Ralink_ RT3290_ Bluetooth_ 01

My computer is a HP 255 G1 and I can't find and activate my bluetooth. Whenever I go to setting and then PC devices Bluetooth is not there anymore and then I tried to click on the devices to see if it's there and he wasn't so I tried to search using the tool and the skipped Bluetooth setting Bluetooth on so I clicked it and when I did research took me back to home devices and Bluetooth wasn't yet on here so I went to Device Manager to try to find him and when I did it was a warning next to Ralink Bluetooth symbol and I wasn't sure what to do to start working again.  The photos below are
