What is the purpose of mobile printing solutions if you cannot activate your home printer?
My printer stop automatically after 8 hours of inactivity and therefore makes it impossible for me to use mobile printing. The printer is connected via WLAN (without active ports to stop the closing).
In the configuration, there are only options to stop after 2, 4 or 8 hours. No option on disabling of automatic shutdown.
Pls do that for the people who work on the firmware updates, they must include an option to disable auto power off, many people are already complaining that and nothing has changed so far.
Its just illogical. You make big announcements for HP eprint and other stuff, but your printers are not able to do so even if you could theoretically make eprint if your standing next to your printer all day.
I just got this printer pluged and installed and already tired of this BS!
I know that there is no solution, so just send it to the people who can change it.for all of you who read this post, I was in contact with the technical team of HP and they said that they don't give you the ability to disable auto power off on purpose, it is HPs energy-economy-policy to do and there are no plans to change this in the future
in my case, I only WLAN's, yet is not automatically stop (although it should be), I guess I'm lucky that my router it ping every now and then and is therefore not stop
If you can't fix it yourself with active ports and may not have at all, it will probably not option left than the back of the printer -

Monitor may not turn off after setting the screen turns off after a period of inactivity
Original title: control screen does not turn off
My cell phone 6 year old runs today to Win XP Pro and IE7 and Firefox. My screen has been set to turn off after 15 minutes, but these days he keeps any. It stays ON all day.
Attempted to solve by setting to turn off in 10 minutes, but it makes no difference, what could be the problem?
TIA
First of all, you don't want to do the hardware updates through the Microsoft Update Website.
Secondly, there are a couple ways you can do this:
1. go in the Device Manager (start > Control Panel > administrative tools > computer management > Device Manager). tedious, but this way you are sure.
Double-click each item, having developed each sign, select the driver tab and choose Update driver, let windows search automatically, make sure that you are connected to the internet. Do this for each item that you want to search for updated drivers.
2. go in the manufacturer's website. For example, I use a Dell Dimension and move the driver Dell downloads Web site.
If you mean hardware upgrade from Microsoft (not Windows which is software) you would search Microsoft.com site for driver downloads.
Hope this helps, after back with your results, please.

After upgrade Office 2007 to Office 2010 on my Vista, then my computer turns off after being idle for a while. When I turn on my computer, I get the splash screen indicating that Windows has finished unexpectedly and I would like to start in safe mode or normally (pluss a couple more choice...).
Appears not to occur if there is activity going on--as if do me some work or have itunes playing music or I'm just surfing the internet. Curiously, it seems not to happen if I close Internet Explorer and Outlook.
I shot all automatic updates for Windows Vista (32 bit) and Microsoft Office.

B Odd Andersen
Hi B Odd Andersen,
I want to clarify if your computer seems to be sleeping or it completely closed after being idle for a while.
Method 1: If the computer is in power saving mode, check if you can wake the computer from this State by moving the mouse or pressing any key on the keyboard.
Method 2: Change the power to another and check to see if the problem persists
Change, create, or delete a power plan (scheme)Method 3: check the logs in event viewer for more information on auto-off down
What are the information in event logs? (Event Viewer)
Note: For your safety and security, it is not recommended to disable Windows Update.
Activate the update or disable automaticThanks and greetings

Tecra 9100 comes on intermittently and turns off after 10-15 seconds
Referring to a Toshiba Tecra 9100, model No.: PT910E-602SF-FR
The power button normally doesn't light up at all, even if sometimes it starts normally, starts to load windows, then always turns off after 5 to 15 seconds in any case.
It always requires the batteries very well, but it won t turn on. I ve checked the ram, hard drive and I re - set the default bios - nothing prevents to cut if you can get it to turn on.
Any ideas what could be the problem? Any help appreciated, it s the second time I had - the same problem the last time!
Thank you
Hey,.
Have you already tried to clean the fan? Maybe a lot of dust blocking the fan for laptop can start t, and then turns off itself due to a higher temperature. It would be interesting to try to clean it.
But in my opinion, you've done everything you can do, and it looks like a malfunction of the motherboard. If cleaning using fan doesn t I think the motherboard is faulty or something else. If you are familiar with the disassembly of the laptop, you can try to fix it yourself with second hand parts. Otherwise it s time for a new laptop I think

