  My question concerns a reinstall of my production premium suite cs6. I have to do a reinstall of my windows 7 which became unstable and am upgrading to a new hard drive to SSD. Therefore, I have to reinstall all my other programs too of course. When it comes to my adobe product I'm unsure of the steps required to get to reinstall it to work. Is it enough to simply reinstall, re - enter my serial number? Or, I have to disable each product first? Or do I need some sort of contraption of adobe license transfer?

  No transfer of license is necessary if you do not change the owner of the software.  Normally, if you have a Creative Suite, disable a program will disable the entire suite.  It would help if you turn it off.

  I bought the Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 (détail) and have a serial number valid. I started to install and saved online, but the installation never reached the end and error messages is not flat. I have checked the forums, support of messages and helps the CD and the files installation, but to no avail. The problem, in simple terms is the installation of stands after some time ask the second DVD (CS6 MstrColl 2), he doesn't seem to recognize it when I put it. Any suggestions?

  
  I tried to check the files for error messages Setup logs, reinstall the program from CD and files copied to the local disk. I'm on Windows 7 Professional (french) on a 64 bit machine and have more than the minimum points for the rest of adobe (which I bought also in french).

  The fact that it requires an additional DVD would seem to indicate that your installation media may be damaged.  I recommend you to download the trial of the Master Collection CS6 of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=master_collection.  Please make sure you choose the installation for the French files if it is the language you purchased.

  So I have Adobe Creative Suite Web Premium CS6 on my MacBook Pro.  I recently got a subscription to LIghtroom CC (all of the photographers, which includes Photoshop CC).

  I need InDesign CS6 and Dreamweaver CS6, but since i have LR and PS CC, I have need CS6 versions of them.  Can I install Lightroom and Photoshop CC on this computer, while keeping some of the CS6 apps (and uninstall those I don't no need as Photoshop CS6)?  Or should I completely remove CS6 first?

  Hi Chris,

  The amount of the fine to have both versions installed on your computer. CS6 version can coexist with a CC version without causing any problems. Sometimes it takes two versions to work with multiple clients.

  If you have a valid serial number for InDesign CS5.5, you can install it, please make sure that you check the minimum system requirements for CS5.5: system requirements for Adobe InDesign for Mac OS and Windows, as it is an earlier application and has not been tested on the latest hardware.
