  I have a satellite l450d - 11g on windows 7 32 bit.
  When I start it, it comes up with a message saying that I need to restore due to a file named: /windows\system32\drivers/msisadrv.sys is missing or corrupt and to insert my disc.

  Usually, HARD drive recovery option should be available by pressing F8 at the beginning of the startup procedure.
  Then an Advanced Start menu should appear where you could choose fix my computer-> drive HARD recovery

  I just installed win 7 pro 64-bit so I can increase the RAM up.
  Initially I had win 7 Home premium SP1.

  I have a Toshiba satellite L450D - 11G PSLY5E.
  I downloaded all the drivers from Toshiba on a memory stick from a source different and then installed on the Toshiba.

  Then, I opened all the drivers one by one and ran each driver individually.
  In Device manager there is a yellow exclamation next to the network controller.

  I have a home network setup that I can connect to the net using phones, tablets and other portable computers.
  The icon on the laptop says NO CONNECTION, NOT of CONNECTIONS AVAILABLE.

  Y at - it a special order to install the drivers. I have install in the order in which they were downloaded.

  Any ideas anyone. TA

  Probably the essential WLan/LAN drivers are not installed properly.
  Do you have problems with the internet connection using WLAN and LAN?

  The wireless network card should be Realtek RTL8191SE 802.11bgn

  Built in LAN module is published also by Realtek...

  so in both cases you need a Realtek drivers

  I have a new Toshiba Satellite L450D - 11G with Windows 7. A few days ago the right click button no longer works and I think it could be related to viruses. When I turn on the laptop the left button, that's what should be the right button until I have bring up the Task Manager, then the left button works normally but law does not work. I tried to restore to the factory settings, but it did nothing.

  After extensive research of the forums, I was unable to find a solution so far.

  A few months ago, after the demise of his previous Satellite, my friend has acquired a Satellite C870 - 11G on Windows 7 (64-bit).

  I tried to use system restore to return point of restoration of a restore point but that too now fails every time with error (0x80070005).

  Before we go again nuclear, anyone has any ideas please...?

  You must wait a few minutes. On my laptop Satellite and Windows 7, I had the same problem. Windows will be reinstalled several times until the installation is complete and you will always see the same screen.

  This built-in microphone now worked all of a sudden, it stopped.

  I have uninstalled and reinstalled again and made the webcam as well - the web cam works. The microphone is in the Device Manager as default, but it simply does not either sound. I tried most of the thing which I found by Google. What should I do?

  Have you already checked the Windows audio settings if the Microphone is on and the Microphone sound level is not set to 0?
  Just go in Control Panel > hardware and sound > manage audio devices

  Usually the Microphone should be listed under devices to record if it s listed in Device Manager

  Hi all

  Last night, I logged on my laptop as usual, and when I came back to it, an hour later, it wouldn't start.

  I have three green lights to indicate that it is fully charged and connected to the outlet, but when I press the power, it tries to start for a few seconds, then stops, nothing appears on the screen. Three green lights stay on. When I hold down the power button for five seconds, you can hear to stop you, as you would if everything worked correctly.

  I tried to take the battery, and put it to etc, but still nothing.

  Someone at - it ideas? I guess that's a simple case of the motherboard breaking, but was curious to see if someone thought it might be something else.

  Loaded iTunes on my new laptop Toshiba Satellite L450D - 11G but when I try to burn a playlist to disk it never said "no found supported disc burners.

  I guess the Toshiba "Disc Creator" is not supported by iTunes? Gift; t really want to buy a package of disc burner - any ideas how bypass this problem?

  I m not a user of iTunes, but you can try another burning software disc which is freeware. It s called CD Burner XP and works on most versions of Windows.

  In my opinion, it has the same functions as Nero, you can burn data, audio and video discs and also copy discs but it s fast as Nero.

  It s worth a try! ;)

  Desktop computers and laptops have different drives. Desktop hard drives are bigger (3.5) and laptops using only 2.5. On Wikipedia, there is a nice article on hard drives:

  Satellite L450D already supports SATA drives if you need a new 2.5 HDD with SATA interface.
