Re: Taskbar at the bottom of the screen

Hi hope someone can help me.  For some reason any while on facebook, the taskbar at the bottom of my screen hides the chat window.  I can't seem to reach it and do not know how to move the taskbar.  Can someone inform them of what has past.  It was beautiful and it disappeared behind the taskbar.

bar at the bottom of my screen hides the chat window.

The taskbar is, put in place to hide?  Is transparent?  If so, you can actually use the chat window looking through the taskbar.  In this case, it may be an idea to make the taskbar is higher so there are fewer icons taskbar, obscuring transparency.  Otherwise, you can always switch the taskbar, for example to the top of the screen.  Or what would you say to turn off hide and resizing of the window which shows the Facebook in?  Many possible solutions when you know that the eccentric feature in Windows.

Good luck

Accidentally (I have it did not on purpose - I do not know if Windows did it without asking me) a few months ago, the START button and the taskbar got vertical to the right of the screen.  A technician came to the House and installed more memory in the computer. I asked to put the START/task bar on wallpaper - what service person did.  Now I find that I would prefer to START/vertical bar to the right of the screen again because I found out I'd rather that it this way.

I can't find something a lot of things I've tried, which allows me to change this part of the appearance of the screen.

The last thing I tried was to press each F for F1 to F12 keys to see if something useful would jump to the top.  No luck.

Screen resolution refers to the clarity of the text and images on your screen. At higher resolutions, items appear sharper. They appear also smaller, so more items adapted to the screen. At lower resolutions, fewer items adapted to the screen, but they are larger and easier to see. At very low resolutions, however, images may have serrated edges.

  • Impossible to position the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

original title: I use the Vista operating system.  The taskbar is suddenly moved to the right side of the desktop.  The taskbar is unlocked.  I can't click on it and move it to the bottom.  Why?

The first thing I checked was to see if the taskbar has been locked.  It wasn't.  I then tried to move it to the bottom of the desktop, but there was no response on the slider by clicking and trying to move it.  This just happened spontaneously.  He corrected himself once, then after a short period is returned on the right side.  What is going on.

It has not responded to my problem, but he did put me on the right track.  I tried solution 1, but couldn't find any buttons location of the taskbar on the screen from the taskbar in the Properties window.  Not really want to do a restore, I put the cursor on the portion of the taskbar clock and clicked.  I clicked once again to get out of this window.  Then I moved just above the clock area, click right, held the click and tried to move the taskbar.  He moved.  Experimentally, I went the taskbar to the right edge and back.  Yet once, he said.  I then locked.

So far, he concluded.  The problem all along has been to get the toolbar respond to, click and hold the cursor to allow passage.

My experience is perhaps just a fluke, but it worked for me.
