Re: Error with driver Bluetooth Stack on protected Z830

Error during installation of the Bluetooth stack for Windows 7 (version of 15/05/12): first pilot "Bluetooth USB controller-10" properly installed but the second a "Bluetooth RFBUS" fails.

Therefore Bluetooth does not work. PC says that it is not enabled (with Fn + F8 or Bluetooth setting running)

Note: the Atheros driver is up-to-date. I tried with and without the Bluetooth Driver filter Pack 1.0.9.

What should I do?

Thank you!

I want to control winamp using Sony Ericsson HBH-DS970.
But I have Toshiba Bluetooth Stack on my computer, and in the options, it is only possible to control Windows media player and as far I discovered using regedit - HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Toshiba, Itunes and WinDVD.

I searched all over the internet and found that there are a lot of people, already, who want to control winamp using a compatible device SEE and Bluetooth Toshiba Stack.

One possible approach was made here - http://www.mtekk.com.au/Forums/tabid/56/forumid/17/tpage/5/view/Topic/postid/43553/Default.aspx, but the links are already down.

I tried to play with HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Toshiba, but of no use.

  • Some info about my experiences with Toshiba Bluetooth stack - works fine

    Hej,

I just want to put a few experiences with new Toshiba-stack and Vista.

First, I had to use the MS stack, because of my mobile (Nokia) and its PC Suite and the mouse (Logitech v270). Two applications were not working with the Toshiba Stack. Now with the new battery and the new PC-Suite, it works great under Vista. In addition, I decide to remove Logitech SetPoint (still no support for the Toshiba Stack) because my mouse has actually no special buttons and a built-in battery indicator, so there is no real need to a set value.

Yesterday I bought a Nokia HS-12W and I am impressed. Works like a charm with the Toshiba stack and the sound is just amazing... Can even control the mediaplayer in the helmet. This a custom works with the MS stack. This is why I took a glance at the Toshiba stack- and was surprised.

Hope could help a bit with my impressions!

    Welcome them

I tried to re - install the battery Bluetooth, it gave an error.
I decided to uninstall the battery Bluetooth and then I get the error: "' error application of changes." Check that specified transform paths are valid"
    | installed Revo Uninstaller Pro but no advantage.
I have installed TuneUpUtilities2014 but no advantage.

How can I uninstall it? Help, please?

I checked the Toshiba download page and I see your model of laptop is not supported for Win8.1, just for the upgrade of Win8.

Have you noticed some problems with own preinstalled Win8?

  • Problem with the Toshiba bluetooth stack

Hello, I'm having a problem with toshiba bluetooth stack. I had windows vista installed in my laptop. I decided to upgrade to Windows 7. I got a bluetooth mouse attached to my toshiba bluetooth stack in windows vista. After the upgrade to windows 7 my bluetooth mouse is not working any more and it is not listed in the list of devices. But, when I turn on my mouse, the system battery bluetooth bar turns green as when the device is connected, but it does not work and the device is still not listed. I'm trying to redetect, but it is not detected. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth stack, but in the reinstalling my devices are always listed.

Can someone help me or tell me how to manually remove all connected devices? Thanks in advance.

You have selected the option to remove all device configurations?
If not, then please try it and then reinstall the Bluetooth stack.
You can also do this via command line.
Just run the following command as an administrator:
    MsiExec.exe /x "{CEBB6BFB-D708-4F99-A633-BC2600E01EF6}" / qn DELETEALL = 1

In addition, remove the batteries from the mouse for several seconds.

Right click on the Bluetooth system tray icon > Options... > Security > view paired devices
Remove your entry for the mouse device when it exists.

Access your product download page and reinstall the software for bluetooth under networks:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?OS=2093 & LC = on & DLC = in & CC = US & Product = 3716846 & lang = in

then, under network connections in the network and sharing window - see if you have a bluetooth adapter that is listed.  If you do not use bluetooth, you can turn it off or you should be able to set it up properly.

If fails it then in Control Panel, under administrative tools, Services - locate service BTtray and disable it.
