printer (brand and model, please) is properly installed on your computer (version of Windows and the service pack, please), but does not print Quicken (version, please) reconciliation report.

    Without more information (such as an error message or description of what happens when you try to print), it sounds like all you need to do is to set up Quicken to use the new printer.  The following is for 2011 Quicken, but should be the same or similar for all recent versions of Quicken:

    Click file > printer setup > for reports/charts
    In the window that opens, select your new printer using the drop-down list.  You should keep the default margins and fonts.  Click OK and you should be good to go.

    Your specifications specify that you have 512 MB of physical memory...
    It's your RAM. When video editing with an application like film
    Maker it is generally recommended that a system has a nude
    minimum of 1 GB of RAM and 2 to 4 GB would be better.

    That said, perhaps the following information will be useful:

    The most common reasons for Movie Maker problems are...

    (1) source incompatible or damaged (video clips, pictures, music files).

    (2) incompatible, corrupt or nonexistent filters (Codecs).

    (3) projects that are too big or too complex for the system resources.

    First... Open Movie Maker and go to... Tools / Options /.
    Compatibility tab and disable all filters / OK.

    Try to create your project and find out whether there is a
    improvement.

    If no improvement, return to the same settings
    and left click Restore values by default all the button / OK.

    As for file formats...

    Several formats are apparently compatible with

  • Programs cannot connect to the internet, while IE8 and firefox work very well on the internet.

    I used google chrome as my default browser, but one day it stopped working, while firefox and IE always worked / work fine now.  When google chrome no longer works, all my programs stopped to connect to internet, like Skype, itunes, WMP, etc.  The itunes gives error me is "make sure that your network connection is active and try again.  When I download programs through to firefox or IE8, now my default, they download but used to install or connect to the internet (I tried to reinstall chrome after that deletion but it will not be completed).  I was certain this isn't the router or the Internet itself, my wireless works very well to navigate through the Internet and other computers on the network do not have this problem. problem when I connect to other wifi networks.  The help and support center will not be to the point after that I click on it.  I use windows xp sp3 home edition 2002.  I looked through the other threads to see if I can solve the problem, check the exceptions in the firewall, disabling firewalls and other security, running an antispyware/malware, someone suggested (super antispyware), lowered or disabled security settings, but all without success.  I don't know what to do at this point but to restart the system.  Please help, any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

    Connect to the computer with the Ethernet cable to the router.
    Download the latest firmware from the site Web of Linksys and save it to your computer. Open the router configuration page. Click the Administration tab and switch to the sub tab upgrade the Firmware through the firmware file that you have already downloaded and update on your router.
    After upgrading the firmware on the router, it is recommended that you must reset the router and reconfigure. Press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds. Release the reset button and wait 30 seconds. Power cycle the router and reconfigure.
