  Well Ive looked at a lot of tutorials and both seem to have a few cool feateures.  I'm a frame to the photo editor.  I can't decide on which program use.  Use photo shop conductive 3 for a few years, I'm not fine with it.  I took courses on photoshop cs and found that it is a program much more than I have the time to learn.  I want to be able to organize adjust and share my photos.  I want to be able to take several pictures and turn them into one.  Both programs can work together?

  I have about 8000 photos that I'll have to re-import, tag and organize I all too well uprade or changing the programs before I take the time to do so.  An entry form anyone who has used both would be greatly appreciated.

  I would like to increase the amount of available memory, but the cheapest way. So I have a couple of options if I'm not mistaken:

  Buy a 4GB module pair with the existing, for a total of 8 GB.

  Buy a module of 8 GB for a total of 12 GB.

  If I'm not mistakent, the option are possible, but the 8 G module will be less good preformance over the same module size in both slots.

  I have a few questions:

  Which module should I buy: Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, G. Skill? (Here is the brand my dealer sells)

  I would be very happy to get a P/N for options 4 and 8 GB.

  I'd say go with the configuration 4 + 8GB. Any generic 8 GB DDR3L 12800 S should work (avoid even if Corsair; there were a few problems with it and ThinkPads in the past).

  Update the file system on my old (now defunct) sd card took a considerable amount of time, I would like to know what the best (= faster) for a clipzip is.

  Unless you use an external card reader, it won't really make a difference. The SD on the video controller is quite slow.

  I found Intel® Core 2 Extreme Processor QX9300 who might be compatible. It has 4 cores and a thermal power of 45W design, compared to P8400 of TDP 25W. I suspect that the cooling of this laptop is insufficient to be able to disperse the money.

• Satellite U400-135 overheating

  A few weeks back I bought the new Toshiba Satellite U400-138 and now I feel it is a lower design due to numerous complains that I found one here in the forum support or by people who have tried to deal with this series.

  Fist of all the overheating problem becomes not affordable as I'm about to lose my fingers due to the extreme heat comes from the lower level of touch pad! In addition it usually takes more than 7 minutes to get the login screen of windows while beginning to the top of the window and when you access the window continues to display the CPU usage almost 100% long just by clicking the internet explorer, so I can't do anything except wait (it's killing slow) and when I compare with my old P4 desktop , according to me, how I was wrong when I decided to go to the U-400!

  Today I've decided to take the laptop to the Toshiba dealer and when I was there, I tried to touch the lower part of the availbel for similar in the showroom model and it was very hot and when I asked the sales man there he informed me that there are many customers reported the same complain so I referred me to their service center for inspection and I'm so annoying now because my new laptop will be served after only two weeks and I think that this model is a design of lower quality and the only way to get rid of this problem to get the same replaced by something else?

  I use two BONES; Vista and XP.

  Initially the Vista started slowly, it was not too slow but slower than Win XP.

• Command buttons and lights not working not properly - Satellite U400

  I am currently facing a problem with my Satellite U400, which runs under Windows Vista / Bios v3.00.
  First, the control buttons no longer work, as when I press on them, nothing more. It was that when you press on, the LED lights for a while and then come back to life.

  Now, LEDS are constantly lit. Even when the laptop is turned off and the cable is removed.

  So far, I tried to turn on and turn off the LED option in the Bios (that is turned on and off the LED on the touchpad and the logo of Satellite, but not on the control buttons).   I just bought a laptop TOSHIBA Satellite U400-119. The operating system is Windows Vista Home basic.
  Before I turned on the laptop, I plugged on the CC adapter and let the batteries reload for 24 hours.

  However, after 24 hours, battery LED icon is orange and blinks (which means that the battery is low according to the user manual).
  When I tried to turn on the laptop without the adapter DC laptop computer did not respond. So I installed Vista while the laptop was still connected to the DC adapter.

  After installation, the Vista battery icon displays a red cross on the battery icon, which means that it is not recognized.
  This is a brand new laptop so I think the battery needs to be replaced, but I don't know.

  I got this new Toshiba Satellite U400-144 (PSU40E), came with Vista home and worked really well until I decided to install Linux. Everything was going fine until I had my HARD drive partitions, when I deleted my 1.5 GB partition, which is called partition EISA!

  I don't know how to get it back, no disc don't came with the laptop and Vista no longer exists and I can't get it back.
  Quite simply when I boot I get a message: LACK of OPERATING SYSTEM

  Can anyone tell how to get this score again?

  First, the EISA partition do you mean don't contain Vista installation files or let's say the recovery disc. The EISA partition contains files for restore systems and it is a feature of Vista, not Toshiba.
  With the recovery disk, you would be able to get the factory settings, this means an installation of Vista with all the drivers and tools of Toshiba.

  The only way to return Vista is a Toshiba Recovery disk. Go to a local ASP or you can order one directly from Toshiba.
