  I m not sure but I think you've got your laptop computer without an operating system preinstalled.
  The question is: which OS you have installed and that you have installed all the drivers needed, including BT (Toshiba BT stack) software?

  Open the laptop settings > PCs and devices > Bluetooth > there you can turn on BT
  After doing this, you can change the desktop and you will see the BT symbol in the taskbar.

  I can't find the bluetooth on my Satellite C850-1MC feature

  I checked and my laptop is equipped with bluetooth, and indeed, in the past, I saw an icon in the lower right window of my laptop.

  Bluetooth must be enabled first in order to pair the two devices via Bluetooth.

  I recently bought a portable satellite c850-B720 (PSCBYV) computer with windows 8.

  Initially the Bluetooth on my system worked perfectly well I used it with my headphones free hands.

  I don't know what went wrong button Bluetooth in windows wireless settings have disabled and I'm not able to turn it back on.

  I tried to understand the question for last week one, I've got something that I m missing here. Please let me know what the problem is here.

  On my machine, I use F12 to toggle WIFI and BT on your machine is the same. When the flight mode is disabled and active WLAN BT must be activated also. Can you see BT symbol in the bar stains (maybe shown in hidden icons)?

  When airplane mode is off open Device Manager. BT device is listed there?

  My friend has a portable Satellite C850-F12S who wouldn't start so he asked me to fix it.
  I used a Windows 7 disc retail and product key as his cell phone to reinstall windows.

  I downloaded the Atheros wireless, intel drivers and realtek, but none of them want to install. I have the seam of Ant to get the wifi or bluetooth, too much work.

  When I enter the serial number in this site it is said that it is bluetooth and wifi but the drivers wont install and when I go to "network and sharing", "change adapter settings" it only shows the ethernet adapter nothing else. I tried pressing fn + f12 and the wireless led turns amber, but still nothing.

  I ran out of ideas. Could someone help me fix it please?

  I can't read this specification for laptop (too small), but so deep is the product key, which means that this laptop model was offered with the original version of Windows preinstalled.
  Before that you're wasting your time trying to fix something I recommend you install the original version of OS which includes all necessary drivers, tools and utilities.

  I just hope that your friend have created recovery (DVD or USB) media because after your Windows disk recovery facility installation HARD does not work.

  Ask your friend if there a recovery media and use it for the installation of the OS.

• Satellite C850 - blue screen at startup

  My elderly father has a Toshiba Satellite C850-1MC laptop - (Intel Pentium B960 2.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB, 15.6 "HD LED, DVDRW, Intel HD, Webcam, Bluetooth, Windows 8 64-bit).

  When he started the laptop the initial screen appears for a short time, then goes to a blue screen showing only the mouse pointer (no error code appears).

  If on the initial screen he quickly presses a button brings you to the screen of welcome for a very short period and then go to the bluescreen as above.

  Anyone got any ideas how to sort?

  I don't know what the problem is and why this happens but if possible recovering your laptop and set it back to factory settings. Please test once more and send feedback.

  It can be assumed that the problem may be, but the best test you can do is to put the laptop to factory settings again. Recovery image has been tested and if there is not some hardware problem everything should work properly again.

  The ACPI/TOS6205 seems to be the Bluetooth device.
  Satellite C850 - 19(d) was equipped with a Realtek RTL8188CE - VLSA WLan / Bt combo card.
  That's why I m sure its BT device.

  You said that you have installed the driver BT but it didn t work.
  I think that you did it wrong.

  The point is that WLan / Combo cards needs a filter driver BT package.
  IF you need to install: Realtek WLan driver, then driver Realtek BT filter package and, finally, the battery Toshiba BT.

  I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite C850-1CH. The sistem OS is Windows 7. I was able to install all the drivers, except a few strangers that are on network connections and I don't know where to find them! I even tried to search for them via the Windows updates, but not luck.
