  Do a quick search for the problem reveals that this questions has been around for a few years now without any real solution of Microsoft.

  I suggest you check out services to see if the reporting services error is actually being run. It must be on manual (early release). You can do this by following these steps:

  1. open the control panel and click the Administrative Tools icon.

  2. in windows administrative tools, click Services option.

  3. in the Services window to scroll to the bottom of the list of services until you come to Windows Error reporting Service.

  4. check if the service is configured to run manually (beginning of trigger). If it is already set to manual (Start Trigger) double-click the service reports Windows error and, in the left pane, click Start.

  5. now, open Action Center and click on the option 'check for solutions '. See if it reports errors.

  Another option would be to clear the cache of error reports current Disk Clean Up using (Disk Clean Up is available in the Administrative Tools window.) After you run the Disk Clean Up option make sure you place a checkmark (tick) the options: per user archived report errors and reporting of archived system errors.

  Found the solution (my found friend):

  -created a bootable with Lili software Ubuntu

  -initialized and chosed try Ubuntu.

  -in the Terminal, I opened gpart (a partition Manager) and formatting drive HARD whole, created 2 partitions NTFS

  -with Novicorp WintoFlash, I created a bootable USB and Windows 7 installation was flawless.