Satellite A60-712 - turn off after 2-3 seconds
Hello everyone.
I am trying to fix this Satellite A60-712; He came to me without feeder, but I found a compatible and it seems to work: CC in LED lights up and the battery starts to charge.
My problem is that this starts Mobile for awhile, radiator begins to turn, all the lights are normally, but, all of a sudden everything turns off after 2-3 seconds. I have observed that this machine has only one slot of free RAM and noted that it has integrated the module memory motherboard; that would be the problem? Or another reason?
Could someone help me?
Thank you.Hello
> it came to me without feeder, but I found a compatible
Can you please test it with a Toshiba original AC/DC adapter? The same thing is happening? If the laptop has already integrated memory motherboard there is no problem. Alternatively, you can use the laptop without additional RAM module.
In the worst cases, you need professional help of an authorized service provider. :(

Satellite A100-812: screen brightness does not not & screen turns off after a while
Some power management features do not work after a bios update (5.90).
The display brightness can be changed in the power manager, or the top menu system. In the power manager, the cursor can be moved, but the brightness is not set. Toshiba menu system appears to hang on trying to change the brightness with F6 - F7 and won't move the cursor. In addition, the screen does not turn off after the set amount of minutes in the power manager.
What is going on? How can this be repaired?
Thanks in advance.Hello
Some questions; Why you have updated the BIOS?
Are you sure you used the right BIOS?In my opinion you shouldn't t to update anything if the laptop works properly!
However, try to access the BIOS, set the default settings and save the settings before exiting the BIOS.
If this does not help, I would pick up the laptop with the Toshiba Recovery CD.Good bye

Satellite A30 turns off after a few minutes (set temp)
Anyone know if there is a temp for the A30 laptop parameter. My laptop turns off after a few minutes or alternative suggestions
Thank you
Hi Waseem,
Dust accumulation is not in the fans themselves, but in the space between the fans and the CPU radiator, where it is trapped by the matrix of cooling.
The technique of using a hose of vacuum cleaner against the fan grids is designed to suck the dust outside in front of the fans without having to dismantle the radiator.
Obviously, you have just as much suction as possible in order to remove any dust, it is therefore important to isolate grids of aspiration air with a cloth.
Kind regards

iPhone 6s turns off after start upward with 30% of remaining battery
6 s iPhone will turn off after starting with30% battery left please help
Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.
- Press and hold the sleep/wake button
- Press and hold the Home button
- Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.
Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings
If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.
Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.
As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

If these steps do not work, contact Apple and ask for help.

Equiium series A - maintains turns off after 20 minutes
My laptop turns off after about 20 minutes of use. I checked for dust and clean battery etc. Any other suggestions? It has been suggested that I have to find and fix bugs in C drive but I don't know how - as any help much appreciated.
Is what model laptop?
Dust in the heat sink is often the cause.
It can also be caused by a dry heat pipe (liquid escaped), or dried up CPU thermal grease or a failed fan.Or its possible that the power adapter is faulty, or she cannot provide enough amps, or a power adapter non - Toshiba is used.

Wireless WAN T410 turns off after round approve 3 minutes
Hi all
I have a T410 with windows 7 32-bit company. The normal Wi - Fi connection and connection blue tooth are stable and works well. However it seems that Wireless WAN radio turns off after 5 minutes without worrying if I'm logged in or not. I have installed the dial-up connection program and reconstructed profiles with no luck. I also change the power management setting both in the Device Manager in Control Panel.
What else I can try.
Note This is for the mobile card radio.
