  • Random numbers to send SMS that I did not send.

So, my phone has recently more than 70 messages sent to a large random number and text is long and in another language like Chinese or something. I never sent anything to a number like that. Also, I received an e-mail saying that my Apple ID was signed to another device which I have no gift too. Just today, my boyfriend's best friend got a text saying to click on a link and I wouldn't show pictures but in don't even have her number, I need my phone at all and he got the text of a number, we were not familiar with. • Random freezing 10.0.2 IOS iPhone 7

I got the new iPhone 7 the day that it was released.  In all versions of iOS 10, including the 10.0.2 update, I feel the gel with the phone, the contacts and message apps screen.  Whenever this happens, I close the app and have to restart.  When I do, it takes a few seconds to restart the application.  Then, the application seems to work.  It's very frustrating.  I've been loyal to Apple since 1990.  I've never owned a computer PC or Android.  I wish that apple would address ANY issues with their software before updating instead of just picking a question (e.g. lightning connector not woking properly with the Atria).  I'm not going to do a factory reset.  I'm not going to reset my network settings.  It is also a pain.  Also, randomly, in emails coming through the mail application, the text is so small, I can barely read.  When this happens, I have to restart my phone just so that I can read my emails.  Problems of that kind unfortunately happen almost every launch of a new iOS system.  Fortunately, I never experienced any of the problems so far.  Now that I am, I understand the frustration that people have talked about over the years.  Come on, Apple.  Take care of your customers and loyal customers.  I'm not giving up on you again.

    Frustrated, loyal customer.

Sorry, you have problems.  However, we are here, users like you.  No Apple.  Imploring Apple to what whether or to reprimand, really has nothing, but make you look silly.

I will have absolutely no problem with the 10.0.2 update, nor anyone in my family or my office.  While YOU may have a problem, its quite an irrational leap, you are assuming that it is a widespread problem.  If it was, you can be sure that it would be on the new night.

Regarding the problems YOU are having, have what troubleshooting steps you taken?  Have you taken the steps recommended by Apple (reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore as a new device)?  If you have gone through all the steps, including restoring the phone like new and the phone continues to act up, without 3rd party applications installed, then you probably have a hardware problem.  Turn the phone to Apple for review.  If there is a hardware problem, your phone will be replaced.

Hope that solve you your problems quickly.

    Best,

    GDG

  • iTunes will not random on my iPhone6S after updating IOS

My iTunes will not BE NOT random at all after I did this 10.0.2 software update!  I mean, if I hit random play on one of my playlists, does not choose a song randomly on the reading list and literally play it over and over and over again.  Basically, it does the OPPOSITE of brewing.  It is a major problem and my phone and my iTunes worked very well before this update! Suggestions?   Please?   Or, is the way to Apple, this to trick me into buying a whole new phone?

    Hello Vesper40,

I understand that, despite trying to mix a playlist, your iPhone is just to play one song of this playlist repeatedly. In such a situation, you may need to disable the screen playing snooze in the music app.

Control playback. Tap a song to play and show the MiniPlayer. Tap the MiniPlayer to display the now playing screen, where you can do the following:

Repeat steps. Glisser slide upward, then press on to repeat an album or a playlist. Double click to repeat one piece.

  • Mac reboots randomly

So I have a Macbook Pro 2014. In recent weeks, it began to freeze at random and then restart without apparent cause. I have reset the SMC and the NVRAM. I made sure everything is updated and I have removed most my programs that are known to cause problems of this kind. This does not happen with a certain program or activity. I was in the middle of watching a movie, or browse the internet or by changing an image. I was on it for hours or just for a few minutes. I use even just a word processor. I tried regularly stop and start instead of simply putting the computer to sleep when I'm finished with it, but also not to run many programs at once. I tried to change different energy saving settings that I thought it might have something to do with the screen closed due to inactivity or graphics switching. I erased all the startup programs. Even got a new charger that has been damaged and I thought it might be some malfunction in the battery charge. I did diagnostics. I tried to check free space of disk, virus/malware analysis. Nothing seems to work. He always does. Sometimes it will go days and days without doing it and sometimes it will happen two or three times a day.  I am just at my wits end with it. Everything else seems to work fine except for this random restart so I can't tell if it's a hardware problem or a software problem. I know that I didn't have this problem until after I've upgraded to El Capitan, but this could be a coincidence that I had the upgrade for several months before having a problem (except a minor issue of not being able to restart the computer Finder refused to stop, but I found a work around for this) there is now an update for Sierra , but I don't know if that would help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  • Random Activation on the new iPhone lock 7 more

So, I bought an iPhone brand new 7 more on the program of upgrading my Apple apple local store and I left for a week before actually removing the seal plastic and using my iPhone. I opened today and tried setting up, however the activation step it kept showing me an activation failed message. So I decided to try and activate my iPhone via my computer by connecting and setting up this way. When I plugged and began the process of my iPhone 7 more suddenly went to the activation showing lock screen an iCloud I have never seen before you say that I must enter iCloud to use my phone. I did not understand how it had happened that the phone was brand new, I even proof of purchase from Apple etc. Anyone know how I can remove the lock? Or find out who it is? I called apple and they say that they will not be able to set for a few days, but I need my phone now and I was wondering if there is another method. I had a problem similar to this before that every time I try to retrieve backups iCloud my devices always show the iCloud random accounts I've ever seen to check my back.

I would really appreciate help as I'm very angry about this, I understand not why should I pay that much for a phone every month if I'm unable to use it immediately. Please could someone help, thanks.

I don't blame you for being upset, but you have to take the iPhone to your Apple Store and explain what is happening.

  • iOS 10 - random reboot

does anyone else know random reboots have iPhone upgrade to iOS 10.0.1 and then 10.0.2 6? I thought it was a question.1 but it seems to be so ubiquitous dans.2. Just randomly turns black with the turning wheel and then asks me to enter my access code. Nothing in common with the actions I am the scene or the other.

Yes for sure too. I have a new iPhone 7 more than 256 and only 4 days with 10.0.2 with random restart every day.

  • 10 IOS resets randomly

I use an iPhone 6 + and I recently updated to iOS 10.

Since the update, restart my iPhone randomly 'fast '.

I use an app, the screen will turn black with a white spinning circle in the middle of the screen for about 3-4 seconds and then the phone will be asked to enter my unlock code.

It seems random, however, I was able to find a reproducible process which is described below:

    • Click on an in-app purchase
    • Put in password Apple
    • phone prompted me to check the payment
    • Go to the payment screen, start entering details, the phone would reset

The time taken to reset using these various steps, he was not always exactly in the same place and of course it happens to do other things as well.

I noticed a few others similar problems to do a quick search on Google.

Someone at - he found a solution to this?

My next step would be to restore a previous backup and start the upgrade process again.

    Hi Drakon73!

I see that your iPhone restarts unexpectedly.  I know it's important to have your iPhone works properly, and I'm happy to help.  Please make sure that your iPhone is up-to-date by going to settings > general > software update and also ensure that your applications are up to date on the App Store.  You will see that those are both recommended in our support for this issue.

  • Updated for Safari 10, now hangs at random...

Running El Capitan 10.11.6, upgraded to safari 10.0, and now when I go to some sites, it closes at random.  It's harmful because it's a site that I use for work.  If I open a new tab in private mode, it will not crash on me.  Does anyone else have this problem?

  • iPhone iOS 10.0.2 cutting randomly 6s

After that I updated my iPhone to iOS to iOS 10.0.2, 10.0.1 6s he started randomly shut off valve... Boring!

I did the reset but still the same thing.

Also, I feel the same. I have updated to iOS 10.0.2 yesterday and today the iPhone 6s is to randomly turn off and restart. First I thought that it was due to an application I was using. But then the 6s will re-start even when he was in standby mode (I was not even using the 6s and it restarts). Very annoying.

  • Reading random problem iTunes 12.5.1

I updated iTunes to 12.5.1 version. The first day it worked fine, but now all the albums are played randomly. If I use the view artists, Albums or songs, if I click on Play, iTunes does not play the album in the correct order. I tried to restart iTunes and even my computer that runs on Windows 10 with the latest updates, but the problem persists. How can I solve the problem?

I tried to reinstall iTunes, but the problem persists. So I have to use another drive, if I want to listen to an album in the correct order.

  • Random OS freeze or crash after the Upgrade of the Sierra

Since the upgrade to Sierra, I started experiencing random freezes or crashes, the operating system.

In general, I keep the mouse control (connected via trackpad), for at least a certain period of time. However, only the movement is possible - applications cannot be selected, there is no reaction to the clicks, etc. Attempts to pass via cmd + tab don't produce no result.

I tried waiting for the system to respond. She finally slept, then crashed with a wake on the lack of sleep.

The other answer is a hard reset by holding down the power until button a restart is forced.

I ran disk in rescue mode utility, and he reported no problems with the disk. I've yet to try some of the more esoteric answers as reset NVRAM and so on... which is probably intended. I saw a report that said this problem was happening with El Capitan, and there is no resolution. I don't know if it's the same problem carried over, or a new.

I got exactly the same problem you describe, on an iMac of retina of 2014. I've updated all non - App Store applications I have thought (and removed dozens of them), disabled launch points, unplugged my USB hub, downloaded EtreCheck (very useful application, incidentally) and road to combing through reports in the Library/Logs folder. On a Reddit thread on the problems with the Macs wake from sleep after installation of Sierra, someone suggested using the following command in a Terminal: kextstat | grep - v com.apple

The command shows you what non-Apple kernel extensions are running in the background. Extensions of core apps such as Airparrot, strap, and duo caused problems with macOS Sierra. In my case, officer was running a kernel extension - then I deleted this app and went through my library/LaunchAgents and records of the library/LaunchDaemon, remove all items launch left by home and others deleted apps.

EtreCheck reports said that so-called SIMBL caused several accidents. So I got rid of this, by following the instructions on the site SIMBL.

Here's the problem: even after all these efforts (and each variant reset, I could think of) troubleshooting, nothing has changed. My Mac always has exactly the symptoms you describe, upon awakening from sleep. Every time.

In the end I just gave up and restored my iMac to its State, 4 days ago in a backup using Time Machine. (It took 12 hours). With Dropbox, I didn't lose all of the work I've done in the meantime. So, I am now running a stable El Capitan, with an understanding to why people wait a few months before installing the latest OS updates.

Sorry I can't offer more useful troubleshooting options - but perhaps some things that did not help me could help you anyway? Thanks for posting: it seems that the Sierra has been a pretty smooth update for most people, so I guess we're just out of luck?

  • iTunes 12.5 randomly adding to the next place; Shuffle off

First of all, I want to mention that I am a developer of software (specifically for the iOS and OS X platforms), so I'm no stranger to the resolution of the problems. However, I've looked everywhere on the internet for people with a similar problem and found nothing!

    The question

To play any song, whether it's straight out of an album in my recently added or one through research, my iTunes automatically adds songs randomly my library to the next place. So even if I decide to play the 4th song in an album, instead of playing the song 5 after that, he'll play another song randomly my library. Before ask you, shuffle is and has always been, disabled. I do not use the shuffle. It's one of the reasons as to why this is becoming quite annoying.

    Steps to reproduce

Something to note that this happens only occasionally. Sometimes my library will play things very well, and then randomly, the bug will be add to my next place and ruin everything. The bug happens usually when I play on a new album. I use AirPlay occasionally as well, but I do not have all memory of if everything changes when enabled / disable. Curiously, he can't always launch. It be peut, but not always.

As an estimate of the frequency approximate, if I'm playing music off my library for 5 hours of the day, it will happen 3 - 4 times.

    1. Open iTunes (make sure shuffle is off)
    2. Start playing a song from anywhere, be it of an album or single
    3. iTunes will eventually add songs to my next place at random

    Temporary workaround

Even once to the top following was deleted, and I try to play a new song, iTunes will be once more, to add to the next place. It's that when I clear the next room, turn shuffle on and then turn off shuffle again, it stops. Sometimes the out-turned on will not work, and I have to repeat 2 or 3 times until it finally stopped.

This question and discovered the following:

It depends on where you click to start the track. If you click directly with simple click the small arrow that appears when moving the mouse on the title you want to play first, he will play songs randomly thereafter.

If you double-click the title itself (not the small arrow), then it will play not random.

    It's not intuitive user experience.

  • Why my phone screen randomly with lights to touch me.

Why my phone screen randomly turns without touching myself.

It might be background notifications (this happens with email on the iPhone of my mother). You can configure notifications by going to settings-> notifications. In addition, if you have an iPhone 6s, 6s, SE, iPhone 7, 7 more, they "raise to wake you up" that allows the user to raise to reactivate the user's iphone. I hope this helps!

  • The random crazy cursor behavior

    I have an iMac (27 "3.5 ghz i7 QuadCore - 3 TB FD - 4 GB NVidia GTX - Yosemite 10.10.5).

This is the mouse cursor has recently started to jump and clicking randomly. I searched the internet and this Council extensively, and then I find a lot of those who suffer from this problem, I can't find a coherent solution.

    • This happens regardless of the mouse I use.
      • It happens with No mouse and no keyboard.
    • He can't start, but starts happening after 5 minutes and gradually gets worse.
      • Think this is heat, I installed TGPro to monitor the temperature; nothing seems to be very hot.
    • I have reset NVRAM and SMC.

Are there other causes/solutions possible for this behavior? It makes the computer completely unusable, of course.

    Thank you!
